Just like other reviews was supposed to get one price when I got there different price. My order wasn’t ready. And then when I got to the job-site the baseboard was split in half in the middle. Not only that they were in BFE and the place was an annoyance to find. No one carded on greeting me when I got inside it was a maze to figure out how to get to the register and plus the lady that was at the register was upset that I could only speak English like oh my bad that your upset that your ignorant I understood her while she was speaking Spanish to me but like oh that’s right we’re not in another country. I have to know her language but she doesn’t have to know mine that makes sense. I’d rather stay at 84 lumber at least they’re not going to be a mission and rude.

Zero Customer Service. Placed an order that was supposed to be ready in 3 to 5 days, three months later they said it would be another 8 weeks. Found the exact product online and in stock. I had to drive to get the refund in person and the personnel was unapologetic to the point of rudeness. Never again

The workers are terrible. They dont know what they are doing. After 4 times to get what I need, they end up overcharging me for a broken item.Many customers were complining and returning broken or defective items.There is a lack of communication between the man at the warehouse and the cashiers. The cashiers are completely lost. Prices are good but if you get charge correctly.

I highly recommended this place! So I was looking to install laminate flooring and change the baseboards in my house. A friend of mine referred me to this place and Im so glad he did. The material was the same qualities Home Depot for a much cheaper price and everyone there was super friendly. I have gone back multiple times and not once Ive had an issue. I strongly recommend you check this place out and you will see the stuff its great quality and best way to get bang for your buck.

The worst experience ever. So unprofessional. I ordered some kitchen cabinets in July and were halfway through November and I still havent received the order. Every time I call they tell me theyve had a delay and it will be there in a few days. I call and demanded my money back. I was told theyll call me back in 10 mins and its been 2 days with no call back. I do not recommend them at all

This is no longer called Unity General Distributor inc! It was sold and now called Home Value Store! Run from this place... I was forced to place a doors order with this idiot called Michael and needless to say he couldnt even find our PO.He began by telling us how he had lost his laptop because someone had distracted him, that was my first red flag!We called everyday after the first 2 weeks to get an update and he kept telling us hed call us back-nothing: no call back in 5 total attempts to get a status from him.Finally I told him I need to know status right now or Im go by back to get a refund and cancel the order.Turns out he cant even find P.O. or slip with door measurements! Its people like this that make MIami a horrid service city!
