Great services and quality lenses. I scratched my lenses once because I had anti glare and didnt clean it the right way, I went back and for a small copay they redo new lenses for me. I totally recommend this place. Definitely coming back.

I have been coming here for 5 years now and i love the way they treat me, They are friendly and professional. The doctor is super nice and will help you with all the intentions you have. I recommend them to all my co workers and friends.

The website says they open at 10am on Sundays. It’s 12:12pm and nothing. No notice of hours onsite.

Most of their lenses have issues and when a change is needed they only want to charge you more!!! They dont help at all. Now I have a pair of lenses that dont work. They will make buy the most expensive lenses and at the end you dont need that. I took ones in American Best and they changed twice for an error until they fit my vision.

I have 21 days waiting for my glasses and waiting, good customer service but 21 days and waiting!!!!!!!

Please heed this advice and take your business elsewhere, they’ll try to sale upgrades that you don’t need and then refuse to give credit when the glasses are giving you headache and you can’t see with them.

I love this place to make my glasses and contact lenses. The best prices in the area and a very good quality. The extraordinary service. They also have optometrists available .... very convenient, all in the same place.

Very good customer service, they are very attentive. They explain you well about the product you need according to your prescription. They also have a very good doctor to do eye exams. I recommend it 100%. It is already my third pair that I do here at the Jcpenney optical in Hialeah and I will continue attending.

The optician has a lot of experience just like the doctor. I loved the service provided by both the optics and the doctor. I was recommended by a friend who has been hurting for years and has always been satisfied. I will go again next year, I finally found a place where there is so much professionalism. Serving the customer is not the problem. The quality of the crystals is very bad, not to say one thing ... but from the big ones, the doctor who reads the view seems like she doesnt want to be there. and I had to go back 3 months later because the crystal was spoiled now I have to pay $ 58 dont waste time go somewhere else.
