Bought a truck from them over 3 weeks ago, agreed on a price, next day had my bank contact them about the final price and got my check, show up and see the receipt, that they tried to raise the price on me. Have a signed agreement that they would send me a check with the difference the next business day. 3+ weeks later, no check. Also the person I worked with there kept touching on my shoulders as he passed me like I knew him well. Definitely not a good buying experience and will not be recommending to my friends or family.

Phenomenal experience with buying from them twice. Robert (Bobby) took great care in helping us find the right vehicle and was transparent and patient through the entire process. Luke and Mike for helping with the finance portion. Also the entire service department for taking care of a quick tire replacement and getting me back on the road. Called to get a basic oil change....Just had Jerry the service manager tell me he could not get that done in an hour because if something goes wrong or gets Fd up its his A** if the technician has to stay late....Bought 5 vehicles there....There will not be another....

Customer service was the worst Ive ever seen. I bought a truck and they agreed to fix the cab corners. So, I took the truck back the following week and they didnt fix the problem. This happen 4 weeks in a row. Finally got it fixed and looked liked 3year old painted it. Took it back and same issue. But on the bright side my sales guy Clayton was a 5star.

Mixed emotions on my experience. Yes, they tried to remedy the bad, but seems there are problem within the Mgmt at this location. Just my observation of course, maybe it was a bad time for them & as I said they have worked to fix the problems, which is why they did get a 3 star... Mike Fioroni and Jessica... are great to work with..UPDATE- one year later I am still using this dealership and I am happy to say things were worked out and I am happy with my truck and experience!This is a great dealership and the heart of the team is here to help us, the customers. Got my truck in with overheat problem after diagnostic they replaced fan clutch and blade charged me $980 and send me away 100milles down the road it overheats again took it to a small shop. Took them 10min to tell me that I had a blown head gasket cost me $4075 to fix .

HORRIBLE. I just bout a 2013 Chrysler 300 John Varvatos from here. Theres a noise in the front end. They replaced a wheel bearing. They also replaced two BAD tires. Noise is still there. Today my air compresser stopped working. Its 100 degrees and I have to ride in a new car with the windows down and sweat my but off. I am just in SHOCK on how they treated me today. I arrived there around 6:00. I talked to my salesman (WHO HAPPENES TO BE THE SALES MANAGER) and then I talked to the GM of aufenburg. They said Call service department tomorrow. Youre a tough guy, you can handle for a day. OUTRAGEOUSLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Horrible. Sold me a truck with several codes, fixed half of them. Immediately following the 3mo/3000 mile warranty my transmission solenoid goes out(within a month and 100 miles) I waited 4 hours and $100 in diagnostic fees to find out they wouldnt help me at all. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere!

In and out for a recall on an airbag and they were fast and washed my car no charge..good people
