DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I had an insurance claim and had them give me an estimate for another part of the vehicle because I figured since they were going to have my car they could just fix everything. Norgel gave me a quote and I thought it was a little high and wanted to make sure I was getting the best price so I asked friends and family to look over the quote. This must have made Norgel upset because when I signed the agreements and sent them to him a few days later, he first claimed 2 weeks later that he never received them. I sent them to him again and he confirmed he received them, then told me my car would be ready in 3 Weeks. I show up this morning to pick up my car 2 days late by the way and my back door isnt touched. He then claims that my husband told him not to fix it but he has a signed approved agreement to have fixed it. This place is very unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone!! I now have to find another shop which will now have my car for another few weeks due to this.

If I could surpass 5 stars for SuperShine I would! My car exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. Norgel and Rosa were excellent, so nice and explained everything to me in detail. I have a 2015 Honda and I was in an accident that damaged my drivers side, on top of that I also had damage to the front of my car. I dropped my car off on January 7th and got it back the 18th, much shorter than I expected. Not only did they perfect every little detail, they also fixed a problem I had with my door from an accident that had happened a couple of months after driving it off the lot. I have not felt like Ive had a brand new car since the few months I had it before I got hit almost three years ago, and now I finally have that feeling again! Great service and work. Repaired clear coat on my SRT and it looks awesome. Norgel even went to the shop on a weekend when he was off to return my car so I would not have to pay for a rental over the weekend.

I purchased a brand new Lexus 2018 RX350, imagine the excitement to come out and get in your beautiful investment and to find your bumper all dented from reckless drivers having no courtesy for another person HARD WORK and sweat. My vehicle is not even a month old, i was devastated searching all over the internet when a friend of mine recommended Super Shine Body Shop, immediately i started texting and calling the shop knowing it was closed, to my surprise Norgel one of the owners texted me back later that evening......i was shocked. Monday i dropped my vehicle off and picked it up Wednesday, besides the fact the vehicle looked FLAWLESS, it actually looked way better than the first day Lexus handed me the keys. The area is clean, the body shop is clean, the employees look and act professional. I drove out of there like it was my first day owning the car.
