Their parts have original code number on the box however parts inside doesnt match the original parts of Kia soul car, I order outer boot for my kia soul 2010 car, part shipped over to Poland and paid big amount for it, then customer service refused to return the part as wasnt right one and even didnt agree to give me and voucher for it and arrange return the part to their store.All in all i lost over 100$ for a part that is not my original car part, and lying in my car now not useful

They are THIEVES ! I paid over $ 1600 for parts in 2014 that they never sent or refunded to me. Why? Because I didn’t want to send front and back copies of my credit card! And they take advantage of me being abroad. Avoid this dishonest business.I’m not confusing with another company...

A very responsible and professional company - I highly recommend Xport! My personal experience was challenging; there was a problem with my order and I received the wrong part. Frankly it was a very frustrating ordeal as I live abroad (making shipping slow, expensive and a huge hassle) and had been excited to receive my order after anticipating getting the car repair for several months prior. Amazing service,. they are extremely helpful and will not let you let you purchase unless they are 100% sure you have the right part which is great. the packing was however a bit thin and the parts i received came with a few dents I would just suggest more wrapping. otherwise they are a really incredible company. my only con was the thin packaging.

I am grateful with the service received with Xport Auto Parts. I found their website by luck on my way of looking for a trusted supplier of auto parts able to ship internationally. I needed many parts for my 2007 Mazda CX-7. The car was bought in USA back in 2016 and shipped to Equatorial Guinea; where genuine replacements parts for my car are inexistant.I contacted Xport Auto Parts by sending them the list of parts needed. They prepared and invoice for my and asked me to pay. Due to restrictions in my debit card, I asked them to split my payment into two so that I could pay in two different days. They were helpful all the time.Parts were sent by DHL. Once received, I found one item missing. I informed them about it and it was reorder and shipped without additional charges.Parts are genuine and the right one.My advice is to improve communication speed with customers and I found some delays in replying emails. In addition to that I suggest to find a way of letting the client see pictures of the parts being sent. I Inderstand the packaging is done between shipper and carrier. It is the time pictures should be taken for proof to make sure items are not misplaced while believed to be shipped.

The experience related to this company was just great! Real intelligent people are working there. I needed a car part to European destination. Many other car parts selling shops didnt want to deal with clients outside US and cancelled my order. Xport Auto Parts delivered part that I needed and You know what - they where fast!

When youre looking for a part, Xport Auto Parts is a firm that:1. Hooks you from the live chat, they pretend they have the part and they send you a doubtful part quotation.2. If you try to purchase the part, you need to provide sensitive credit card information to pre-qualify. They are just locating your money, because if you are able to maintain a sports car in good conditions, then you should also have a good credit card.3. They have no qualified part experts, the employees have no idea what they are selling. They provide you cheaper parts that they find in E-bay, that usually do not match your specifications.4. They send the part immediately. When you discover that the part can be found in E-bay, most of the time people return that part. They keep 25% of the purchase as a restocking fee. Business is done. They get 25% for not doing a good job.Just be careful.

This place is great! I had taken my car to the dealer to get a repair done, but the cost was way too high for my budget. So I began looking around online for the parts that I needed, but was not sure of the correct part number I needed as the dealer did not want to provide me with the number. I found this place and decided to try it, and boy was I pleased. I am not very knowledgeable about car parts, but their salesman knew exactly what I needed. Within minutes he prepared a quote for me at a fraction of the cost than the dealer. Hopefully I wont need parts any time soon, but if I ever do, I know where to go. Thanks Xport!

Extremely poor customer service, tried scamming me on an overseas order, paid by Paypal, then tried to tell me it failed and need to use credit card.Items never ordered by them and never arrived. Flat out refused to return my money, after months of nonsense my bank stepped in reversed the transaction. Exactly one year later, I awoke this week to a fraud of almost $8k on the same credit card that I havent used since. I live i Australia and the fraud occurred at a business in Florida several blocks from XPort Autos. Very suspicious, bank again investigating them.Be Wary!

After trying many other on-line Mopar parts suppliers to get a hard to find export part for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler, Xport Auto Parts was able to deliver. Initially they had some trouble finding the part and I thought they had given up, but to my delight I got an email that they could get the part and attached a picture so I could verify that what they had found was what I was looking for. Happily, it was the right part. Although it was a bit pricy I know it was a rare part and had to be shipped in. I was happy to pay. I have received the part and it is exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is the communication was a bit confusing with emails coming from different people that didn’t seem to know what others were doing with regard to the order. Overall, I was thrilled to get a part I could not get anywhere else.

DONT EVER THINK ABOUT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY WILL JUST RIPP YOU OFF. KEEP AWAY, FRAUD AS HELL. I placed an order that cost $163 including the shipping which was about $25, after 2 days they contacted me through email telling me that the shipping would cost about $195 instead of $25. However I did not approve and replied that I wanted my order canceled. They canceled the order but NEVER refunded, they claimed that they would issue the refund, but they NEVER did. Ppl be aware.

I like using this website to buy parts for my car. If i can find what i’ looking for i can always chat and there is alway a technicion on hand to help.

My advice is to stay away from them. though expensive they have rubbish customer service. took more than a month to receive my items they quoted me difference price when i checked out first and then when they are ready to send they increased shipping price that I paid earlier or they negotiate to send with USPS although my payment was for UPS and when I paid the extra quoted amount. UPS charged me again for receiver fees and customs although I paid alot for the service and that should be included. However, I would never ever buy or recommend anyone to buy from them or your car will stay out of service for months!!

Im like how when your salesman sent it to me in my email? If I taken the first salesman word, no telling what I invested in. Not a good look for business.
