I called in advance prior to my car getting towed and it was very smooth to have work done on my car. Henry is professional, nice and knowledgeable in his line of business. My car came out great and even better than I expected. They gave me a complimentary car wash upon return, the buffed other scratches that werent included in the original work, and cleaned out my headlights which were much needed (again not included with original work).
