Having been to similar stores like Diamonds and Micheals, I decided to check this one out. Upon entering the store, I was amazed at the size and crafty atmosphere. Having such an overwhelming variety of items, it is the perfect place for your house and project needs. From holiday decorations to arts & crafts, this place has it all. I definitely plan on returning soon. I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service.Just went to Hobby Lobby in Hialeah. Wanted to buy this glass windchime with different color glass. There were only three left. All of them had some broken pieces. I took two of them to the register and asked if could take three pieces from the one that had six broken pieces to replace the one that I wanted. The cashier called the manager to ask and she refused without even listening. She said she can give me 10% off the second one, a $1 off really? I spent $100 and would have left it all if it werent for the fact that I found everything I was looking for. I wont be returning to that store. Ill be going to Pembroke Pines store from now on.

Sales people are not as happy as they should be, but the store is amazing by itself, you can found from home decor, seasonal decor, arts $ crafts supplies, beautiful fabrics, gifts, and a big etc.

Associates are not asking if anybody needs any help I have asked somebody where is the restroom they pointed over at a wall I had to have somebody else where the restroom was she told me was in the corner nobody has asked if I need any help so very clean store but customer service stinks

As always you can find all you need and employees are very attentive. Bathrooms are another story. Layers of dirt and it looks like no one is supervising. Sad and Disgusting

Im never in this part of town, but I saw the store from the highway and decided I would shop there on the way home. Im glad I did. It was well stocked, clear and neat aisles and a joy to browse around. Everything a crafter could want. There is only one disappointing thing....nobody spoke English...employee wise. And please dont say this is because your in Hialeah/Miami. When you want to cut fabric they should understand the measurements. When you ask an employee where something is, they should be able to tell you. The same with the cashiers. Otherwise it is a fantastic store.🤗

The store its self is clean and the people seem pretty nice. Heres where Im annoyed, you cant figure your cash lines out. Managers you need to watch your lines and have people actually cover them! This is the second time Ive come in and its been a problem. Seriously thinking of giving my business to other craft store.

Oh how Ive missed Hobby Lobby! Its been 6 years since Ive been able to shop at Hobby Lobby and so glad this store didnt disappoint. I was able to find everything I needed for my new project. The only thing is the lines were extremely long (30 min to check out).

Theres stuff, but some employees are not willing to help customers out. Also, the custom frames guy is on vacation, so no frames.

Carlos the manager is amazing. You could definitely find basic everything you are looking for here.

This is my paradise! I bought here all the materials for my nieces wedding. From the engraved fluted cups, to her garland. I buy my crochet yarn from here as well. Love it, the customer service representatives are just the best! We miss them so much right now. I tried to order from online, but they dont have none of the yarns I need. 7/22/2020Was the first time I have ever been to this store, to a Hobby Lobby store period. I really loved it, so many amazing things that would make my pocket break. Cash register Monica was very friendly.The only thing I disliked was the way the lady guarding the door spoke to her, ( I was unable to get her name since her tag was turned).Poor Monica apparently went to drink some water and left her register. I understand that’s not something you could do. But I also know there’s ways to speak to people and the way this lady spoke to Monica was not the correct one.I felt very bad and embarrassed for her. I would really appreciate it if this lady was called out for that unnecessary behavior.My shopping experience was going amazing until I witnessed this co worker bully as it seemed in my eyes. I really hope the headquarter reads my review and have this lady corrected. I am sure if you ask Monica she would know who it was. I visit the store 7/22/2020 at around 11 am or a bit before. The Hialeah location.

The stuff you find here for your home is difficult to find elsewhere. The prices are very low and the staff is ways nice. My spot for getting seasonal decorations and stuff for projects as well.

If youre not into arts & crafts and home decor this place is just for you. One problem, it isnt well organized and it can be hard to find things but overall great place.

Nice materials for creative handwork, and nice decorations and ornaments for the home too.

Love this place! Its got a good selection of home goods/decor... Even furniture. It also has like dry/floral goods too. Conveniently located right off 826 and 103rd street in Hialeah.

I actually need a metal tube to fix a broken vacuum nipple in my cars engine. I when to all the big ne auto parts stores but they didnt have what I was looking for. I found it at Hobbies Lobby for a few bucks. Now my car is up and running, thank you Hobby Lobby.

My first time here! And highly disappointed. I have no idea why this store has the name HOBBY in the name because it is NOT! This is an old ladies arts and crafts store! As far as stuff you find at a hobby shop, RC planes, boats, cars, model trains, die cast...etc there are none! They have a 10 foot aisle with some way over priced scale models, the paint rack was half empty and that is about it! I hate being the one that brings the bad news but there is no HOBBY stuff at Hobby Lobby! ....just old ladies flower arrangements supplies

The workers are great, the sales are always on point and they have a lot more than youd expect. When it comes to funiture, decor and crafts they have a lot and know a lot. Both English and Spanish.

Though I relate the word Hobby to a more model airplane and train store. This store caters more toward the general craft hobby. However its pack end to end. You will definitely walk out with something in your hand. Its very good. Instant gratification. The brick and mortar are there to help. Give them a try. Your online screen provides no satisfaction input.

This place is full of all your necessities. Be creative.

By far my favorite Hobby Lobby location!!!! Not that I know another location aside from the Davie location. However even though Davie is closer for me, I would drive to the Hialeah location any day!!!This location is quite big and have ample parking. AND I dont have to have road rage to get out of the parking lot. Go figure. Each time I have come here, the store is always clean and the few employees that I have encountered are usually nice. I usually dont see many of them but I rarely need assistance so this doesnt bother me.I actually walked the whole store recently and they offer a lot of things that I didnt know that they offered. And as you can imagine, yes that made my bill more than attended once I got to the checkout counter.There is no question that I will be returning.

The worst store I have been in. I stood in line which was backed up in between aisles. There was confusion with people standing in line in different ways. No clear direction. While in line I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and no manager came to the phone by the time I finally checked out. Meanwhile, the manager was being paged over the intercom multiples times. Not sure what the issue was, customer service was not there. I hung up after about 15 plus minutes of waiting for a manager. This store needs mystery shopper or mystery audit to step up there game.

This place has so much variety to choose from. Furniture, decor, fake flowers etc...sometimes I get overwhelmed 😁 trying to decide

Lots of items to select for your needs, friendly staff and store is organized and picked up well. However, during COVID in winter, customers did not respect distancing and large groups formed around Christmas decorations.

This location is always well stocked and neat. The aisles are clean and well maintained, as well. There isnt always a lot of staff, but usually you can find someone within a few aisles that can point you in the right direction. Definitely recommend this if youre looking for any type of craft or home decor.

Very clean & organized Hobby Lobby. Helpful employees. A homemakers paradise.

There was a lot of product in store. Nice environment to shop, however the young female cashier with black hair that rung me up was very rude when I asked if my item was on sale(because there were more like it where the sign says 40% off). She did not honor that or go look. Instead in an angry tone reassured me 3 times that the only items on sale are fall. (VERY wrong btw there was PLENTY of other categories on sale) I still bought the item, but encourage this store to better supply their staff with more customer oriented employees. This was at 12 pm near Westland mall.
