Ive been going to Hi Tech for a long time. The prices are fair, the quality of the work is excellent and they wash and clean car.

If I can give this place a negative 10 I would. Car been at the shop for 4 months and it was a fender bender.Another thing the owner never picks up and lied about paying for the rental and got it taken away. Receive car back with dents and scratches on the side. Run far from this place.

Car had front end damage and was at the shop for over a month. I called to check the status and was told they were waiting for the insurance company to verify the additional damage. Car was sitting for 8 days without anything being done. They never called me to tell me the insurance company needed to come out.Receptionist answers the phone maybe 20% of the time and always says shell call back and never does.After all of this my engine guard came off the next day after getting my car out of the shop. Took it to have that repaired then a week later by bumper popped out of place.All of this in addition to my car not being polished like the owner Frank said it would.I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE GO TO THIS SHOP. PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I recently got into an accident and had my 2014 Mercedes Benz towed to this shop as my insurance instructed me. Upon arrival i met with the manager and he told me not to worry that they were going to take care of me. They even had the convenience of having a Hertz rental for me at this facility. I was VERY VERY VERY pleased with having my vehicle repaired here. Everyone here is very friendly and communication was Excellent. I have had a great experience.

It is hard to find a trustworthy shop these days. I was very pleased with the service of this shop. They coordinated the rental of a car for me and looked for ways to save me money. Absolutely the Best!I took my 2009 Lexus here to Hi Tech body shop because the front and rear bumper needed to be repaired. The clear coat was peeling off and the hood was just worn out. They did a great job, they had it ready on time and my car was clean and vacuumed when I picked it up. The prices were great and they were very professional, and helped me out which made everything super easy. I recommend everyone I know that has a problem with their vehicle to give them a call and a chance!!!!!

I have never had such excellent service with a body shop. The owner is a true gentleman and gave me door to door service with me not even having to leave the beach. This will be my body shop for all repairs going forward. BEST SERVICE EVER HANDS DOWN

Great shop . fast turn around time, . my insurance took longer to address the problem v.s. the repair . friendly staff . my repairs on my 2016 mercedez s 550 were over 15,000 and the shop still managed to have all the parts and repair on time before my rental was exhausted, thank you hi tech . will recommend highly .

This is the worst body shop ive been to by far. I got into a accident on feb 13, it took them until today april 10 to finishrwith my car. When i asked to take my car from them they told me that they would charge me over 100$ to get my car because of storage. Then to make it even worse, when my car was finally ready it had another dent on the left side that was never there they told me it had been there. Then they where suppose to change the tire on the right front. They took my back tire off and put it on the front and put a totally different tire on the back. I will never go to this body shop again

This workshop is the worst in the world. I do not recommend it to anyone. I will give you my car with confidence that it will be fixed as the owner said when we left it, with the car. We I delivered in a week and it was all a big lie. We had the car in the workshop for 2 months in there and every day we heard the same answer, and Ill finish it for you for the week. Friends the week k well never comes to top when we went to pick up the first time k supposedly was. Nonlos delivered as we left it and we had to leave it again. They didnt fix them there. But when we go back to look for it. The other week. We never found the rugs on our car literally not stolen it is a new car. From the year 2020 and we told the owner, as always, we are still waiting for the carpets because his answer is the same as the week, well, I will solve it for you if they do not tell you that they ordered it. To the dealer but there were tremendous lies, my husband and I went to the deal and if they have them, they are false liars. I do not recommend this place to anyone
