Yogurtland is one of my favorite frozen yogurt spots due to the taste. Although I do wish they had a wider selection of flavors. Toppings are pretty varied, and I like the fact that they have canned whipped cream. Yes, I know its supposed to be healthier, but I am not personally concerned with that. ;) The store is always clean, and the workers are friendly.

A great spot to relax and enjoy some great frozen treats. Its a little chilly out, but Im still craving that plain tart flavor 😊

Every time we go here most flavors are out or runny. Went tonight and counted 5 flavors to choose from. Do yourself a favor and go across the freeway to the other frozen yogurt location

Went in tonight. I approached staff to say the milkshake flavor was wateryShe said I was to use a cup. I confused because I saw a picture of a milkshake but I saidi thought it was just an ad for the flavor. She rudely said everyone who comes in here can figure that out.Very nasty

They don’t let you sample the new flavors and there prices are high, the fruits are cut so large your are not able to put a lot in it and if you do..you end up paying over $10 for a such small amount of frozen yogurt. The kiwis are cut in half, large banana is cut into 3, large strawberries cut in half etc …on top of it the employees are very rude!!! Won’t get my business any more!!!

The location was clean. Yogurt was 😋 The customer service wasn’t so sweet . I asked the cashier for change for a $20 and she declined because I paid for my purchase with a credit card 😩. Pit stop on the way to Vegas .

I thought this place is rather expensive for what you get. All prices, including coffee, are by the ounce. I noticed that the weight is computed including the container and Im not sure the scales are calibrated to take that into consideration. The drip trays could use a good wiping down. The tables were sticky and it looked like the bathroom floor hadnt been cleaned in a while. Having said all that, at least the product was flavorful.

LOVE this place. I make sure to visit Yogurtland as often as possible when we go to California since we don’t have any where we live.The yogurt flavor options are amazing. The toppings are always plentiful. Strawberries were a little mushy but nothing gross.

Some of their yogurt is starting to taste more milky than the flavor its supposed to be.

Good selection. Havent been out of flavors when Ive gone. The toppings always tastes fresh and never stale.

I give 5 stars for the service. young lady was very nice but when i went to tip i saw there is no jar. It would be nice for them to have. I went for dairy free and they had 2 good options.

Love almost every flavor Ive ever tried.each location carries a few different flavors different from each other and it changed rather often so you can be sure to never get sick of the same old flavor every visit.sign up with their rewards program and for every 100 ounces I think it is you earn 3 free ounces.if you go often and love yogurt as much as I do you might move up on the rewards tier. I received a silver hard plastic VIP card randomly in the mail and and now I get free ounces with every 36 ounces I believe. Also birthday freebie went from like 4 ounces to 16 ounces. I LOVE YOGURTLAND .....ITS DELICIOUS.

I love Yogurtland! Like most yogurt places its definitely on the expensive side but they have a variety of flavors and sample cups so you know exactly what youre getting. Ive been to another Yogurtland but happened to be in a different area and we stopped in to get some yogurt and relax after Christmas shopping. The young lady who worked there was absolutely amazing. I really felt welcomed and she invited me to sign up for the app which I did. Both of us really enjoyed our choices and my little service dog enjoyed licking our cups LOL.

Amazing Frozen Yogurt, can hardly wait to go back again!!

The facility was clean and nice. Well stocked and running machines. Staff was kind, but some of the customers werent. Friday evening is busy.

I have many allergies, they post allergens on each flavor. What a time saver!

I had given the cashier a two for one but my wife had not finished putting the last topping on. She charged my card and would not give me hers unless I paid. Two for one she said only works with one transaction even though hers weighed 9ozs and mine was 11oz. What a rip off. Never going there again.

Everything was great until I noticed the worker picking up fallen toppings off the table and floor and put them back in their tray(container)! It was disgusting. There was also very limited seating.

I like this place. They greet you when you come in with friendly smiles and nice voices. The flavor choices are Great! They have lil tiny cups to sample the different flavors (yum!) I believe in the summertime they stay open till 11:00pm at least they did last year in 2017, should check to make sure though. The last time I went they even had soft serve ice cream which they hadnt had beforefor the people who dont like yogurt.

Clean restrooms and a 6 dollar cup deal Tuesday it was awesome! Lots of toppings and sauces to put on your yogurt!

This Yogurtland didnt have any type of chocolate flavor!!! How is that possible? Get it together.

Today, I went inside this Yougurtland to purchase 6 gift cards for $5 each to hand out to homeless people. When I entered the store, the gurl behind the counter who said her name was Destiny and who also was the store manager said that she could not give me 6 giftcards that totaled $30 since I was paying with my debit card. She said that I could only purchase $25 worth of giftcards and I could pay the remaining $5 in cash.I explained to her that I did not have cash on me, when she suggested i use a wells fargo atm at the corner of the complex to pull put cash. I replied that, that particular atm would chaege me an almost $5 fee to just withdraw money. Was it possible if I could pay on 2 seperate debit cards. She said no, she opened up a drawer behind the counter and said it says right here our policy says we cant do that. I said I have bought over $25 yougurtland before for my family and extended family. Could I have my daughter then pay for the remaining $5 with a debit card, she then again said no. Sorry.When I asked to speak to the Store Manager, she said she was the store manager. (Destiny)When I questioned why there was nothing posted about this policy she just gave me a blank look.I then asked to just purchase $25 worth of gift cards and Ill go to another store to get the remaining $5. She said she could not help me that this was fraud.As I walked out the door, she started yelling that the apple valley location was closed.I dont know who the franchise/store owner is, but this is not how you should run your store or have people like this managing it. Very poor customer service, and you better believe I have told all my friends and family about this location. My business will go to Menchies for sure when I am up in the High Desert visiting family.Oh, and I went to another Yogurtland and was able to purchase 6 gift cards for $5 each just fine on my debit card with out any trouble or harassment!!

Great yogurt and great toppings but bring a sweater this store is too cold to sit in for too long. Im there almost every week, once a week, and even when its 100+ outside it is too cold to stay inside.
