Well I didnt get the senior discount I guess I got the highest price you can pay discount. But the reason why Im writing the review is because of what happened when I tried to rent this space if you have any kind of disabilities you will be highly discriminated against. I could not sign my name properly because I shake, so my handwriting was shaky, she would not rent me the unit. It took me 15or more minutes to convincer it was a medical condition I had no control over. And had the list my medical conditions. I walk with cane or walker!! So not handicap freindly. My price for a 10×10 $165...no were what they advertised. Maybe its the handicap special....

This Is the cleanest, most friendly storage facilities I have used. I will definitely go back there if the need arises.

Due to some system glitch, the unit I reserved was not actually available, but they let me know right away with a very nice email and even offered to help me find what I needed. incredibly great communication and pleasant to deal with.

Love the staff and mistro (the talking dog) the prices are very reasonable and everyone is always smiling and very friendly.

I seldom write reviews for anything, but RiteSpace Storage really deserves some props for a very well run storage location. I have used storage facilities before, but RiteSpace is extremely clean, well lit, cameras everywhere to protect the client, and everything freshly painted. The storage places I used before were not near as nice as RiteSpace. Jane and Larry were very professional from the day I moved in until the day I moved out (Moved my sons Baylor Dorm furniture to his new apartment). Thank you both for a great business experience!! You are the best!!

Rude service. Absolutely horrible business. Embarrassment of a business. They even harassed me by calling my boss over this review to file a complaint with my company, when the issue is a personal matter. Completely unethical. Check the other 1 star reviews. You will find the same narrative. I dont know how these people expect to continue to have customers with this mentality.

Larry & Jayne are the best Storage Managers they really are the best at getting to the point of finding out the exact needs of their people and hooking them up with exactly what they need. Theyre so sweet and helpful and you should know that your stuff IS safe with these guys so store here you wont regret it..

Absolutely horrible. I don’t typically leave reviews but this place really got under my skin. Where to start.... they have a rodent problem, they say the units are climate controlled but aren’t actually climate controlled ( if it’s 100° outside it shouldn’t be 92° in my “climate controlled” unit). They also tack on hidden fees that they don’t tell you about. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. STAY. AWAY.

I used this facility for 15 years. The premises are kept clean, I’ve never had a problem with rodents or other vermin. The managers live on site, they are friendly and very helpful. Security is taken seriously with controlled access and egress, as well as a watchful eye on any activities that seem out of the ordinary. I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

We love Rite Storage! Owners that really care and don’t try to just charge you an arm & a leg. They are always friendly. The storage units are also so nice & secure, temperature controlled, easy to get to, and make you feel secure. Thankful we found Rite Storage!

EXCELLENT customer service!!! EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful! I had no idea what I was looking for and they drove me around to several different units showing me them so I could pick which one best fits my needs. I highly recommend Ritespace storage in Hewitt TX!!

Only reason they get one star is its the lowest one I can give . My wife and I have been customers for years. We loved the old managers they were the greatest. They were so helpful and pleasant. The new managers are the worst. They are very rude and dont know how to treat people. We were a little behind on our rent due to moving and a new job. My son went to pay last months and this months bill and was charged over 3 monthes rent. They also told my son they cut our lock off and were going to sell our stuff at auction. So my wife drove all the way to Hewitt from College Station to get our things. We get there and they put there own lock on the unit. So we drove for nothing. Do not use this place they are the worst.

The couple that runs the business are great people. They were very nice and got us a unit as soon as it was available. Not to mention its clean and well priced. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

RiteSpace Storage in Hewitt is the best storage rental business I’ve ever used. Their security is top notch, the customer service is the BEST and the facilities are always clean and easy to navigate. I highly recommend if you care about the security of your belongings and your personal safety as well. Especially great for women moving alone because there is zero “creepy factor” even at night. It is well lit, cameras are everywhere, the gates are always locked and the management lives right on site. Thank you RiteSpace!
