Brandon and Deedee came through for us in a pinch and constructed a beautiful fence in time for us to move in with our two dogs. We didn’t give them much notice but they rearranged their schedule and made it happen. Since we hadn’t moved yet, Brandon sent me pictures of his progress and kept me very well informed through the process. Very professional and accommodating. We love our new fence! Highly recommend this company. Brandon went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

Pinnacle put in one of the nicest 8 ft. tall privacy fences in the house on Austin Avenue! Fair price, good workmanship!

* Edited: (five starts for first work, 0 for last contacts): My 1st appointment was for replacement of 2 gates, building a fence across where a gate had been, and repairing several boards my large breed dogs chewed up. The gates were fine, but still did not close the way we had discussed - without big gaps, though better. My 2nd experience was for them to put boards on my side of the ugly fence covering up the long boards AND the huge spaces between the boards the construction company left. Plus they put up a chain link across the same fence and replaced MORE boards my dogs chewed up. Now dogs cant reach the fence! Guys worked hard and were super nice. Never had a problem reaching Ron at the company (see below), but generally used email instead of calling. I have more work for them next month! *I had requested another bid. I accepted one from another provider, but asked that he come over to help me decide what to do with another area with plans on having him do the work. At first no response, then said hed come, but didnt show up. Tried contacting again MANY time to no avail. Complete radio silence. I had two projects…one extending the chain link across the back and one to enclose the patio. Tomorrow the other company will be here and will get their bid. Sorely disappointed in Ron now. It is like this is his hobby rather than his work.

Called and talked to Deedee about a fence I was needing installed. Very easy to talk to on the phone. Set up appointment for her to come out and give me a quote. Never showed up for appt. and when I called to see what happened I just got voice mail and no return call. Very disappointed.

Dee Dee was so helpful and accomodating with all our requests and she worked completely around our schedule for everything! The installers were nice to work with and they did an excellant job on our wrought iron fence! Very competitively priced too. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fence!

Made an appointment and they never showed up. I called and they didnt answer the phone or call back.

Called for a quote came out to look at the fence and work out a quote. Never sent the quote to me, I have called 3 times to ask what the quote is and still havent received anything from them. I shouldnt have to work this hard to give a business work.
