I recently purchased a Rubi tile saw Diamant DC-250 from Tools 4 flooring. I love the saw, but unfortunately the saw was damaged during shipping from Rubi. I contacted Tools 4 flooring and they immediately contacted Rubi with a list of parts that were damaged. Hector Martinez from Rubi shipped my parts out and I had them the next day. Hector was great! He is a valuable asset to your customer service department. I highly recommend Rubi tools!!!
