There was an open recall on my 2021 Nissan Rogue and I was also having a low tire pressure warning that was coming on. I called Modern Nissan and spoke to Aaron who told me I could come by anytime. I arrived and he quickly helped me realize there was a nail in my tire. They were able to patch the tire and take care of the recall issue all at the same time. I was very impressed and and extremely grateful. I had a long trip to take that Saturday and I needed to be safe.

Purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL from Kevin last month. Was assisted very quickly and offered a test drive almost immediately. Kevin was super relaxed, easy to talk to, and just an overall awesome person to work with. The F&I manager I worked with as well was great. I had made it clear I had a set goal in mind for the purchase, and everyone present worked with me to make that happen. Upgrading was made so easy! The new truck was delivered to my home and paperwork was clearly marked with everywhere that needed initials or signatures. Everyone involved was nice and very helpful! If you want to be blatantly lied to by sales associates about what car packages include, pay on said package for months, and then be completely ignored and dismissed when you explain that the package you payed for is not what is being received please buy your car here. No shock that they are all about making a sell, but outright lying is a little low. I would not buy a car from this dealership ever again and will tell anyone who will listen not to as well.

This place is awesome. The salesman are not pushy and there is no pressure to buy. I had expressed interest online and they had two different versions of the vehicle I wanted ready when I went in. They went the extra mile to help me get what I wanted in a vehicle. Second time buying from them and I plan to be a customer for many years.
I have twice attempted to purchase a new Nissan Altima from Modern Nissan. Both times I have left feeling insulted by offered interest rates and terms. Shop around! I financed through another dealer for 0.9 the first time and 2.9% on my 2021. Both times I have financed through Nissan Acceptance. I thought I could continue to have my 2021 serviced in Hickory but I found out I was wrong after bringing it in for some new car rattles. I do not appreciate being discounted and ignored. I am not woman with hole in head! Please dont treat me as such.

I guess being too busy to talk to a nissan truck owner about his vehicle is common with these guys. His words were friendly but his actions spoke louder. Some people shouldnt be in customer service if they dont know the definition of customer or service. Fortunately theres about 500 other car lots on that rd.

I bought my 2008 Nissan Rogue here for a diagnostic. The vehicle has less than 100k and was well maintained. They serviced my CVT at about 88k miles and when I took it to them they said that it needs a new transmission (per my $125/diagnostic). They said it would be 3900 for the repair. They said they could finance the repair at a whopping 29% interest rate. I explained that I cant see spending that money for a vehicle that is 13 years old. So, I get my car towed back home and I noticed the drivers side door trim is covered in mud. Chad in the service department proceeds to tell me that it was the tow company. Not sure which is worse, the service or the CVT transmissions. I would recommend Hyundai.

Got a used Honda from them. We worked with LL. Actually looked at the car and told LL what our budget was. Actually gave us a decent offer(better than ANY big dealership would offer). Said well think about it. A week later got a text from LL saying the car was still available and actually worked with our counter-offer to get a price that we all agreed on.Everyone we encountered there was super nice and it FELT like they wanted your business from a friend standpoint. I know that sounds weird, but it felt nice to have sales people like LL to actually feel like he is trying to get you the best deal for YOU and not the big guys.My husband was even impressed and it takes a lot to impress him. So I know Ive found great service and people when my husband is impressed.We dont drive Nissans, unfortunately. But if I need a used Honda or Toyota and they have one. I wouldnt hesitate to work with them again.I cant say enough about how great their customer service is compared to the multiple dealerships Ive been to.

The only issue I had was the extended time it took for the part to come, in which delay the repair for over a month.

Ive been a longtime toyota fan but now have a home at Hickory Nissan. Our sales expert was LL. What a nice, considerate, dependable man.
