I guess they make their own store hours.

Was never greeted while within the store, never asked if I needed help with anything, just stood there and looked out the window and pretty sure it was the owner of that store. This store obviously needs a lesson in customer service. Even after purchasing a product he didn’t even put my purchases in a bag... I had to ask?? It’s right next to a gym and no ones ever in there. Obviously somethings wrong here.

I love the staff there, Erika is a quality manager, Adam & Christian are very knowledgeable with their products & will give you exactly what you need no question! Best GNC in the area, keep it up y’all!

A normal GNC site. Very friendly staff that is super knowledgeable. Always has a free sample of the new chewable calcium chocolate/caramel vitamin. Occasionally holds sales with big signs outside. Plenty of parking outside.

This location had a change in management, and its made a SIGNIFICANT difference in both customer service as well as the staffs product knowledge.

Staff are friendly, however upon not having a certain item these people do not have the courtesy to get the item from other stores for customers and they are not aware of when the item will be available. Its one of those times when I felt being friendly isnt enough with customers and one should be good at their job too.

Not interested in the rewards program, guy insists, I say no thanks, he scowls and doesn’t say a word the rest of the time till I’m out the door. Okay! Never coming back here! ✌️

Will not sell detox products they avertise online in store I was recommended this location from someone who did buy this product in store
