Beware of what you purchase. The manager doesn’t have a working knowledge of the products that he sells, which should have alerted me to use another supplier, so my bad on that point.I purchased a motor that was defective. This company will not refund my money and pointed out that the receipt says “No Refunds “. Too bad for me that the motor they sold me is defective. I purchased another motor at their competitor and it came with a one year warranty.

Very disappointing customer service experience. Nothing like having to call the corporate office to see if something is in stock because you’ve been hung up on twice at the local branch. Then to arrive to pick up the part and get fussed at by the counter guy because you called the corporate office to see if they had your part or not. No apology. Experiences like this is what clarifies why people order online these days.

Bought a Trane heat pump from Hickory location. The equipment had a dead short straight out of the box. Took two days and their solution was to change the compressor on a brand new piece of equipment.

The only place you need to go for appliance parts. 4th trip. Never been disappointed.

Absolutely horrible customer service !!! I will NEVER go back for anything... Bought a part for a dryer and ended up the motor was bad and they would not allow me to return unused part....so now stuck with a $40 part....would not recommend to anyone
