I would never use this company. I have a dental office in Alexandria and I have a sign that is not working. I call them to come out to give an estimate on the cost of fixing the problem. They charge $129.99 to come out to give you an estimate. When they came out, the guy said that they need two people to diagnose and that if they come back with two people they will charge again for it. The guy said it is too much work for him if he has to go to the back of the building to set the electrical panel and come back to the front to check the sign. After he said he has to come back with two guys, he would sit in his car for the next 40 minutes doing nothing. I call and complaint and they are not doing anything about it. If this is how they work, I could not trust them in doing thing right or for not over charging for work that they didnt do.8-6-2018I have change from 1 star to 3 stars. The company did a good job of following up after the review and I was not charge for the $129.00. I am in the process of having my sign repair by another company. I would give Yesco a try again in the future since they did the right thing of fixing the wrong that was done.
