American Glass & Window did a great job on installing impact windows on my house. 15 windows and 1 large sliding door had to be replaced and the owners sent me 4 crews and finished all the installation in one and a half days. It was a lot less pain than I feared. From installation to inspection, they listened to my requests and followed up on them. Thank you all for having me well-prepared for this hurricane season!

Hi I am a contractor in South Florida and we have worked with this company in the pass with no problems. They use to give us a great service. Today this same company is a nightmare. No customer service, no customers support, and the worst part is that they are not giving warrantees of guarantees on their work. They no longer answer the phone. They want to charge extra if they have to come back to repair of fix any wrong installation. I grade this company as a failure to perform their responsibility

I am sorry to see review posted by Mr. Ivan Galvez. The last contract we had with them was completed in perfect condition. it was an ongoing construction. Other contractors on site damaged some material after installation and we provided pricing and time frame for repair work to get done. We never received a confirmation from him. After that, the owner thought it was our problem and that we dropped the ball, and went with another company to do repair. We have been in business for 11 years and have work all year round because of word of mouth and good customer recommendations. It is very unprofessional for people to make up stories that hurt companies.
