There was no customer service at all. The lady working there was on her phone all the time speaking to somebody. Not once did she ask if we needed help.

Customer service doesn’t exist here, people treat you rude.My wife received a present from this store, she went there to try to change it (with the receipt ) and they told her ...it’s not posible to change it because smell like cigarettes and perfume...that wasn’t true, she receive it and went straight there to change it.I hate when people mistreat my wife. 💪.They change it later to the person that bought it. 🧐

This boutique has horrible customer service !! Especially a chubby Venezuelan who is half frustrated, always has a bad mood. I went a few days after Christmas to change something (it was nothing Christmas season) and the woman said no! simply because that was not the policy of the store and now! It made me feel horrible I turned my face to the other side and ignored me. She told me that she had her clients who always bought her and that not even things changed. I told her that I would not go back to the store because I did not treat myself calmly, and she told me that I was fine by her. Dont even look sorry, its not me its the store ... Nothing, super haughty! That little pride is not right, and although I would have been wrong, for having always wanted something changed but you always have to make an exception. Or at least be nice about it. Thats why multimillion dollar stores like Dillards, Macys or Nordstrom are where they are for their customer service. But well… small business ...
