After reading previous reviews, we got here well ahead of time and checked in around 2200. They dont start receiving till 2am according to their info but we were in a door by midnight and out the gates by 0300. They have brick and mortar restrooms and vending machines in bullpen. Watch out for yard jockeys, they were doing their best fast and furious but other than that, it was easy backing. People were all super nice!

Delivered a load here appt 0200 lumper payment is easy with the link. Nice they have a staging area so you can come in early and park then you must walk to guard shack to check in. They either give you a dock # or take your phone # and call you when one’s available. All in all patience is needed but we were in and out 3 hours from our appt time. They have outside bathrooms, vending machines and garbage cans all near the staging and guard shack area.

First of all they have overnight parking, they have a direction line bit google will get you here. Walk to the guard shack(very friendly) second I was late an hour and fifteen minutes. My bad. I called ahead to the produce department and she was very pleasant said cut off was 0800. I got here at 815Because I called ahead and she is really nice they are receiving me an hour later. Communication is key in this business. Have a safe trip

I had a 06:00 appointment. Checked in at 03:40 docked at 04:15. Got paperwork at 05:30.They have a staging area and a bathroom. Plenty of room to Maneuver. Easy to dock.

If this is your destination for a live unload, plan to be here awhile. I had 5am appointment time. They just started unloading my trailer between 8:30am and 9am. By this time, they had already collected my lumper fee by almost 2hrs. I was told they have to remove all the products, then someone else will count them before issuing the bills back. I do not know the reason for the hold up, but I had been here once before, and the experience is the same. It is 9:50am going on 10am, and they are still not done with my trailer.

Not a horrible place to deliver to. I always check in when I get here the night before my appointment and am normally in a door soon after midnight and out the gate before my actual appointment time. Don’t check in early if you can’t move your truck earlier than your appointment.

Whats the point having a appointment and you not going to go by it.. just pointless. Want be coming here no More. PLZ STAY AWAY!! PLZ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Checked in an hour before my apt, so checked in at 6am Thursday 8/12 .. it is now 1215 am 8/13 ... still dont have a door.. id hate to see how long I wait at the door ... smh .

Man I miss the old group that used to work here. You was in and out at the guard shack. Now you standing in line for 20mins or more because they talk to much.

I had the unfortunate task to deliver here. This place is a clock killer. Drivers be prepared to sit for about 2 to 4 hours and something longer then that. Drivers I advise to try to check in early before appointment.

Should be neg stars. Avoid this place. Arrived at 22 the day before. Appointment time was at 330 next morning. Was not put in a door until 6am lumper was 165 and didn’t get done until 10 am was there a full 12 hours. Which made me late for 2nd stop. Which was closed when got there. So a whole day waisted.

If youre delivering Park and walk to the guard shack and they will call you when they have a door.

The worst!!!! I checked in at 7:10 pm appointment at 8:00 pm and I am just checking out now it’s 10:08 AM!!!! Plus a $350 lumper fee and I missed my second stop delivery and here I am waiting for the new appointment!!! Oh one more thing over an hour just waiting for them to bring me the paperwork!!!!! But to be honest the staff was super friendly and polite

Quick to get unloaded and nice overnight parking with restrooms

I had a 2:00 a.m. appointment. Got here at 1:45 a.m. and here it is 8:05 a.m. and Im still sitting here. My first stop on a three stop load, hopefully my next two stops wont take this long. If youre delivering here, hope you got your lunch or some snacks with you.

No communication between unloaders and delivery drivers, you will wait hours on end to find out they sent you to the wrong door and then continue to wait, dont know how a company this poorly ran stays in business. Other than that lot is big and enough room to back, just absolute insanity how bad this place truly is, expect your clock to get burnt.

Bout 3/4 hrs to deliver full load, could be better honestly

Signed in 30 minutes before appointment, got sent to in house parking on property, they do have overnight parking right before gate. Park and walk to guard to check in. 3 hours got wasted because my cell number was wrote down wrong, got in a door. 30 minutes unload, hour and half later still waiting on paperwork. Overnight parking allowed in the staging area. I got here Saturday evening for a Monday morning appointment and was told I definitely can stay here. There are bathrooms next to the guard shack. T-Mobile has 4G service here

The only thing good is truck parking used to be a good place to deliver when we could unload ourselves as far as drivers go we can do anything else in life the only reason we cant unload now is greed between the food warehouses and lumper services I use to unload in 1 hr now the same of cases is 5 hrs these places cant get any help let us do it ourselves it will be safe

Arrived at 03:45 for 5am to load. In dock at 715 and being loaded immediately. On arrival park walk to guardshack..when given door back in and call number given. Bol will be brought to you. Let security seal. Nice facility and staff.

Waiting since 8:00 am until 6:18 next day they are short handed in lumber now .priority for company trucks . All Delivery trucks are owner operators no big companies trucks like swift crengland hereThis is my first last time dealing with themThey remind me my government in Africa

Used our truck like a storage for 8 hours since our appt time cause they didnt have any room for product. Terrible place.

My apt was at 2am, checked in at 9pm, Got door at 5:30am and was empty at 7:45am. Not bad I say. Big facility, lot of parking before gate, restroom on site. Easy and simple to get in a door for rookie drivers. :)

Get you in and out and if you are early or on time its a possibility you will be done early place to park to do your 10 if needed.

Appointment at 02:00, pull up at 22:30, door at 23:30, out at 02:15. Nice people. Only reason I’d give less than 5 stars is because I didn’t have more time to sleep 😂👍

I had an 4 am appointment. Checked in at 9.30 pm . empty by midnight. Parking available before and after delivery. Nice, helpful people.

I was delivering here & had a 3am appointment & I checked in @02:15 @ 05:12 they finally called me to give me my door assignment! I had 21 skids being taken off & I was finally empty & leaving @ 11:45! It took 8&3/4 hrs. If you can help it stay away from this place if you have additional stops because they flat out dont care.

Original appointment was 2 am due to breakdown we had to reschedule to 8am, checked in @7am gave lumper fee @10:30am and here it is 12:00 pm still waiting……this place is a joke.

Typical grocery distribution. Staging area before guard house. Lots of docks and plenty of room to maneuver. Friendly helpful staff. Didnt have any problems & I was a work-in, had to wait 3 hours for a door.

Best part, IT HAS OVERNIGHT PARKING. dry van load delivery took 4 hours after appointment. Nice people.

3/18/21 OTR dryvan: arrived 2215hrs. My appt was set for 3/19/21 0500hrs. Parked and walked to the guard shack; nice gentleman. Took my information and I went back to my truck thinking it would be hours! NOPEEE; was called and given my door assignment at 2230hrs. Unloading was completed by 0030hrs.Only complaint I have is I didn’t get much rest due to the warehouse guys moving too fast 😂😂 but I definitely appreciated being empty hours before my appt time!

Easy process and Quick time to door. Appt at 0500, Got door at 0415. Security very efficient. Park in staging, check in with security, and wait for phone call with door assignment. Put paperwork in trailer and back into door. So easy.

Holy cow.. good thing I get detention pay. Theres just no excuse for making drivers wait 9 hours. 6 to unload, and 3 hours and counting on just paperwork. Absolutely unacceptable.

Decent place just dont agree with Capstone being in place. If you order a product then you need to unload it. These companies need to stop with the extra charges for lumpers. Companies and drivers struggle enough. Do your job as a company and unload what you ordered!

Arrived evening before 0700 appointment at around 2245 and put on hold pad . Called to door around 2315 . Unloaded and out the gate at 0245 . Overnight parking available .

Nice people that work here. Fast unloading and paper work times. They have a staging area where you can park overnight. They have restrooms and vending machines in the staging area up by the guard shack. Guys at the guard shack are super nice. I would go back here again.

Great place to deliver and pickup. My load I was delivering was cancelled and was left in limbo. But they have a lot of parking and overnight parking as well so I gave it 4 stats.

Hello everyone. I had appointment at 5 am. Checked in 11 pm previous day. 10:30 am still here. Now waiting for paperwork. You spend your sleep time here. Too slow.

Forever unloading. I got here at 6 am it’s now 12 pm they still haven’t finished my truck. This is drivers punishment for no reason at all, because if shipper seal the load and receiver unseal it why drivers have to waist 5 to 7 hrs for receiving to count?

Appointment @0715. Arrived @0620. Door @10:00. It’s now 1200 and still not finished. I only had two skids to drop off here.

0400 appointment and its already 1200 and still not unloaded. Expect to be here a while. At least it is easy to back in and has a staging area.

Plan on spending the day here and you better have a big check book to get unloaded

Overnight parking, pretty decent amount. Park then walk up to guard shack like others have stated. Go to window, guard will check over paperwork and tell you theyll call when they have a door for ya. Appt was for 2, received a call at 245. Was done unloading around 0545 but didnt leave door until 0715. Proceed right to your door, no need to stop at guard shack. Follow posted signs, open doors once at door and back on in. Dont forget to drop paperwork in trailer! No driver unload right now with the virus going on. Theyll walk paperwork back out when done, along with lumper price. Cant stay after done anymore. Restrooms and vending machine.

Drivers on I40 hanging out in the left lane during Friday afternoon rush hour. Driver never moved to the right lane even with nobody in that lane. They need to teach their drivers proper road etiquette. Fail

100% ORGANIZED. BATHROOM OUTSIDE WHERE YOU WAIT IN THE PARKING LOT TILL YOUR DELIVERY APPOINTMENT. CHECK IN IS A BREEZE. WAIT IN YOUR TRUCK TILL YOU GET YOUR DOOR NUMBER... THE ONLY DOWNFALL THEY TAKE FOREVER TU UNLOAD YOU AND DO LUMPER PAY... I TOOK 4 HRS TO UNLOAD AND PAY LUMPERS

Wow, this is different (not),! (1) pallet of ice cream, (4) + hours. What a bunch of lazy AHoles. Lumpers are fine...checkers and bill people need to go find a job they can actually do. I believe we have an IQ problem down here in receiving. Id be embarraced and ashamed.

Pretty organized here. The staff is friendly. Be prepared for lumper service. Because of covid you just chill in the truck. Not super fast but not slow...my wait time was about 3 hrs for everything...from check in to exit

Terrible company to deal with from the ground up!!!

Had me loaded and back out the gate before I could even catch up on paperwork. Everyone was extremely nice from the guards to the shipping office. I did pickup empty plastic pallets, so this wasnt food related. That may make a difference. Make sure to park in staging lot and walk to the gate to check-in.

6 hrs after apt time to get 4 pallets off and I’m still sitting here. This place is unorganized, nobody knows nothing, the people are rude, slow as molasses, capstone rips ya off .Job, Johnny’s are disgusting

Quick unload of course $$$ money talks . They took me an hour early. Lots of room to park if you get here early. Restrooms 2 and vending machines in truck waiting area . This place has a Cafeteria with vending machines that have real food in them, vending machines except credit cards. This place is one of the better food warehouses.

1st off, park in truck parking and walk to guard shack to check in. Received Door almost instantly, However 8 hours later I am still here and not unloaded. They ask for lumper payment before unloading truck.

As soon as I got here at 5am I got a door, and then that was it. 5+ hours and still not loaded and I have to drive 800 miles by tomorrow morning. I’m not going home on time, thanks you guys.

06:45 appointment. Got a door at 07:40. Unloaded by 08:20...but waiting for paperwork caused me to be late for my next delivery. When will this industry realize that THEY are screwing each other, not the drivers?

Back in 2017, I started to maintain a list of warehouses that you don’t want to go for deliveries. After 2 years I happened to deliver to merchants warehouse again. All the same. Technology is there, but they don’t know what to do with it. Take forever. Truckers, please avoid deliveries to these facilities.

Ill give them one star only because they have parking. The rest is awful.Call to door 2 hours past appointment time.Sitting by the door 2 hours more, so now is 4 hours past appointment time and they didnt start yet.

Alex lee blvd, stay on 321 n cross the river second traffic light turn right, stop in staging area walk to guard shack. They will direct you from there.not a bad place to deliver. Thought lumper fee was a little high. Plenty of parking in staging area . I know if you arrive early you can stay until appointment time. I’m not sure after you unload. Maybe someone else can answer that. Would think you could. Also has restroom at the staging area. Don’t attempt 321 n to I- 81 . Beautiful ride empty. Hell of a ride loaded. I did it empty. Now I know.
