Very happy with the install the guys were great did a good job. Just the waiting time was a little long but very satisfied will definitely recommend this company for the job.

We came to right place looking for a countertop for our vanity! Looks awesome and it was ready (earlier than expected I might add). This is easy to install on your own, bring the vessel sink if you are doing that for your bathroom setup and they will even measure and cut the holes for you as well.

Do yourself a favor and HIRE PONTEVEDRA. 1000 Stars! Extremely professional, fairly priced and do precision detail work that I was highly impressed with (and Im not the easiest perfectionist to please). They did roughly 100sf of granite countertop (3/4 thick with a mitered edge 1.5 strip all around). The cuts were absolutely perfect. Specially the cut for our hidden outlet which was a custom, very precise, very delicate job and they executed flawlessly (see pictures below). They are booked up a few months in advanced but are very well worth the wait. Showed up on time every scheduled appointment. Lydia and Don Pepe are very communicative and friendly. It is also a small family business which was a plus for us. Would recommend with my eyes closed.

I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately thats not an option. I went to this location and for a small counter for an efficiency man made quartz cost me 1600. They came to my house took the measurements and told me everything would be ready in one month. One month later the day they were supposed to come install the piece they call me to tell me they lost all my information because the guy who took care of me quit ( Danny who was the only person good there) . I had to go in again pick the piece I wanted all over again and then they started telling me off because I didnt bring a sink they needed on time when they told me the day before. after a month of waiting they never told me to bring in the sink. Today my contractor came to see the kitchen and he was horrified because the installment they made does not include support in the bottom and he says the quartz can snap any moment. I am not the type to write bad reviews but these people really did a number on me. please take this warning seriously because these people are horrible. Will charge you an insane amount and do horrible job. The men who installed my counter top were great. I just believe the people in the office are terrible with organizing and keep customer information and the company just doesnt care whether they need to include support for their countertops. That way it can break and you can spend another 1600 to replace it. Ridiculous !!!!!

My wife and I recently updated our house which included replacement of kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The team at Pontevedra Marble suggested Quartzite because of its durability and elegant appearance. From top management to installers, and apprentices learning the trade, all were extremely professional and performed to the highest standard.What really impressed us was about a month after completion, we had a minor self inflected issue requiring a service call. Pontevedra showed up a few days later and resolved the problem. No charge!By the way I am a general contractor and consider myself a perfectionist. I am not the easiest person to please. After calling a couple of locations that were local to the Florida Keys, I contacted Pontevedra through their website. I had a response within 24hrs and had them at my door in 72hrs. They measured and provided me with a quote for my kitchen and we were off. The finished product is nothing short of spectacular. I would highly recommend.

I never knew that finding and choosing a countertop could be so stressful (because of my wife). However, of all the places we visited, Pontevedra had the largest selection. It also appears that theyve been operating for many years (not quite sure on how long); the business seemed well-established, the personnel were professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth. The installation was wonderful and they did so perfectly. Excellent work, to be honest. They didnt appear to cut any corners and settled for nothing less than perfection. I appreciateed the meticulousness. Anyway, I recommend this place without any hesitation whatsoever.

We had such an incredible experience with Pontevedra! We had a very large renovation project which we began in July 2019 and completed in December 2019. We researched a lot of companies for our counters and we were so happy to come across Pontevedra. They had an amazing selection and we fell in love with pieces right away. To be honest, I had a hard time making a final selection since there were so many that I loved! We purchased for 4 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and a very large wrap around kitchen counter. The staff is amazing! Aylin helped us every step of the way and it was never an issue with how long our project was taking. We were so happy with the turnaround time on getting the templates done and items installed. Every installation went smoothly. I have had several great experiences with Pontevedra Marble and Granite Solutions. They have custom cut many pieces of marble for my bathroom and floor and did it perfectly! Such clean, precise cuts and with a really quick turnaround. They also know how to get the most efficient cuts from a stone, without much waste. The people working in the office there are also very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Aylin was especially helpful, taking me around to look at slabs and following up with me regularly on inventory and other services. Highly recommended!

Very professional. They explain the various options we had in the replacement of our bathroom counter-tops. They arrived at our house at the time agreed to make final measurements and also at the time agreed for installation. They left the area they worked on clean and in the same condition as they found it.

Came in looking to repair slab for jacuzzi to pool waterfall. After looking at the old slab they advised it would not be worth it, costing 3 times as much of getting a new one. Not only did I get a great looking new slab perfectly cut in only 2 days but also for much cheaper than I expected. Couldn’t be happier with purchase.
