My mother called this place by mistake because She thought this was the place were She bought her cortinas (in reality was Venezian linen, they have great customer service, recommended 100%) She is an older person but very polite. The guy was very rude and hung up on her, she was on speaker so I called back and spoke with somebody else, I explained my norther called a few mins ago and the person was super rude and hung up one her ! You know what he did? He hung up on me as well! I was like wow... called back several times to request to speak with a manager, they never respond to my calls. Never been in this place, never going !!! Do not este your time guys, if something happens after your purchase, guess how are they going to treat you! 0 points ! Rude people! Worst customer service. Go to the other place, my mom call they were so nice and understanding.

I have been coming here for over 15 years, and watched them grow tremendously. They have very unique items (which is my favorite part), and the quality is very good. The option to buy one or a thousand items is also a good option. The website offers great insight on their products as well. One of the managers, Adel, has been providing me with excellent service since the first day I started shopping there.

I needed a rug for my home. I found Linen Universe on the web through eBay. I called and explained to them what style I was interested in, they emailed me over some samples. I started doing other activities and forgot that I wanted a rug. 2 weeks later I decided to goto Linen Universe directly. I was greeted right when I walked in and asked if I needed help. They showed me rug by rug until I saw the right one. I paid for the rug, and they offered me a cup of coffee while it was loaded into my truck. By the time I finished the coffee, the rug was in my truck ready to go. The rug is now in my living room and looks perfect! I will shop here again!
