Throughout the process of shopping for a new printer for our office and after this process, when getting set up and starting to use this product, we have been more than happy with the customer service, ability of PBS to cater to our needs, and transparency regarding pricing. We were able to find a high-quality product that fits within our budget and they walked us through how to use each aspect of the printer. I am so glad that we no longer need to stress about printer and service issues like with other companies in the past!

We recently ordered and received a new Xerox for our church in Aspen Hill Maryland and it has been a great process working with Potomac Business Solutions throughout out the whole process of receiving and using our new Xerox. The machine has worked exactly as advertised, no problems and the follow up contacts with Potomac has been excellent.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. They delivered our new copier and could not remove the original. After waiting a week a second team was sent to remove the copier and they were also unable to remove it. Its still sitting in the middle of our space.

I have been working with Potomac Business Solutions for over 10 years and have been extremely pleased with the company. They are quick to respond to my needs and even though it may take a few days to clear a problem it is not due to their lack if response but rather the problems that arise from the ever changing way XEROX handles support with their vendors.They are always on top of my leases and if they can save me money by swapping out early on a machine Kristin calls me to get the ball rolling.Great group of individuals to work with!

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR XEROX MACHINE FROM HERE. Have only had this machine for 3 weeks and have had nothing but headaches! Pulls multiple pages at one time, drops off the network ALL THE TIME, have spent hours upon hours trying to reconnect all of our computers only to have them drop again a day or two later. Couldnt print from either of the 2 new printers. Tried calling for help or support and was put to several voice mails several times. Only reached a person for assistance when I refused to let the receptionist transfer me to another voicemail. YOU CANNOT RETURN THE PRODUCT OR GET OUT OF THE 3 Year CONTRACT!!!

Great customer service. I dont know what those other reviewers are talking about. I had great service and they were always quick to respond and take care of my needs. Definitely would recommend to others.

Make sure you have everything in writing and you get a break down of your payment installment because they will rip you off. If you are looking to upgrade your Xerox machines, DO NOT go here. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. These people are liars, scam artists, and will hang you to dry.You are better off going to the actual Xerox and not to this dump.Just to let you know, these machines are not cheap- these machines cost thousands of dollars!! I upgraded my machines because they said I would save more money in the long run but I did not. They lied to me by telling me that the payment from my last machines would be nonexistent if I upgraded and because of the new features, I am able to save more money in the long run. I cannot save money because they overcharged me and I am still paying for my old machines on top of the new ones.
