Im not sure if they are not willing to help me because of my race or because they just didnt seem to want my business. I feel judged and I will never do business with this company. Learn customer service and stop profiling people as they come though your doors. Maybe when you learn better customer service you can afford a sign on your door.

I have been shopping with L & V for years, they have great products. I receive my orders very fast, if something is broken during transit they quickly resolve the situation. Thank you L & V, you help me make my customers happy.

The Worst Customer Service Ever! Very rude and even cursed me on the phone while trying to resolve an issue with the order I placed. This is how you treat people that put money in your account?! Didnt even apologize but hanged up the phone instead. Dispicable attitude!

The lamp oils are great unfortunately the costumer service is rude and terrible. I today because I live very far and I come to the wearhouses when I can to shop for my store. I called to give a heads up that I was coming to place a minimum small order and washelped by a very rude guy claiming he was one of the owners. He said I couldnt walk in to make an order not even to go pick out the scents myself like I have done with the main owner previously. When I told him the owner said I could come in a pick up a minimum order he very rudely said well thats not going to happen again. When I asked to speak to the owner he said I am one of them and I said NO the main owner and he said no you cant, he comes and goes as he pleases. Driving over one hour to get there and then To be treated like this and not even attended makes me retrieve my business from them. They have lost both my stores because of HIS rudeness and stupidity and lack of professionalism.
