I took my Tahoe into the dealership to have the brakes checked. they took about an hour to look at them. they gave me an estimate of $400-600 and I made an appointment to take it back the next. they took it in the next day and called me back a few hours later to tell me that it was going to be $2500 to fix them. Im really disappointed in this dealership. They had an hour the previous day to evaluate the brakes. they took the wheels/tires off and thoroughly looked over the brakes. and the next day, they discovered an extra $2000 worth of repairs. How is that possible?
I had been using Everett in another town for service and the purchase of two vehicles.I found there service lacking. There incorrect work cost me over $1200. It appears they didn’t do some of the work correctly or not at all.I decided to try the folks at Hickory and wow!Professional, you bet. Showed me what was needed, what was done and were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.The car was aligned properly.Now it drives as smooth as silk. No pulling to one side. Just great. Everything was checked and explained and I ask for a quote on some grocery store rash and it was reasonable.I made an appointment for 2 service recommendations and grocery store rash removal.This is my wife’s Suburban so I wast it nice and safe.Great job Hickory. Always professional and provides prompt and courteous customer service. Evertt is the only place I take my 3500 Chevy to. Love the new truck center. Attention to detail to meet customers needs. They gave my truck great service. They had it done faster than I had expected. However Ashley my service consultant couldn’t be bothered to call me back until a day and half after I had called, and took a customer who came after me and left me standing another ten minutes waiting when I came to get my truck. Their service team who deals with the customers is definitely lacking.
I didn’t have an appointment but needed much help with my 2017 Buick Encore. My battery had just died at my work, and I got a jump to drive over. I decided to go with the actual battery that was installed by the manufacturer instead of one at an auto parts store. I pulled into the bay and was greeted warmly by a young man by the name of Jordan Wright. He was very professional and very attentive and had a wonderful smile. He informed me upfront of all the costs and quickly took my SUV back to get a battery installed. It took about 15 minutes and it was all done. I will be returning for maintenance done on my Buick here from now on. Thank you so much! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
Bought my third car in three years from Sherman at Everett in Hickory. Outstanding service from everyone I work with and everyone I spoke with. Sherman took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my search until I found the right vehicle for my wife. Everyone working was nice and in a pleasant mood. It was our first time here. Ashley greeted us, explained how they serviced our vehicle. We were pleased with the work. It is very busy place. That tells me that they do a good amount of business in the area. We plan on returning in the future with our other vehicle when that will need to be serviced. They communicated with us directly if any other work needed to be done. We are new to the area. It was a very good first impression.
Hands down the best service department I’ve dealt with! My truck the first day then the wife’s the next! Showed up on time for my truck, got the inspection within 25 minutes of being there. Had a regular service with some extras and took about an hour! The wife’s SUV showed up and 20 minutes early and no issues. Had regular service done within 45 minutes. No matter the make of your vehicle take it to Everett Chevrolet for anything and everything! If your in the market for a new or used vehicle you want find better deals than Everett. Ask for Tyson!
Went in to get a warranty battery change. As usual, it took 7 hours to check and change a battery, there was grease all over my quarter panel where they fail to use protective blankets when working on your vehicle. Overall it was a typical Everett service experience. At least they didn’t do hundreds of dollars worth of damage this time. So if you’re looking for subpar service, work, and don’t need your vehicle back for a day. Stop on in.

The absolute best dealership we have ever been to or experienced (specifically talking about the Hickory location). Wasn’t sure of the location for service.It would have been helpful when I made my appointment if I had been told specifically where to bring the car since I had a baby with me. Told over phone appointment to have a key made was going to be 20 min and when I showed up for appointment was told an hour. In the end appointment ended up being an hour and 20 min total wait time for a key to be made and programmed. After I saw my car get pulled in I went and waited to pay for my car. I stood in service department with employees just looking at me as I waited for someone to come check me out. I stood there for 10 min before someone asked if I needed help. Then proceeded to ask if anyone knew where my keys were. Very nice facility but not much urgency when it comes to other people’s time. Only time I was spoken to other than when I sought out help was to try and get me to pay $70 for a cabin and engine air filter when I can purchase them for $26 and install myself in 4 min for free. Taking advantage of people that don’t know any better is unethical. No way anyone should pay that much for someone to complete that service. Overall unsatisfied with the time management and communication but happy with a new working key. Service tech was professional with the video he sent me with my car. So he did good on his part.
Excellent service in and out. Great staff was asked about three times if I needed assistance while roaming the parking lot looking for a newer model. Salesman took time to show me a vehicle. Service advisor was great as well as the service manager. Highly recommend this dealership.

Service center is very shady….. was disappointed in the honesty they had for calling themselves a Christian company. I went in for a routine oil and tire rotation after waiting a hour and a half with one other person also in the waiting room they came in a tried the old cabin air filter trick on me… after saying no to changing it they told me both of my break lights were out and the seams for the light have broken and they would need to replace the whole entire light saying $600 for both. Knowing that my break lights were out because they were burnt out I told them no way that’s true but can you replace the bulbs anyways. After getting back into my car I turned it on and drove out. Trying to turn out of the dealership I noticed one of my turn signals was now out… can’t make this stuff up. I got home and noticed that my break lights were not changed I called the company to speak with a manager and they said that they were sorry for my inconvenience and said they would get in contact with the service manager and call me back within the next 2-3 hours … that was 3 days ago. Very disappointed in the service department probably will never go back.

This is a great place to get your car maintained and repaired. The staff are great. I dont care for the lounge/waiting area with the TV on ear-splitting volume. I wish they would do it with captions instead like most other places. Other than that, theyre the tops!

Bought a 2017 passenger van today. customer service is wonderful, helpful employees and the fact that we had our 4 small kids with us who got restless and it didnt bother the employees a bit they were great and talked with the kids as well. Eric Carson is who helped us. He spent weeks communicating with me trying to find us something in our price range and seat requirements until we found something that fit both needs.. IM 68 YEARS OLD AND NEVER THOUGHT ID PURCHASE A CAR INLINE, WHILE SITTING ON MY COUCH. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FAIRLY EASY. EVERYONE I SPOKE TO WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.IF THERE IS ANY DOWN SIDE, IT WOULD BE, I HAD NO HELP FAMILIARIZING MYSELF WITH THE VEHICLE. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

Received routine service on my Chev. Pickup. This dealer is the best dealer Ive used in the last 52 years. I particularly like the free alignment, battery and tread check. In addition, the service technicians send a little video of what the have looked at and any recommendations. With this dealer you feel like they are honest and fair. I will be moving in a few months and I may drive the 90 minutes back for any service my truck needs.

Dishonest and unethical. I coordinated with Sherman Powell and Brent Clark to purchase a preowned vehicle at Everett Chevrolet. I wired $1000 to ensure the vehicle would not be sold, scheduled my pick up date, and made arrangements (one way rental car) since I was coming from Pennsylvania.TWO DAYS after my deposit, Sherman called me to let me know the vehicle was accidentally sold to another customer. He said it happened 40 minutes or so prior to me giving my deposit...obviously a lie. Help a guy understand how it took two days to give me a call about this accident. Also, during those two days, Sherman texted me asking for my insurance and drivers license so he could have everything ready for my arrival.If you use their financing, youll probably be fine...I have a feeling that may have something to do with this accident. Honesty would have been more appreciated than this bogus accident story.

The sales rep took very good care of us, even drove us around on a golf cart so we didn’t have to walk outside in the heat. They worked with us to get the right financing to fit our budget. This is got to be the worst company I’ve dealt with The product I purchase and the way they handle it was very very none professional. What should have took them 2 weeks to do took 4 months I would never recommend them for nothing not even garbage pickup. They were the worst people that I had to deal with. They do not care about their customers of a matter of fact they put something t my truck to make it smell like sewage because I complained about the work they did. They need to close down. If I could I would have sued. But it’s a matter of time before they close. You cannot threat the public they way they do. Sorry sorry sorry company
We had to travel to the Hickory dealership, as Morganton did not have a body shop for an accident we had. We are both disabled, and the (120+ miles) travel was hard on us. We were introduced to Ty Watts, who worked with us through every step of the way and explaining our options and expenses. Beyond the body work, we had electrical issues, and scheduled maintenance. Ty went out of his way to work directly with our insurance agent and paperwork was done within 24 hours. Ty then made sure our vehicle was sent to the electrical department and followed through with the maintenance. We were called promptly within two weeks that our truck was done. When we travelled back to Hickory, our truck was cleaned and polished inside out, and Ty explained every step that had been taken to bring our truck to its former glory. Ty personally even got in the bed of the truck and tried to fix the bed lights that had been covered over with a Rhino Liner install at an RV dealership the month before. That was above and beyond. Ty was kind, courteous and thoughtful. He even remembered and inquired into a surgery I had had in the meantime. I only wish he worked at our local GMC dealership so that we could feel confident bringing our truck back whenever needed, and would know we are in great hands. Ty knows his stuff, knows the ins and outs of working with insurance, and he kept us from falling apart through what could have been a frustrating event. Now if he could just work a few days on the sales floor...we would turn to him for every auto need in the future! We cant sing his praises enough.
We were amazed at the kindness that was shown to us. We were from out of state and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They called me to confirm my parts had arrived and installed them.
Bought a 2019 van in April. During test drive felt some brake pulsation. Requested brakes checked before delivery. Vehicle was delivered with promise that brakes are good. Three months later started hearing brake grinding noise in the rear. Took vehicle to the shop and found that rear brakes were in the metal on passenger side. Had to replace rear pads and rotors. Called dealership three times to have this issue resolved. Keep getting promises that they will get back with me but no one called me back for over a week.
This place is very efficient and kept me updated on my vehicle. Staff is very nice. Love that the mechanic does a video of the repair and shows you a walk around the car. Recommend any person use their service department.

I pulled straight in to the garage at my appointment time. No waiting. The mechanic told me I could wait in the lounge. They texted me to let me know when the service was complete. Everything was done quickly and professionally.
Was able to drill down ant find root cause of the problem that my truck was having. Others was not able to do this so I commend these guys for their hard work. The only drawback is the expense which I believe that some manufacturers build in vehicles deliberately to force customers to generate revenue. Examples include sensors on everything. Tpms are a prime example. O2 sensors. Etc. these are always expensive to replace and create owners fear or shutdown vehicles so that service revenue will be needed. This applies on all new vehicles. Paramount got my truck running again and I am grateful for that but expect to pay the price. However, they kept me informed throughout the entire repair. My hands where tied if I wanted to have my truck running again. Diagnosis is expensive but they are persistent and knowledgeable.
The tech always explain what maintenance needs to be done and why it needs to be done. I feel sure they are taking care of my vehicle so that I do not have any unexpected repairs during daily and trip travels.
Daniel my sales rep was awesome. He took his time with me and my changing cars at the last min. He made me feel important and listened to what I wanted and needed.

I was there to get the oil changed on my 2017 Corvette. Had trouble with the online scheduling. Got to Everett on time and my car was immediately brought in. Evan met me. Said he had reviewed my past service records and made a couple suggestions on additional service options. The car was taken in. Took about an hour which I think was a little long. Sitting in your lobbying, I get a text message from the tech…MikeB. It is a video of the undercarriage of the car showing him inspecting tire depth, brakes etc. that was great. He specified that he found nothing out of order. I will be back.
Excellent service as always. I really like the video of the service that they send you so that you can see the undercarriage of the vehicle. The waiting round is great with popcorn and water. It has plenty of room to work while your car is taken care of.

I was only there for service for a recall item on my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE, but I still received the Red Carpet Treatment beginning with the young lady who greeted me upon arrival and introduced me to my service representative, Ashley. Ashley was very friendly, checked me in quickly, and I proceeded to the very nice waiting area. The repair was completed very quickly and I was back on the road in less than an hour. I really liked my salesman, but was very disappointed that the dealership did not trust the truck enough to give me a warranty but was very happy to sell one to me. I had totalled my truck and needed to replace it. The truck I bought would not pass state inspection when I drove it. They sold me tires for it, but ripped me off when I wanted a different tire. It took over a month to get necessary repairs done. The service dept at the truck center was very good. They seemed like they cared about the truck and me.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Overinflated all tires to different pressures. Stated they topped off the DEF which was at 1/2 full when we left. Not sure if the oil was even changed at this point. Waited 3 hours for this when we had a scheduled appointment. Also watched the female parts supervisor (possibly?) berate her staff in front of guests which was very inappropriate and made guests feel uncomfortable. Never again.
Eric got me my new keys to my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 big horn let me drive it 35 mins back to my house to let the family approve. I recommend going up to the dealership and talking to anyone they will work anything out for the right price

An outstanding service visit to help me with shifting issues on my A8 transmission. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. Josh (service writer) - excellent - checked me in quickly and kept me informed about my car. The mechanic did a short video describing what he did to solve the issue which was absolutely outstanding. Great new idea. Keep up the great work!
The girl at the front took care of me. They gave me a deal knowing that ultimately I will be bringing my vehicle back for possible issues since my codes did not show at the time. This made my day since I had taken time off work and two trips from lenoir to hickory and didnt get resolution. They have a smooth operation and high energy as soon as you walk in. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

I bought a Chevy Equinox. When time came to have it serviced, I was not once but twice VERY poorly, rudely taken care of by a man of the name of John at the service center. The man has nothing to do in contact with customers. He does not seek people in the space, does make eye contact, is rude, does not care to be understood nor to listen to the people in front of him. he only talks about how much you’ll have to PAY. And he does that like a recoded machine unanimated and devoid of any form emotional intelligence (empathy). Chevys might be good vehicles, but my experience and appreciation have been ruined by a repetitively TERRIBLE customer experience!!! Go somewhere else
Great experience and awesome values of the used vehicles. We shopped online comparing price on numerous trucks and Everett hands down had the best values. Sherman our salesman was never pushy he seemed very genuine in wanting to help us find exactly what were happiest with from the beginning. We took our time looking at several trucks and once we made a decision we were driving our new purchase within an hour home. 5 stars well earned!
We worked with Jessie and she is amazing! If you have to bring your kids along she has toys and snacks, so ask for her! She is quick, explains details and is super helpful!
