My wife and I bought our Cadillac up there to have the air conditioning compressor replaced and to have them look at our radio. Everyone we came into contact with was professional and very courteous. From when we drove in; to the person we got our loaner from; to the parts Dept; and to the technician who repaired our car. Our service advisor Evan has done everything he said he would. He got our air conditioning fixed and made sure it was covered by our insurance. He is also going to follow up and make sure the radio is covered. I just appreciate him working with us and being straight up with us. Yes yesterday took all day. But we are very pleased and so happy with the Everett folks. They did a great job and we just appreciate all their people. Thank you so much.

Very quick & professional but I had an issue with my seat. It has a stain that was NOT present when we bought it. It presented itself about a week after buying. We were told it could be fixed, not to worry. I waited till my first servicing to have it repaired & was told then, it was not repairable. Im very disappointed but certainly not at the service department who changed my oil, filter, & rotated my tires. They were all awesome to me.

Great service. I always deal with one person and her name is Ashley. Very professional, and nice.I purchased a car from Everett in hickory and they have been the best to us since then. My car was used but they took car of it like it was new. Had issues with wheels and tires so took it back and they did test and checked and it was a bad wheel and 1 bad tire. They replaced the wheel and gave us 4 new tires. That showed me who cares for the customers.I have already spoke with Ashley to have all my vehicles done at this dealership.Thanks Ashley for your great hospitality and Everett crew for your great service. We had the best experience at Everett Cadillac. Every person we encountered was so nice and very helpful. We live in Salisbury but will definitely make the drive to Hickory to buy a car from Duel. He was so helpful and friendly.
We took our car in for an service issue but when we got our car back we now have loud road noise. It did not have any road noise before service. We took the car back in for them to fix the noise but still there during driving. Everett said it was the tires but the service issue was computer not tires. Service message repair was fixed but now left with road noise in a 2012 Cadillac SRX that sounds like a 1991 truck. We also had a recall for noise pop in rear end but there is no parts nor process to correct the recall.
I have used them for a long time. Tommy the service manager is outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, my one issue is that they keep changing service advisors, I originally had Jeff Rickard and Tommy who were OUTSTANDING, lately I have had a succession of young people who try hard but havent learned how to be friendly...Today I had Ashley, seemed like a nice girl but certainly did not have the knowledge of my car that I have come to expect at Everett Cadillac, when telling me that my car needed something done with the fuel injector and it would cost $189 she never did say if this was a required maintenance or why I would do it...Trusting Everett I had her add it on and the work was completed...Not one time did she call me by name although both Jeff and Tommy did and thanked me for coming in...Now that is the way I expect Everett employees to act.
Poor Cadillac customer service! Ed and Emily in service does not return customer calls. Ongoing issue with 2020 Cadillac CT5; no help and offered nothing else to do unless Cadillac issues another bulletin. Don’t waste your time with them !

As I walked in the guy- that was sitting at the service department desk just looked at me and didn’t say anything to me! I stood there several minutes and decided I needed to say I had a appointment at the time I scheduled, and I was there. He said I needed to talk to someone else he couldn’t help me!! I thought that was a very smart answer to tell!! Anyway I moved on and found a very pleasant young lady and then I seen Tommy, that has helped me in the past!! Everyone was very pleasant and answered all my questions!! Can only give 4 stars because of the rude guy I first encountered!!

2017 Escalade ESV purchased. Less than 10min leaving the lot the suv had a bad shake and the brakes were terrible. Prior to that I waited 6hrs while the truck was being inspected and cleaned. I explained to one of the sales managers that this was disappointing as it was clear nobody had drove or tested this Escalade. They fixed the shake and replaced the rotors. Communication is lacking and details of current light on the dash cannot be clearly explained. Not expected when spending 50k plus.

Purchased a 2019 XT4 in January 2020 from Everett and it was a great experience. Justin was very good at giving us the information we needed to make our decisions. It was truly a no hassle transaction. The other day I brought the car back for routine service and it was the best time Ive ever spent at a Dealer service department. Tommy, my service consultant, was so good at explaining what would be done and how long it would take. The car was completed exactly as promised. I will have my car serviced with them again and will likely buy a replacement for my Avalanche there.

During routine warranty work a mishap occurred, which could easily happen anywhere at any time. The handling of this issue by Everett Cadillac, Tommy (service writer), and Ed (service manager) is a prime example of how business is supposed to be done. They changed my oil and rotated tires. They were supposed to fix an issue that never got fixed from when we purchased the car and they had to fix a warranty item. Anyhoo, no one checked it and now it’s outstanding and I have to come back another time to get it fixed. We live over an hour away. Other than that the service was good.

Everett Cadilac has been extremely courteous to us I really don’t have to keep track of when maintenance needs to be done because they keep a record of it and they let me know well in advance so I have no worries while I am there I am comfortable in their lounge and really only have to wait about 45 minutes for them to get all of the work done. I had a great experience with my recent purchase at Everett. I did a lot of research online and had a couple months to find the right vehicle before my previous lease expired. Beau was my salesperson and I was able to do communicate primarily through text and email, which was convenient for me.I live in Greenville, SC by was able to search XT6 inventory as far away as Kentucky and Virginia using the Cadillac site. For the right deal, I would have gone that far. I was actually surprised at home many dealers didnt really seem interested in making a sale; some of them come back with ridiculous down payment options like $0 or $15k or $30k (seriously?) and I have another actually ask me why I was calling them if I already had a price from another dealer.In the end, Beau was easy to work with and responded quickly with answers or pictures. They even delivered my vehicle on a flatbed truck the next day, saving me a 2-hour drive each way. Lastly, Everett offered me the best price and was easy to work with. Im really enjoying my XT6.

Absolutely stunned that this dealership is charging $10,000 over msrp... the worst part is that the salesman was bragging to me that someone paid $8,000 over msrp for a suv that he just sold. There is nothing wrong with making money, but to take advantage of your community like that? Shame on you! If you’re looking for a good deal on a new car do what I just did. Search for the vehicle you want on cars.com and then put them in order from the cheapest to the most expensive. Walla! You’ve saved thousands!
