Had American stone and flooring install flooring in our home they installed one of the 2 toilets incorrectly causing $600 worth of water damage Toilet water ran through the walls to the ceiling of my dining room Have called and talked to Jeremy and also Ralph the contractor in regards to this.They blame everybody except taking responsibility For the improper installation of the master bathroom toilet at my own expense I removed the other toilet that one was done correctly double wax ring not a single wax ring

We did our own kitchen remodel, but American did our countertops, flooring and backsplash. Great to work with. Reliable - they showed when they said they would and we’re easy to get a hold of when needed. Great material selection and price was fair. Quality work and craftsmanship! Will use them again for our bathrooms - next project!!!
