Soft serve chocolate ice cream was way too soft last few times we went almost watery. So I tried the hard chocolate ice cream but it tasted sour like it had gone BAD. My advice for the owner is stop being so cheap and FIX YOUR SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM & CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE on the hard ice cream. I had to throw away my ice cream could not eat it because it tasted bad. I do not wish to hear an excuse/response from the owner no excuses.

The ice cream melt to quickly as soon as I got in the car I gave a 10 dollar tip because I thought it was good icecream 😑

2 girls inside sitting down on their phones. Knocked, and got yelled at that it is already closed. I signal that it is 11:10 and their response is “but we closed” with attitude.There are so many people without jobs due to COVID. I would recommend to hire people who are going to be good employees and give exceptional service. Not close whenever they feel like and give attitude. Why would they not respect the signage on the door. If they feel like closing they will, ignore hours of operations.

First of all when my friends and i arrived, it looked dirty as if they failed inspection. Secondly, the customer service was horrible. We were being yelled at by the server for not deciding what flavor icecream we wanted. It’s not giving at all. I would not recommend.

Arrived friday at 4:30pm with 4 kids to get ice cream and the doors where locked!!!! I called and the lady that answered said she closed because she stepped out. What type of service that is when in the door it says open!!!!! And it was working business hours...

Came for the Wednesday buy one get one free sundaes. Were served two cups with syrup on top and charged ten dollars. Mine was pouring sticky syrup over the side so she just plopped it in another cup. Overpriced mess and we didn’t get what we ordered. The lobby was dirty, they were out of most of their flavors, and the bathroom was out of order.

Been living in HIALEAH for over 20 years. The ice cream in this place is good however i think the owner needs to get all the money they make and time to remodel. Its getting to the point that it disgustes me to go in here already. Every corner you look is so dirty and leaves room for insects deff not a clean place and enjoyable for customers to come in to anymore. You will continue to loose customers with the aspect the store has already inside and also the employees are soo young half of the time they are in their own world, they even go to work in pajamas and home slippers. Horrible, what has this location turned into.

Two girls were working there while the indian store manager was away they put my ice cream on the lid side and put way less than the normal employees I see usually would. The normal crew members I see are pretty nice. The girls are young but as a 17 year old full time worker I feel like they could’ve been more professional. Also there was barely any ice cream.Update:they put cherries in my banana split I asked for strawberries I hate cherries.

I just came from this Carvel place on East Hialeah, the door says then close at 11:4pm and it’s not even 11:05 when they closed the store! We were standing out side for a good 10 mins for them to open the door, and they did not want to open the door for nothing! They finally opened the door, the girl that opened she was telling us “were close already” so when we mentioned that we wanted corporates number and all the employees name, they we can go in and order the ice cream we want. I don’t recommend this place for anyone! They are lazy employees and HORRIBLE customer service!

The woman running the place at the time has terrible interpersonal skills, but the others work hard.

I would give it -0 stars if I could.I went there to get a job and the owner touched me and got too close while we were speaking; all with weird intentions. Called the police but they didnt have enough proof to do something about it. Apparently, the cameras didnt function and obviously he didnt do anything.Hope someone does something about this. I feel disgusting.

It didnt allow me to give it 0 stars.Ok, fine the machine soft serve ice cream was good, but the service was deplorable.Unfriendly and down right poor service.I ordered the strawberry shortcake sundae, but what I got instead of the short bread were the crumbs from the bottom of the container.Sorry, but the owner was very unpleasant.Will not be going back. Maybe thats why the place was empty. Next time Ill give my money to Haagen-Dazs.

A classic institution of Hialeah. The ice cream is always amazing, specially the Rum Raisin, and the service always comes with a smile!Been a happy customer for 12 years!

This is the only Carvel I go to. The guy with the black hair and glasses is the reason why. Hes so sweet and patient. Everytime I go its at least 3 of us not including the kid(s) so imagine having to listen to all us with our various demands but he never complains nor have an attitude. We frequent so much hes starting to remember our faces and what we want.

Also they look like they just touched here and arent aware of the United States customer service levels as she attempted to argue with me when I asked her to please put in the strawberries . Sweety in the good ole us of a the customer is always right should ring a bell but it doesnt cause youre fresh from the boat . Sad. Order sprinkles. They dont put sprinkles on the ice cream. They put the ice cream in the sprinkles. They actually get a tub of sprinkles and roll the ice cream around in it so its completely smothered.

Took my family for some ice cream. Ordered our cones, and sat down. A few seconds, roaches walking all over the wall next to the tables. Horrible!!!!!!I can’t even imagine what’s been in the ice cream.Definitely not returning.I went with my family of 7, we dont sit down to enjoy the ice cream and suddenly, the guests come out that nobody likes us. COCKROACHES!!We left! I dont even want to imagine whats in ice cream.
