Great quality taking my other car to have some work done

Good people, great service

Someone slammed into my vehicle in May 2017. I was recommended to this shop by a co-worker. I was referred to a Carlos. He requested $400 deposit for the materials and was quite anxious for the money. The paint job looked great. However, a few months later the paint started to fade. Also, I moved to another city and requested a copy of the receipt from Carlos twice because I was going through the rebuilt title process. He never came through as promised. It is clear, his only interest was in getting paid. Truly lacking in customer service. Also with regard to paint job not lasting, you get what you pay for.

I’ve been here twice after a friend recommended them. Juan and Javier are very professional. My car came out perfect both times after two accidents. Juan is very communicative about the progress/issues that come up. Would highly recommend to anyone!
