Got appt 9:30 am. Got here 6:30 am. They unload me right away, nice people work here. Its like a paradise here for beer lovers.

Rude, incompetent, somewhat stand-offish and just generally unhelpful. Also, a casual, if any, adherence to any covid-19 protocols. All set to spray all over me.
