Great customer service!I ordered an item that arrived missing a small part. The item is usable, or I could have ordered another and carried on. I reached out through the web site, sent a pic of the item, and no problem, another is on its way. I will recommend this business to friends and I will definitely order from them again.

I bought a couple of switches for my FJ Cruiser, and they are great, very nice details and worked perfect. I had doubts on the fitting and wiring so I asked them and they were very kind and guided me along the process. They like what they do and you can feel it. Excellent customer service.

Ordered 5 switches from CH4x4 and used Amazon checkout. For some reason, payment did not go through. Reached out to the company, and Will got my order processed and had the switches mailed out next day. Pretty impressed since one was a custom made switch light. So far so good, only have one installed, but works as it should and the amber backlighting matches my factory FJ lighting perfectly. Best part is switches look stock

Ordered a light bar switch for my Tacoma. Looks great just like a factory button. I had a question about the switch and CH4x4 was easy to get ahold of an answer my question.

Products are good (switches for my truck), but the lack of candor in their customer service and poor communication makes this the kind of place that “…you go to because you need to, not because you want to.” If 4 Wheel Parts is Chick-fil-A, then Cruiserheads is Popeye’s. Both make great tasting chicken, but if you absolutely want Louisiana style dining, you’ll just have to accept lackluster service.

I never get my package even when it says delivered, I try to talk with them and the delivery company but they just dont care

I get all my switches for my tacoma from cruiserheads, and Ive never had a problem yet with all my custom switches thier good quality and the fit and shipping is pretty fast to and if you need help or have questions wills the man

I am dissapointed at the level of service. I received my order (#41098) last week and it was missing one of the parts. The parts cost $52.96 and the shipping cost $48.61. The part was definitely not put in the package as it was not tampered with. When I contacted the company for them to send the part I have not received any shipping confirmation and my UTV is sitting at a dealership waiting for the part. No sense of urgency. I will not order from them again. I will be notifying Amazon as well as that is who I paid for the product.

Be aware, one of the owners has the habbit of getting your money and not returning it back..

They delivered the parts, they fit and the price was good.I would definitely order from again.
