Amazing service and unbeatable prices! This is a GREAT family business thats obviously built with integrity and strong principals. They are truly professional, friendly and easy to work with. We called them for a dishwasher repair and came on time and diagnosed the equipment, picked up the part and installed it same day, hassle free and very reasonably priced.I truly recommend their services and will be recommending them to all that need their service and parts.Maddy

I stopped by this store today 8-1-17 to purchase a part for my washer. Literally 5 min later after coming home I went to return back after noticing the apparent pricing error. I was charged 5 dollars flat for a part that costs 0.48 cents. They would not offer any refund even though they have no sign indicated that they do so. They never even gave me a receipt. I left the store very bitter with a sour taste in my mouth. The female manager I spoke with was rude. I told her that this was price gouging and a huge disappointment for any loyal customers. She said that it was not. You be the judge. A 0.48 cent part vs a 5.00 dollar part both identical in nature. I left the manager with the part since the business needs it more than me. Heres the definition of price gouging :Price gouging is a pejorative term referring to when a seller spikes the prices of goods, services or commodities to a level much higher than is considered reasonable or fair, and is considered exploitative, potentially to an unethical extent....Thanks for the reply Christopher. I was not trying to be rude when I came into your store. I was simply troubled by the nature in which business is conducted and wanted to voice my concern. High Prices/No Reciepts/No Refunds and No Signage indicating those policies. Im sorry if your manager felt that I aggressively threw the part on the counter, that was never my intention. I left your business with a donation of the 5.00 dollar part I bought from you to show you that money was not my issue but the principal of being overcharged was. Im a Business Major and I can state that losing 5.00 dollars is far better than losing a customer or any of his references. Its called word of mouth and has been proven to be the most efficient and low cost method in advertisement =Business101. I appreciate the offer to recruit me for a Business account but I am not interested. Please let this serve as a warning not to undermine the intelligence of your customers or their will to be treated fairly.

I manage several properties. Chris Pino at Hialeah Appliance has been extremely helpful in both diagnosing and resolving issues at many of my rental and commercial properties. I consider him a part of my team and highly recommend him to everyone from a typical home owner to a property manager with several hundred units.

Great service experience! I needed a part for my refrigerator and the owner, Chris, helped me get the right piece. It needed to be ordered. They called me as soon as it arrived and explained to my boyfriend exactly how to put it in. They went way above and beyond.

Let me begin by saying that what happened to me here I brought it upon myself for being cheap. It was a gamble I took and I lost. My first visit to this place was on a Tuesday afternoon at almost 4:00 pm and the lady that was there told me they were closing for the day and advised me to come the next day and talk with her son who was more knowledgeable about parts. The posted business hours were until 5:00 pm. The next days I came in the morning and talked with the lady’s son “Criss” who was at the counter. I explained to him my problem and that I bought the part I need it for my washer machine at Amazon. I asked him if they had a technician that could come to my house and check on my machine because after I had replaced the sensor that was broken the machine still didn’t work. Criss told me he will send his personal technician to check it out and they charge $45.00 for the service. We agreed on the terms and I provide it him my information. He assured me the technician will be in my house in the afternoon. It wasn’t until Thursday morning that the technician showed up. The technician name is Lazaro. I had the machine ready for Lazaro to look at and I also showed him the sensor I had bought. Lazaro said he had never seen a machine with so many cables inside. I explain to Lazaro that the sensor was supposed to go between the motor and the pulley at the bottom of the machine. Lazaro took the motor out and put the sensor where he tough it might work and put the motor back. It took him ten to fifteen minutes to do all that. The machine still didn’t work. Lazaro especulated the motor or the main board of the machine sort circuit after the sensor was ripped off the cables. He didn’t know for sure. He said he needed to talk to Criss. He asked for $50.00 for the visit. I told him I thought the visit was $45.00 and he said that the prices were up. I paid him cash. I called Criss later during the day and he said that he will email GE for an answer because they didn’t know what was wrong. On Tuesday morning Criss mom called me to tell me that GE told them that it could be the motor or any of the three boards the machine have that were the problem. I argued that the three boards and the motor is everything the machine has inside. OFF COURSE the machine will work if you were the replace everything inside, wouldn’t you think? Frustrated with the situation I went online and booked an appointment with GE repairs. The earliest they could come was in a weeks time. After waiting all day for the GE technician to show up he finally did after four in the afternoon. The GE technician name is Peter. I explained to Peter everything that has transpired with the machine. He took the motor out and noticed the sensor was upside down, he flipped it and put everything back together. He reset and cleared the sensors on the machine and after verifying the machine went through all the cycles he declared the machine fixed. It took him thirty minutes from the time he walked in to the time he was finished. Let me tell you, GE repair prices aren’t cheap. Just to make an appointment and have Peter come to the house was $100.00 charge. As soon as Peter came to the house he explained that by him looking at the machine he had to charge $100.00 an hour for labor and that parts were an additional charge. Lucky for me I had bought the part on Amazon for $18.00. The machine in this story is a GE washer and dryer combo model number: GUD27ESSJ0WW and serial number: ZF011414C. The part that was replaced was the speed sensor: WL49X20360.
