The staff r lazy I asked for help n they respond was what u see is what we have they didnt tried to look or help went to another store and got what I was looking for.

Best place for doors and amazing customer service

I waited at the counter with my merchandise and called for help several times finally someone who was very happily laughing with another told me to wait, I looked around for a couple of minutes and no one came so I called out again and the same person responded sounding annoyed so I waited a few more minutes and called out again this time they didnt reply so I left about $300 in merchandise on the counter and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Arrogant woman who works there discriminates against non-cubans and acts like she owns the place. I was next in line and someone came through the door and stood behind me, she ignores me and starts talking to the man which says I am in front of him. She completely ignores the fact he said that and continues to try and service him. I left. They used to have great service when they were simply Nachon Lumber.

The best service I have ever experienced!!!

I went to return items purchased at another ACE Hardware location and I was told they do not take returns. When asked if they followed ACEs corporate return policy, they said they do not follow their policy as they are a franchise. They set their own rules. According to them, the owner died and Pricilla, the GM, makes the decisions. I will contact ACEs corporate to check if this is true. Not good customer service.

This place has a terrible customer service by phone, I bought some parts online and I put this store for collection, and the parts never arrived, and when I called to ask a lady with very rude and very spoiled answered, she said that she did not She knows nothing and to wait for the pieces, that she is not there for that, and to call another number and this has been 3 weeks ago, and when I call she gets upset because she always has a bad attitude, TIP:FIRE HER !! This woman is driving away customers, these types of people come home with a bad attitude because it bothers them to work!
