Very dissapointed order two Mini Princess Collectible surprise toys for Drive up for my nieces birthday. When I am about to put it in a gift bag before heading out to the party I find that they were completely open. Why would employee say that is ready for pick up when the items ordered were damage. Wasting my time to drive there, my gas to go back to returned them. I was late to the party additionally for having to go back to find another gift. This really showed that the employee that got the items didnt really care about their job and keeping customers satisfied because both items were so obvious that they were completely open.

Very nice Target store. Pretty new. Well stocked. Good availability of check out lanes. Starbucks and Pizza Hut stores inside.

I don’t understand why this target seems to be closing before their closing hours. I needed a quick drink and I got there at 9:57 and store front leader did not let me in and screamed at me that store closed at 10. Never shopping here again.

I always highly disliked Hialeah, I found it a dirty place with a lack of good architecture. My friends and I call it New Cuba. My Father lives in Hialeah and every Sunday I would go to his house (my parents are separated). He began taking me to this specific target when I was younger to buy my brother and I Legos and Pokémon cards. Every time I would enter this building everything felt great. The air was so fresh and the place has a nice smell. Everything is very organized and clean. This Target would almost certainly have what we wanted. To me, this place is the only good thing about Hialeah.

I work here through a third party merchandising company and i love how organized the store is especially in the mornings. It allows me to get my work done quickly and Im out the door.

There are more employees in the store than customers. They have localized policies not conforming to the Target website policies. There are many other stores to do my business.

This has to be the hundredth time that we try to give this Target a chance by buying some groceries. We have had to return countless times to return food because it is expired. We just bought a box of tricuits now and the expiration was January 21, 2021 and its March 1st! We have even seen the cheese still packaged in their refrigerator with MOLD. My husband, mother and I have all called and complained several different times and it doesnt seem like they really care. Theyre just trying to sell the stuff even if its expired to meet whatever quotathey have. Please do not buy groceries from here or you will be severely ill. This is very irresponsible and so wrong. We will be escalating this issue to the corporation.

After my experience with target before pandemic and especially during covid 19 situation this is overall my favorite and life saving store. I have three children and the drive up service is excellent ! i dont have to expose them into any store and the employees at Hialeah are very fast and friendly. Thank You for all that you do.

I cant speak for everyones experience, only myself. I walked in to find bra extensions and there was nobody around the area to even ask the simple question if they had what I was looking for or not. Had to walk around all of Tagret and was directed to a different section in the store by 5 different employers (and by the way, none of them knew what they were Talk about obviously) finally found one kind lady (Gabrielle) that knew they didnt have what I was looking for. Mind you I was in a rush cause I had to make it for my wedding fitting at 2pm and it was 1pm. It would be nice for there to be more workers in each section to answer these simple questions. I could have easily gone to Walmart the amount of circles they had me go through in that store. Youre better of with Target pickup or another location.

Beware of AT&T plans scams sold at Target. This is all fraud, the staff doesnt know anything about the details of the plans and mislead you into thinking you are getting a great plan. Everything they tell you is lies.

This is one of the best Target locations. From the staff to the inventory to cleanliness overall. Im always really comfortable shopping here or ordering curbside pick up.

Couldnt find type-c usb cable. Had to go on a scavenger hunt. Found it and the rest was easy

Organized, organized, organized. This is what I can I say about every target I’ve ever visited. Always clean and inviting. Every staff person that I’ve ever encountered and ask a question about a product or finding a product was always friendly and anxiously waiting to oblige. The floor assistant never point you to the direction of a product in question if they discern that you’re unsure were to go. They patiently walk you and assist if necessary. Great experience every time. I believe that target is little pricey, but because they’re so organized with impeccable customer service, it’s worth it.

Sold us stale breadsticks at the Target Pizza Hut. The breadsticks were so stale and hard they cut the roof of my mouth. Terrible service also at Target register and the Pizza Hut. Will not be back

Always have products stocked great service

Shopping in rush hour, I went home with what I needed in less than 40 minutes. Adding that the place was full of customers.

Items are well stocked and displayed.

Clean store, bright and cheery. The employees match the store. What a wonderful experience. Would recommend this target for all your needs and wants. We got some special help from Finery in security, getting our booster seats right. Thank-you Finery for keeping us safe and thank you Target.

My favorite Target location.Today I came to pick up my sons bike that ordered last night online for the black friday sale. Upon arriving there were about 4 people in front of me. Some picking up and some doing exchanges.There was essentially only one person at the counter. I would think that being that it is a busy time and most people are doing what did, that they would have more people in that area. Overall there were about 4 people in the area but only one person at the counter assisting customers. Two people walking around with order scanners but again only one person actually assisting customers. Which is the reason for the 4 star.Eventually another person came to the counter but forever reason the service wasnt that well and the scanners were very slow and the young lady assisting me wasnt sure where my item was.As I was checking out, the one female that was just walking around holding the other scanner finally came to the counter and assisted a customer.All in all, I am rating this on an average experience because I know of the customer service I typically receive and will chalk this up to them being overwhelmed with orders and understaffed.

Quiet pleasant shopping, easy check out. with a cup Starbucks, Shopping at Target is the next best thing to shopping on line. Walmart is to noisy and crowded.

Great customer service and good prices. The store is always clean and organized. It has good prices for sking care products and some bedding items. However the price for the home decoration is pretty high. If you buy your Christmas tree beforehand there, you are going to get a great price.

Never shop there before 9:30 am. Self checkouts and between pricing/offers being out of date there is no one available to correct the scans. Had to leave without items after waiting for 15 mins. Oh - the icing on the cake.. no manager available. Has to be one of the worst Targets as far as staffing policy.

I love target. They have great prices and no lines. 😀. Which is huge for me. The only reason I am giving 4 starts. Because I could not find an associate on the floor when I was looking for a price for a storage bin. There where no labels on the shelf or on the product.

On 04/13/20 I placed an online order for a comforter set. Waited 12 hours to get the text message that said that I can come and pick up my order that it was ready. It was 8:50pm when I made it to the store once inside the order pick up customer service rep tells me that she has no order with my name and I tell her that Target sent me a text message stating that the order was ready for pick up the STORE MANAGER passes by and over hears the conversation and clearly states to me in front of everyone there that TARGET doesn’t send text messages and I told her ma’am I have the text message I have no reason to come and lie, my merchandise was paid for and the charge already appeared on my target credit card. I couldn’t take what I had been waiting all day for and to top it off I had to come back the next day and come across the same unprofessional snobby manager who has no skills for management. Whom lacks all the abilities to deal with the customers in a professional matter. I wasn’t asking for any freebies or anything that her presence was required. I needed to get my daughters bed sheets and go about my day. So here is my experience about this HIALEAH TARGET which I will never step feet again in this one and would like everyone to know that you will not receive any professional demeanor or behavior at this location

My target visit today was amazing thanks to Jorge the closing manager on 2/6/20 & the associate Michael B.Both men were very helpful and attentive, which I dont see often, i’m very thankful for both of their help, definitely need more staff like this.

Price of merchandise

Quick drive up. Pick up is decent timing depending on when you come in. Best times are when kids are in school or right after school or late at night.

This refers specifically to GROCERY shopping: It used to be 5 stars but Target has gone down in many regards. Things are more expensive. Shelves are not restocked in a timely manner. So may items are not on the shelf (or the backroom) that I have to go to to other stores (Publix, Aldi, etc). to buy them. The Target app price scanner often tells me to check the store for the price. The stores dont have price scanners anywhere nearby. Price at the register often dont match whats on the shelves. I have to take pictures of the shelf price to prove it at the registers. I could go on but I think this is enough for now.

What a great experience, in the beginning wasn’t satisfied with target in Flagler st,they sent me all the way to Hialeah for a Christmas tree “they had available at this store, when I got to the store, I asked about the offer buy $100 they give you $50 off “no one knew about it “,all the employees were clueless !!! They need to train the employees to update their discounts and promos !!!,I went to the back where they had the Christmas section, they had the displayed trees..but no trees available !!I was really upset, but one of your employees very young guy was extremely professional and started helping me he went to the back to see if they had it one in stock,he couldn’t find it so at this point I was really upset because they sent me all the way over there and they didn’t have it ...then he called his manager on duty also very nice and started looking again in the back, it turned out they didn’t have any she Offered me a discount wick I really appreciate it but it wasn’t the Christmas tree I wanted, overall I saw the effort and customer service from “Jonathan Laner I believe his name is, thank you Target for training your Hialeah target employees to handle customers that were given false information ..the Flagler employee said you had the tree available but you didn’t!...thankYou Jonathan and the manager on duty for helping us and showed that you cared, excellent employees!!!.

Don’t ever try to apply for this target they are really judge mental I made the biggest mistake trying to get an opportunity to work at this location. I knew I should of went to midtown or down south location. They swear they are running a doctor field smh thanks to Walmart gave me an opportunity. Seeking for a job here don’t Evan try they discriminate and judge u. Someone with a lot of experience didn’t get the opportunity thankful to the company that did gave me an opportunity. Want to work at target go to midtown or down south location no discrimination and opportunity. As a customer at target before I honestly believe their to expensive I believe Walmart has better pricing. The workers at this location are very rude and all the worker are very young and walk around doing nothing but talking to one another ask for help attitude all in their tone. They try to be so professional to the point where their not. God bless everyone

One of my items was not added to my same day pick up order instead it was shipped to store without my consent and then I had to pay an additional $25 and target customer service refused to issue my refund for the product I didn’t receive they told me I had to wait an additional week until they can do anything about it. Horrible. Customer representatives at the store were very helpful but the call center representatives were nasty, rude, and not helpful at all!!
