I love this place. Why? Because they take 2 things I value very important. The price and more importantly my time. They are really quick here for the service they do. I put 4 new tires there and the price was reasonable but they were quick. The main guy youll see there in the front is Roger. Really friendly and funny guy. They have some vending machines if you need a quick drink/snack.Went back for a oil change and tire rotation and it was 40 minutes. 40 minutes!! Ive taken 2 hours at the dealer just for an oil change. If you are tight in time and want great service with a couple laughs come here.

I have been using this shop for a while now, never ever had a problem, professional staff, honest, and they dont over charge. I would recommend this shop to my family anytime, thanks again for a great timely service, much appreciated. Roger was easy to communicate with and had the patience to explain and answer every question.

I went to get a simple oil change valued at $97.00. They broke a plastic cap causing a huge oil to leak that cause one of the coils to break. To make a long story short, now between parts and labor I am going to have to spend around $1,000 to fix something that they broke during a simple oil change. Stay away from this place.

I am very upset at the way they handled my situation. They ordered an alternator for me and I went to drop off my car that same day, the man then told me that they couldn’t work on it until the next day, the next day I had to go to work so I was not able to bring my car. When I went the week after, they told me that they called me twice and since I did not pick up the phone, they returned the part. First of all, no voice message was left. Second of all, to get a hold of them is impossible. I was calling them multiple times throughout the week to let them know that I was going to bring my car on Friday. Since I never got a hold of anyone, I just went on Friday. The man in the front was extremely rude when he said, “Español solamente”, like I understand we are in Hialeah, but you can tell me to speak Spanish in a nicer way. Then, he told me since I didn’t pick up the phone we just returned your part. It’s very unprofessional for them to return a part that I actually needed and did not give authorization to do so. I am a customer that goes their regularly for oil changes and other repairs. It’s extremely inconsiderate of them to just return a part without leaving a voicemail that they were going to do so especially since I am a regular customer. I was able to go to another shop and have the work taken care of that same day. I will no longer be using this shop.

I went there for an oil and filter change. even thought the website was experiencing delays on sending the coupon, they honored it. Also I was offered to replace the air filter (mine was looking very gross). It was done quick. Also I asked for a suggestion of a place where I could replace the catalyst converter with me bringing the replacement parts and they did give me a great suggestion. Very satisfied with my visit and service provided.

First time using this location. Went in for an alignment and the quality of work was great. Despite not needing any other service at the time, the appearance and professionalism will have me returning.

I took my 2012 Nissan to this place for an oil change. I discovered that I had to replace the tires. I am really satisfied with the advisory and the service. Great service!! I recommend this auto center.

I went there asking if they could check if my car could be aligned. At first they said l, sure. Then they changed their minds and refused unless I paid a $30 fee. They refused to match tire kingdoms free alignment check policy. Mind you, I just wanted a visual check and the shop was empty. They still refused.

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with getting my car fixed. Showed up at 750 to have my car checked and spark plugs changed, was told the mechanic was not in and to wait or come back 15-20 mins later so I did. Returned at 820 but still no mechanic but I waited. Mechanic showed up at 915, I explained to him how my car was acting so he took a look at it. After about an hour and a half they tell me why my check engine light is on (oil pressure valve) but not sure if thats whats the main problem. I ask for a estimate but get a run around. They dont know exactly how much it will be and they cant seem too check how much itll be. So I ask them to change the spark plugs (without knowing the price cause I didnt think itll be too much) and call me to let me know how much it would be to get the oil pressure fixed. After not getting a call back, I called at 430 to check and they tell me that it will cost $330 for everything including the spark plugs. I reluctantly say yes because I need my car fixed. They say itll be ready by 630. At 630 I go to get my car and was told the oil pressure piece was the wrong one and they cant get another one that day. But they did change my spark plugs to a total of 182$. This included the diagnostic which was 30$. They then told me that they can get the oil pressure valve the next morning and they will call me. The next nothing I call say 8am and ask about the piece, the same guy seems to not know what Im talking about and tells me the check and call me back. At 1230 I showed up to know what was the problem with getting the piece for the car. Im told they cant find piece anywhere so they cant do the job. I ask if they can give me the 30$ back for the diagnostic I was suppose to get back after the job was done but they denied me since they cant do the job. So in the end I payed 182$ for then to change my spark plugs.

Just took my Ford Mustang for an oil and air filter change. Very fast polite service. Prices are reasonable and the car was ready rather quickly; no waiting in line. I liked it a lot that they text you when your car is ready for pickup. Thank you

After calling several places in the area for brand new tires, I called this place and spoke to Marcos over the phone. He was very friendly and attentive and gave me the cheapest quote out of every other place. Im usually a little skeptical about going the cheapest route, but I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. Marcos made me an appointment and although my service job took about 2 hours, I left out of here with 4 brand new tires and a free alignment, also with free rotation every 8,000 miles at a ridicously low price. I recommend all my friends here and Id recommend it to any stranger reading this. Ask for Marcos if you want quick and effective service.
