MY FAV FEDEX OFFICE !!! i was helped by this amazing girl named Melissa she is a short skinny girl,, OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Horrible experience at this store today around 7:40 PM, and it was my first visit at this location. Melissa an employee there had a nasty attitude and guest what she was training someone else. How do you think thats going to turn out. The trainee employee was doing great until she got involved. Management needs to address the negative posts and retrain employees on how to deal with customers who are ultimately keeping this business open. Pretty sad!

I would give 10 stars for service ! The ladies and guys were beyond stellar with helping me three times now in a week . when employees are happy with where they work it the customer wins ! Thank you all, How to say all because the three times I went there everyone was Beyond PleasantAnd really helpful they are great employees. You won me as a customer for all my printing needs (and technology wizards) lol .

I am a contractor that uses FedEx often so I know how the process works with boxing and shipping.This is my second visit here to this location and my experience has been as BAD as the first time, they give me problems and excuses about shipping and not having the correct boxes for my needs and that I have to go to another store, not cool at all, they can get another box from a different store.

This place is staffed by one of the loveliest and most helpful people I have ever met in my life. This is the epitome of customer service at an excellent level. Their recommendation, ability to problem solve, and helpful behavior solidifies this place as THE best FedEx store in all of south Florida.

If you want to send your packages, dont come to this place they dont do their job. They just told me to go to another FedEx location 🤡.

Smaller location, sometimes operated by one person only. Can be long wait times. Parking is scarce as it’s shared with other retailers

Very BAD service.I went to FEDEX to send a urine collection for my doctor that needed to keep cold and they said they didn’t have a fridge. They sent me another fedex, that was 30 minutes far and I had a fever. Once I get the place, the customer representative told that they don’t do that, that fedex don’t have a fridge for that kind of package. I drove 30 minutes for nothing😡

I do my art prints at this location even though its not the closes to my business but Alex the manager here is an amazing customer service individual with professionalism and expertise, I would follow Mr Alex anywhere, he is a tremendous asset to kinkos and I hope they know it.

8:01pm and the representative did not want to open the door. Before crossing the street the lights were off already. Bad business.

I love this location. Medium in size. The employees were very nice and very helpful. I was worried about my package and the employee calmed me down. The service was done really quickly and these guys honestly love their job. You can tell. You could come here and feel satisfied!

I ship deliveries to this location regularly, the staff is always extremely helpful and willing to help with my pickups. Highly recommend for shipping services! Thank you guys for being awesome! :)

Went in this afternoon to try to get some printing done. There were 2 staff members there who were extremely uninterested in assisting me. When I tried to ask for assistance I felt like I was bothering them by being there. Definitely will not go back to this location.

Man this guy Alex R. Manager there is Amazing. I work in deliveries and Ive been to many FedEx locations in all Miami, but this guy top everyone. Excellent service and quick. Give him a $15 raise now!

Walked in to print some documents that I needed. Internet is super slow and your being charged by the minute. Next went to download documents from my email and started to print them, getting charged for every print I sent to get printed. I then logged out and closed up the computer, went to go get documents and the printer had an error. No documents printed and no reimbursement was given by fedex, the only help was for me to log into the email on my phone and email document by document to employer email to have them re printed. Picked up and left, will never return again.

Was there to deliver a package and Richard was too occupied texting on his cellphone to even inform me that they were doing the last location pick up for the day, even as I had inform him that it was a next day delivery, he never added my package to the ones they were picking up.

They allways help with what you want with no problem and the best costumer service ever thanks

The service from the people is lousy, they treat you like they are doing you a favor and its their job. It must be that I do not pay to make the shipments and they are doing them for free, they are lazy.

Air Conditioning does not work or heating is on. They gave me no alternative to my problem of sending a replacement of an online purchase.I went to the FedEx office in Miami Lakes and in five minutes I had sent the article.
