They have a variety of very nice arrangements and beautiful flowers that look almost natural or so close to be natural, they also have beautiful trees very good costumer service. My mom’s friend has her wedding arrangements from them and also her bouquet, don’t take my words for it, check their website.

Being fired from this place was one of the best things that could have ever happened to me . No more stress literally started a brand new job the following Week I wish I would have left long time ago. Now I’m living my best life at a new job no stress at all . My Co workers were very nice I enjoyed working with them . but the job was just to dam stressful. I gained weight from stress now I lost all the weight from not having stress and now I look like new money its Amazing what not having to deal with stress can do in such a short time . Thank you nearly natural for letting me go it was a blessing in the disguise. One door closes a new one opens I got hired from another company that I applied for about a week before being let go so yea things worked out perfect . No more stress no more working under to much pressure.

Wish I had seen all these bad reviews from the start prior to ordering. Ordered two 5’ majestic palms. Shipping only took two days but I live in Florida so I guess I lucked out there. However a few days later when I went to style them since they were all compressed together I realized that the quality was lacking. Half of the stems weren’t centered with the faux leaves and many hanging off or semi attached in places and extra gobs of brown plastic bits here and there. Only made it look more fake and the plant for the money wasn’t as realistic as I had hoped. For an $80+ plant each I would expect them to be a bit more full. Even after styling there were large gaps and the standard pots these come in are too small for the size of plant. Tips over very easy. Since only one of the two were more messed up, I was hoping to exchange one, but it’s been 6 days so far and ZERO response from customer service except a auto generated answer when I first submitted an email. I would say they lack common customer service and I was surprised that they don’t respond on weekends, seeing as I assumed this was a larger business. Had planned to order other items in the future but not looking like I will now. As they say, “BUYER BEWARE!”

I would give this company zero stars if possible! I placed an order in March for my clients and still have not received the product (it is May). I have called, left voicemails, sent over 5 emails, and no one responds. I caution anyone looking to purchase anything from this company and highly recommend you look elsewhere. Non existent customer service. Do not waste your money.

This is the most realistic plant I’ve ever seen. I’m so happy with my purchase and the companies customer service was exceptional. I used to have to be really careful bringing plants home because I have a cat, my artificial plant was perfect, my cat loves it also.

DO NOT order from these people. Still waiting on order I placed 2 weeks ago. Three replies to inquiries...two indicating item being boxed for shipment and be patient, they receive many orders. Last reply to why product missing indicated they were lying all along...item was not in stock, not being boxed and their customer service replies were total BS. Reply indicated item was backordered but now being boxed. I have NO faith in this company...dont make mistake I did in trusting they were reputable.Update...after complaining via Norton, who guarantees this companys performance, company issued a full refund.

I too, as many others have stated, have had a very frustrating experience trying to get a refund on an item never received. I sent an email in this regard on March 27th which was acknowledged with a response email and a ticket number which had been assigned. Subsequently, I never received any other correspondence from customer service, so I called and did speak with someone who acknowledged that their records indicated the item in question was lost at the Fed Ex facility. I was told that a credit would be issued and acknowledged with an email. Neither of these things happened. I have now called on at least 6 occasions and left call back messages to no avail. I have also emailed and have not received a response. This has all been extremely frustrating to say the least. I, like many others here, will never recommend this company to anyone and will chalk this up to a bad experience.

We placed a single order with Nearly Natural. The plant arrived 03-February-2021 with minimal damage to the box (no crushing, just one 2-inch hole). Nevertheless, the ceramic pot arrived in pieces. I contacted the company 04-February-2021 and heard nothing from them (except twice-daily e-mailed ads) until 07-March-2021 at which time I was asked to rate their service! Not surprisingly, I rated the service Bad, Im unsatisfied and went on to explain why. It is now 10-April-2021 and, except for the at least daily e-mailed ads, I have heard nothing.I do not expect, nor do I want a reply to my evaluation. I will simply chalk it up to experience, absorb the cost, and I will continue to use Petals for any faux plants I need. Petals has perfected the process of securing plants for delivery and, as a result, I have not had to test their customer service.

Return process needs A LOT of improvement. So I ordered some plants that I returned. Let me say they were very nice, but just didnt wirk for my space. I returned them. I waited almost a month to find out when I would get my refund (you have to call to request). I called and was told yes they received and I would have refund in 24 hours. Four days later and no money. I called again and had to leave a message. Too much of a hassle Would NEVER order again due to return process.

Buyers Beware...the customer service side is awful if you need to make a return. The site tells you is satisfaction guaranteed! I ordered items for a big display and some didn’t work. I’ve been trying literally for a month to reach someone...2 emails, 3 voicemails, dozens of calls waiting in cue only to be sent to voicemail when I’m finally at the “next caller” place in line. Do not spend a dollar here unless you know you’ll love it when you get it. Returning seems an impossible task.

I ordered an unpotted ficus tree and received a potted ficus which will not work for the reason I purchased it. Contacted seller right away and received an automated response. I have reached out 4 times since and cannot get a response by email and the phone number continuously says all representatives are busy. I do NOT recommend ordering from them and if you do then I hope you dont need customer service.

I work at Nearly Natural for about 3 months and this place is very unprofessional, unorganized, and in general no growing opportunity. I was terminated for not showing up to work the days i had my CDL exam AND made sure i spoke to my supervisor about the situation and they STILL decide to fire me which is very unfair. I was easily one of the hard working employees in this place. Always showed them i had passion in me to work and do overtime if necessary. It was my mistake for not seeing the reviews and comments before starting to work there. I advice everyone buying or looking to get hire by this company to be prepare for what you’re doing. Im Surprise theyre still up for business...

Please do not order anything from this place, its a fraudulent company. I returned a product and the shipping label they sent me had the item shipped back to my home over and over again. They dont have a working phone number to contact them and never respond to emails. Complete scam that works if they get enough volume.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Extremely frustrating experience and for that reason, I will not be ordering here in the future.I placed an order back in February and when delivered it was only partially fulfilled because they ran out of inventory. No one from Nearly Natural advised us, we just received only part of our order so it wasnt until I had to call that I was told they had no more inventory. I was surprised I got someone on the phone then.Anyway, I needed the entire order and have since been trying to get someone on the phone, left voicemails, emailed several times, directly message through the website, etc. Only success Ive had was through Facebook messenger where they told me I shouldve received an email with the return label. This is the second time Ive been told that and do not have a return label nearly 3 months later.Do not waste your time.

I placed an order in early December, and the company sent me an inferior item -- a similar plant, but one without a container, and one which costs $5 less on their website -- in place of the one I ordered. After fourteen really frustrating days trying to get their customer service department to issue a simple refund for that price difference, I now have to go out into winter weather (and the pandemic) to find a way to ship the inferior item back to them. Whether it was a deliberate bait-and-switch or just poor order fulfillment and poor quality control, it was a very poor experience all around -- poor shopping experience, poor quality items, very poor customer service.

I placed an order with Nearly Natural back on 3/28/2021. A few days later I received a computer generated message saying that my order was delayed due to the COVD crisis. I recently emailed them, left messages, and requested a callback asking about the status of my order and I have not heard anything back. After reading some of the reviews on here with people experiencing the same terrible customer service, I will be cancelling my $500 order and taking my business somewhere else.I also want to add that every time I called their customer service line I would get a recording telling me that there were 10 people ahead of me. Every time I called. Regardless of the day and time. Every time. That seems very suspicious to me.

I ordered two trees, and got the covid delays email, and one of the trees arrived. I inquired about the other, received a canned response after my inquiry which stated that I would hear back. I then got an email asking me to rate my customer service experience. I never got a real response, and still have not received the second plant. Do not buy from these people. Wish zero starts was an option.

Update: After telling me my order would ship this week, I just received a computer generated message telling me my order has been delayed due to Covid. Do not place an order with this company. They have had my money for 24 days and still have not even shipped it out. You will not receive your order.I placed my order on March 17th with a 3-7 day shipping period and it has not arrived. I cant even get a reason or status update. When I ask for an update I receive an automated reply. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I ordered an item from this company through Amazon. Company shipped the wrong item. Instead of going through the hassle of returning it, I kept it and ordered the original item again. AGAIN, the company shipped the wrong item. I returned it by taking it to an Amazon return site at Kohl’s. We received the credit back to our AMEX account, but now over a month later, we’re getting notification that we need to return the item! I even posted a one star review on Amazon, and strangely enough, it’s not there!!

Absolutely the worst company. I have no idea how their products are because I never received it. I ordered in early March followed up after a month was told I would receive my order mid April. I tried to follow up again on April 27 and could not get a live person, so was forced to leave a VM. No call back so I went online to check my order and they cancelled it on the 27th! Will never order from them again.

I am so happy with my purchase! I got three boxes of Nearly Natural boxwood mats and it was my weekend project. Loved it, its been out for three months now, rain and sun, and it looks fantastic. Their customer service is superb helping me with instructions and quantities. I recommend this company all the way!

If I could give negative stars, I would. The product I received was in a tattered basket and the plant looked so fake. I received a return label from them and see that the product was received by them weeks ago, but have not received a refund. I can’t get anyone on the phone when I call, and my messages have not been returned—nor have they replied to my email even though they say they respond within 24 hours. Highly recommend NOT doing business with this seemingly fraudulent company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.I would have rated Nearly Natural 4-5 stars for their products as they were quality, but unfortunately, their customer service team has completely ruined my experience.I needed to return my order, and did so over a month ago. I had to call to request my refund, and was told on March 30th that I would have it in 3-5 business days. Well, I still have not received my refund as of April 13th, and I have been calling, leaving voicemails, and sending emails with no response for weeks. This is not acceptable and I will never recommend this company as a result.

Like many on here I placed an order about a month ago and it still hasnt even shipped. The site originally said 2-3 days shipping when I placed the order but days later I received a computer generated email saying there were COVID related delays. COVID has been around for over a year so maybe they should be a little more upfront with people before they buy. After multiple emails asking for the status of my order I only receive generic computer automated messages. Never buy from this company!

DO NOT buy from this company! I wish I read all of the bad reviews before I ordered from Nearly Natural. My item was delivered damaged and I cannot get anyone to respond to my multiple emails, phone calls, etc. Even if you try to call, it tells you that there are 5 callers in front of you, then you finally get to be the next caller in line ONLY to then it makes you leave a message.

Purchase a ton of silk trees and plants from this company and all of them smelled of mold. Replacements ordered were the exact same way. Drivers do NOT deliver to this place. They open at 8am but they guy that unloads takes his time. He will start unloading around 9am. Driver arrived at 8am and it is now 3pm and he is still there. I lost my next load and messed up my whole week of work because of his incompetence. I never agreed that the delivery was going to take the whole day. I would have charged more for that!!! Pls find someone else to unload trucks because our time is valuable and important just like yours!!

I received the two ferns I ordered within a week. However they are not centered in the pot and hang crooked. Tried to reach customer service by email with no response. Called their customer service, waited on hold for 30 minutes to have them push me then to voicemail. Horrible experience and still trying to return the ferns!

I order on Sept 1 & supposed to ship Sept 3rd but did NOT happen. I called again on Sept 11 and was promised it would ship Sep 12th. I called again Sept 14th and promised Sept 15th. I called Sept 18th and they promised by the end of next week. I canceled my order for non-performance. If they were actually out, they should have said so and not making promises they didn’t keep. I hate being lied to!

This review is solely based off of the interaction I had with customer service rep named “Stoney.”We received our 8 foot tree damaged, due to the product being shipped in a ripped box with the tree branches sticking out and broken out the sides. When we talked to Stoney about returning the tree, he stated that the company “has no access to boxes” and we would have to purchase a new box for the 8 foot tree and pay to ship it back. The entire reason we are returning the tree is because it was negligently sent in a damaged box, now we have to find and pay for a new box that can fit and 8 foot tree in order to be reimbursed any of our cost. Do not ever buy from this company who “has no access to boxes,” nor will reimburse you if they send you a damaged product.It’s unfortunate because we had made several purchases through this company prior.And they won’t simply fix their mistake and turn a negative to a positive.

The tree was a huge disappointment. It was far shorter than was advertised and the sack on the bottom prevented it from standing up straight. It fell right over as soon as ornaments were placed on it, breaking some of my familys heirloom ornaments! I have called their customer service for 2 days to no avail. First, it just rings and rings and then you get a message that they are closed. I have left messages, written emails and have not heard back. This tree was not cheap. Very disappointed!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. Their customer service is horrible and all you get are robotic (AI?) responses with no satisfaction and you can never get to a real person when attempting to return anything to them. Their returns policy is a refund or replacement but good luck getting a refund. I have asked for a refund but only keep getting replacements. Do not shop here as you will regret it!

I went to the center in search of work and only found a document on the door with phone numbers of human resources and other information to contact them. They never answered calls, or voice messages, they only answered the first email saying that they would contact me the next day and that they had several positions, two weeks ago and nothing.What a shame …… Leave a lot to say…
