Associates are very sweet, helpful and always welcome you when entering the store. They deal with many rude customers and they always keep their composure and stay professional. I go so much they already know me by name.

Im a frequent shopper at this store only because its close to home. When I shop I shop. How is it possible that this store does not have shopping baskets or shopping carts. I had to grab a soda crate to place my items because everything was falling out of my hands. RIDICULOUS! My previous visit I had the same issue only this time I asked the cashier if the store had any baskets and the answer was I dont know, there somewhere around if we have any. Not only does the store need better customer service but frequent shoppers need BASKETS AND SHOPPING CARTS! DING! DING! DING! WAKE UP corporate!

The place is a mess and I mean it in the nicest way possible. No baskets or carts, the air conditioner seems to be broken, long lines with only 1 cashier working, and very unhelpful workers. Horrible will NOT be coming back until improvements are done. 1/5 will not recommend.

It is absolutely INSANE that this LARGE COMPANY has ONE EMPLOYEE working! The amount of stress this lady has is seen in her eyes. She cannot divide herself in a million pieces! This is wrong and unsafe! How are customers throughout the store supposed to get help and her attend the register at the same time!?!

Great prices but checkout takes forever. Organized, i mean at least better than the Dollar Tree zoo

Not many of the workers speak english. Bathroom had ants everywhere. Its a one toilet bathroom and no lock on the door so anyone can come in while your sitting on the only toilet with a good side view. Would not recommend using this bathroom unless it is a emergency and only pee so you can stand sideways in case somebody comes walking in. Boxes and carts everywhere and it was about 530pm. Other than that its a normal family Dollar. Just move the boxes and carts out of the way so you can get the stuff off the shelves.

The supervisor is always on the phone. One Hispanic dude in the back always rapping out loud! To pay it takes about 20 minutes if you’re lucky because they refuse to open up the second registers they have there!

I live in the spanish villas right beside this store, its in a very convenient location for me, it has anything you need that has to do with basic necessities of life.

When you buy in this place, check the merchandise very well if necessary, remove the wrapper, open boxes, etc. because I bought a lamp that when it arrived at my house was damaged., 1 hour later I return to the place to change it and the cashier with very bad form tells me that there are no refunds or exchanges that once I left the store I had no solution ... In other words, they sell the damaged things and lose the money. Of course I dont buy more there

Horrible service. The line is huge, a single working box and 3 workers making personal stories as if they were in the park. Which is unfortunate because it is very well stocked.

It was not at all the best, at least in the first of the E and the 5st, they do not have bags. They do not allow them to be double, they do not have ATMs and if they have a single, the lines to pay are immense any time you go, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

On the date April 25 2 of this afternoon in this Family Dollar my wife and something unusual happened to us, after two hours of shopping throughout the store we asked the cashier to pay that by the way she was not in her position older woman with hair blond our purchase amounted to 181.27 usd, which was unpleasant when we paid with 4 bills of 50 usd and we were questioned and treated as if we were paying with fake money, the cashier calls another employee who in a broken way and with a lack of knowledge about the identification of money, due to the inappropriate form of the deal and not having a credit or debit card, we had to leave the merchandise having lost our time miserably, this staff has no professionalism or aptitude to serve customers, at the same time the store stopped selling the mentioned amount, we are sure that this is very negative and many people will stop buying here at least our acquaintances and friends will not, the client You need respect.
