I called for a quote on steel shelving. I was offered used shelving at a discount, which I was interested in. When I called first thing the next morning to confirm sizes and delivery options - no return calls or texts for 2 days. So I placed a $2400 order at a higher price with a competitor that actually picked up the phone and did what they said they were going to.

The rep Mauro was very helpful in every aspect of buying and installing.

I placed an order in October they finally gave me a delivery date on 12/11/2020 and didnt show up. Their service is terrible.

Worse company to purchase racks and its parts. First delayed delays to deliver and for 3 times they brought damaged upright. Long story short. It took a month to complete the service which any competitor would take max 2-3 days.

Were a dealer and have never been treated so poorly when receiving defective product. Make sure you get good product before you pay, otherwise youll never hear from them again. Im known for being a very patient and understanding person but this is the Worst experience Ive ever had with a retail company. If they tell you they will return your call, dont hold your breath. Surprised they are still open.

In general nice people. But I ve noticed the little orders dont get a lot of attention. I needed 6 (10) beams for my pallet racks told salesman. Called at 3pm . Salesman was out of the office but said he would get back to me. He calls 3:35 but leaves no message. I was already in the truck so decided to drive the to the warehouse. It was 4pm when I arrived with truck. Only to be told warehouse is closed at 4pm. Why didnt he tell me right away the warehouse would be closed save me the trip. Of course could ve found another supplier which closed at 4:30 but by the time i got hold of them they wouldnt pull the order either.
