I just Can’t recommend this company until they fix the issues. Increase rating from 1 star to 3 stars. This plumbing Company needs to communicate with customers after recent installation and see how things are going. We needed them to finish the gas dryer install but no one has followed up. Their work is good but need to improve on some finishing items. They never answered any follow up text message to the owner or manager. We just want the work done. Things happen but the company seems to have a difficult time readjusting and taking care of the problem.1. The work crew arrived Friday 4/24 began to work installing the gas lines. Discovered a leak in the lines. Left us w/o stove and any other appliance installed.2. Connected the BBQ grill directly without using the NG kit we provided to them. I had to disconnect the incorrect connection and put it back to LP to use the grill.3. They were to return Monday to finish the installation. Arrived after 1PM, determined that their machine used to cut the lines was defective and that why the gas lines were leaking. Because it was late (3PM) they had to leave and no work was done. So four days w/o the appliances installed and very hard to get a response on the phone or a commitment stating when they can come with the equipment to do the job right.4. We are looking to get our money back and hire a different gas contractor.
This is the best gas company you can ever work with! They have completely knowledge of the work they do, very responsive and professionals. Totally recommended!
Great people and company to work with, they scheduled a free estimate at my home, provided me with a world of information and submitted a very competitive price, they help me design the system by providing me with gas plans, work was performed on schedule, a supervisor was present and the required inspections and assisted me to make sure my gas will be turned on by utility company, I strongly recommend them
I had the worst experience, this sales rep came to my house 2 weeks ago on Saturday his name is Rick Rodriguez to give an estimate on some new lines i wanted to install, he told me that on Monday he was going to send me the proposal for me to approve it and im still waiting... i called him and i called the company customer service and no answer. The worst thing is that my house is under construction and he made me hold the renovation on one of the wall because he said they needed to brake that wall. I cant believe how unprofessional this people are! I dont only blame the sales rep but the company as well because they had to be aware that he was doing a proposal for a job and here i am two weeks later! Wouldnt recommend this people to anybody!
If it is not an easy thing to fix they will leave you hanging. Since August 7 to today Im still trying to get them to fix the NORITZ tankless heater they installed. Over 14 call to their contractor Pivotal Home Solutions to get them here... No avail. Even giving them a claim # wont help you... Mr. E Martinez.
Great work, customer service and prices.
First the positive. The sales representative came out to our house as scheduled, explaining everything in detail, including what pipes needed to be changed, etc. The work was scheduled immediately as our current water heater died and was leaking in the garage. The work was scheduled for Friday June 15th. The crew arrived at 12:15 PM and left at 3:20 PM. The entire time they were here, there was a constant complaint about doing such a large job on a Friday. A back and forth on how could they be scheduled to do work so late on a Friday and now they wont be able to cash their checks. The salesman advised that the natural feed into the new tankless system was to be 3/4 inches. The installers were leaving the feed at 1/2 inch. When I advised them of this, they reassured me that this was ok. I had to call the sales person who came out to provide the quote and he had to call the crew. This did not sit too well with the crew and the complaining continued until they left out the door at 3:20 PM.The unit itself is working as it should which I had no doubt as it is a Noritz. The overall work itself seems to be ok but time will tell.I called into their main office this morning to advise that I was charged for 5 hours of labor and the crew was here only 3 to which the reply was that this accounts for travel time to and from the previous job. I have never heard that approach in my life. Labor is usually charged for onsite work and not travel time. The Noritz unit seems to be doing what it should be but I have been left with a very unprofessional experience by this company.
Definitely the best and really honest and professional company in Miami!
Fast, Reliable and Professional.
