I have been buying paper from this location throughout my entire academic career and for any commercial needs I may have had. Never felt the need to create an account but was urged to, started the process with Chris Streibig and filled out the paper work, never requested to have terms, in fact I emphasized the lack of terms for my needs. It has been two weeks now and even though I have followed up with the individual I still have not received a reply, an apology, an account or the simple common decency of general communication.Thats Hialeah for you.

Bad ...Bad...Bad..We have been purchasing from these company for a long time...and always offered us terms..but we didnt need it...TODAY we called and placed an order..i asked specifically to place the order that terms were needed...the sales person told me that YES, no problem...i hired a truck to pick up the order and when the truck was there...they told him that that order is CASH ONLY...i called the management and put a claim ..they couldnt tell me who took the order.....or why they placed us under CASH ONLY....and on top of that they could not change that or give us terms...REALLY BAD...now i have to pay truck fees..because somebody wasnt responsible enough....and the worst part...THEY DONT CARE..
