The employees here are always nice and helpful. Im so glad the bank went away and they expanded the parking area in its place. With more above ground parking spaces, there is little need to park in the underground garage. I was driving by and decided to stop to pick up some food. This store is consistently clean, and I like that HT carries some unique items. I always get the Free Range/Pasture Raised Organic eggs - note: Cage Free means the chickens are not in cages but they are still stuffed in large trailer like housing with no natural light and no fresh air. Support Free Range or Pastire Raised chickens.

Great place with a wide variety of products. This is a great place if you are looking for organic option. There is a deli where you can get fresh cheeses, meats, and subs as well as other quick eats.

Harris Teeter is an excellent grocery store. Great selection and better prices than others. Plus, you can find discounts every day. Everyone that works there are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

The last 3 weeks I havent been able to buy spring water in gallon jugs. The shelf is completely empty. The individual plastic bottles are stocked. I have trouble carrying the 24 bottle size.

Love Harris Teeter, they all are great, the Reston location always seems to exceed my expectations. Always very clean here and people are friendly. The one thing one that was slightly unexpected was that the pizza section no longer serves chicken pesto pizza ☹️

LOVE Harris Teeter! Great chain, great quality, normally good product selection. This location is in a great location but is smaller than most, so not as wide a selection as larger stores. Sometimes a tad pricey but not with VIC card (free) or eVIC specials. Never very crowded, but dont often have enough registers open imo.

The visit to the pharmacy was a very pleasant experience. Very courteous staffs & clean environment. Love to go back again!

The store is always well stocked. The cashier situation has always been hit or miss. Sometimes they are very nice & handle my food with respect & care. Other times I get Shirley who has worked there for years. She is always too much for me. Bossy & rude when it is not necessary. Today Shirley was is rare form. If you dont like your job you should find another. It is always so unfortunate when you go in to a store in a great mood & leave upset after an avoidable confrontation with Shirley. I only use this store as a last resort now & try to avoid her. She never remembers me & that makes it worse. That really does mean that she treats everyone some kind of way....

Harris Teeter in Woodland Crossing is a very nice place with good social distancing measures. I specially like their milk in glass bottles which is one of the best I have had. Their produce section is good although sometimes the smell of meat is overpowering

Never order a cake for bday parties, last weekend I had my daughter’s bday and I gave the theme based cake ordered prior to a week back. When I went to pickup they have not at all prepared and forgot the order which is irresponsible. And baker was not available at that time and they were asking me to take any ready cake. Poor service and no proper management on bakery side and also staffs are very irresponsible. Later I forced them to make a new fresh cake, OMG after tasting it our birthday party got ruined. No one finished a piece of cake all went to trash. Horrible experience . Even one star is not suitable for them. This will be my last step into this store.

The interior is bright and clean with a good selection. The quality of the produce is above average and the prices are in line with the area. The aisles are a bit narrow and the store is usually a bit crowded so it can sometimes take a bit longer than expected to get in and out. The parking is ample and convenient, offering both above ground and underground options.

Great store, less than great parking. The inside is nice, clean, and well organized. It was easy to find people to help and everything seemed fresh. I like that you can get a flyer with the ads in store.The only downside is if you go when its busy the tiny parking lot is packed and hard to get into with the narrow layout.

Staff is generally very friendly and helpful. Costs a little more than some of the other grocery stores in the area but you get better service and food quality (produce and meats in particular).This location has a fairly expansive cheese and deli meat selection right inside the door. Close to the door is also the wine and beer aisle which has a decent collection of both local and international varieties.

Mixed bag. Good deli and bakery, but meat and produce are limited. Parking is bad, but the dairy is good. Bottom line - its convenient sometimes, but I wouldnt want to be stuck with this store as my primary grocery source.

You may like the small local shopping area around it.Parking space is not a problem. I always find a spot.only I did not like the lights inside the store. A little bit dark in some areas.Also do not expect a big grocery store, this store is mid size, but fair enough goods, foods, and other supplies are available.

This HT is open 24 hours. I used to work here for a few months doing overnight stocking. The store is always clean and well stocked. I use the pharmacy here as well. As a customer, I always get prompt service from friendly associates, and my kids love the free cookies. They have a great selection of all natural and organic products at reasonable prices.

I like Harris Teeter because I am a VIC Card customer. They are way better than Shoppers Food and have more cashiers on board than Shoppers ever did! They even have a lot more employees to help their customers out. It is still within walking distance to my apartment residence. They are open 24/7, except Christmas and Thanksgiving. Harris Teeter does not have panhandlers sitting outside their store, unlike Shoppers Food.

Always available parking, wheelchair accessible, quick registers, and helpful front desk. Very good grocery store.

Good quality meat and produce.Edit: previously a five star review but today I went in to buy a few things and when I went to the check out counter there was a prominently displayed magazine with a naked woman on it. It was extreme, even by todays standards. Doesnt the management care about the kids who will see this? Way too sexually explicit.

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacist Kathleen Bishop! When I first when there with some bad news, she came from behind the counter to give me a hug. Shes an angel! She truly cares about her patients and is beyond kind and caring!

A nice place! They have many many things. You can buy food and objects. They have Yogurt and lightbulbs and many many MANY other things. I like to shop here all the time. I get things like cereal and milk and other fun things. I always liked Harris Teeter!

A very impressive and cool looking place to buy groceries, but the prices here are borderline crazy. Compared to Shoppers not too far away, cost for just normal groceries is very high.If atmosphere for your food purchasing is important, this is your place. If you are all about price, perhaps consider another grocery store.

Always love Harris Teeter including their Express Lane shopping. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable and the store is always clean, well stocked and they have good deals. The Express Lane staff is super and have never given me bad products including produce!

Its a decent grocery store with moderate prices as compared to Whole Foods. Personally I like Harris Teeter not for their selection but for the fact that they are open 24/7. Honestly, I walk into this place with headphones on and can probably walk out without interacting with a single person.

The e-mail VIC specials are great! One catch - they do not show up on the register. In order to catch these common errors, I buy the e-mail specials in one order and everything else in another order. For example, my bill came to $24; but after I showed the manager my email, he took $2 off 4 items, and $0.20 off 10 items, so now the bill was $14 as it should have been. Getting it right took about 10 extra minutes. Had it taken much longer, I would have to stop shopping there. Giant markets is the only place that Ive been to where everything goes smoothly. It has to - if an item scans incorrectly, they give it to you for free.

Picked up medication that has been sitting on shelf for a long time. The quality of it had also declined because it will expire soon. I still works for what I need but since it was expensive I felt I should have been given a brand new one or been allowed an exchange. They didn’t have it brand new in stock or the option to order.

It is convenient 24 hour store. Most of the time I went there, I seem to be able to find something good and at good price.

Generally kept very clean, well stocked, friendly associates, underground parking available, shopping carts kept mostly in order and good condition, and free wifi. There is a large seating area for those who pick up prepared meals. The one missing star is because they tend to put the absolute worst baggers on bagging groceries - mixing cleaning products with fresh food, bagging raw meats with other items, making bags too heavy and not double-bagging when they do that, etc. If youre getting a few items and can self-checkout, or if you dont care at all how your stuff is bagged, then its a 5-star spot.

Very nice store, decent selection, but cashiers cant do refunds on returned milk bottles, so had to wait in 2 lines just to finish shopping today not very customer friendly

The manager on duty rocks. Tyral was outstanding and provided excellent service. It was a little busy in the sub line which is typical for a lunch rush. I stepped out of line because I needed to get back to work quickly. Tyral came up to me and asked me which sub I wanted and he went back there and made it in the fly!

Heres an excellent clincher/reason why the mall this Harris Teeter is in is turning into a ghost town mall so quickly. With an unheard of in the entire DC Metro region 10+ empty retail spaces! (with, ESPECIALLY, a failed bank-branch!): Management at the Harris Teeter thinks they own/can control the entire underground garage parking meant for ALL the surrounding retail stores customers, NOT SIMPLY HARRIS TEETERs! If they see you parking there, not even anywhere near there store yet in the subject underground garage, MEANT FOR ALL OF THE RETAIL STOREs IN THE ENTIRE MALL, NOT JUST FOR THIS HARRIS TEETERs(!!!) they (HARRIS TEETER MANAGEMENT) WILL ILLEGALLY harass you by calling the local FX police and make false Class 4 FELONY/local FX ordnance offenses to them (the FX police) about how long you have been parking there, what you are doing there, etc., etc..This Harris Teeter also charges more for its goods, overall, than any similar store in the entire region. Which will severely restrict any/all sales to only the most locally located residents. When the mall itself is already in a very delicate off the beaten path, extremely NON market value location, location, location. The residents there in the area, renting & buying condos, etc.., Ill bet, are not too happy at all about the values of their condos severely plummetting after the initially, falsly bloated cost via the fact that the very mall they are located around/with is turning into a ghost town via the ongoing nasty, illegal habits by Harris Teeter management (and more similar HARASSING scenarios described above and more going on with other located businesses, such as the nasty vacated Panara, as well! And, unheard of/very rarely does anyone witness a Starbucks AND a Panara permanently closing in the region(see the/my review post for the mall, itself!)They are going to self-implode ( per-say/figuratively speaking ) the entire mall with their described above and more habits! Running off so un-necessarily, customers/potential customers parking there in such ways!!!🤣Maybe a good idea would be for the property/mall owner/management-to throw out/evict the Harris Teeter to save the mall as well as/along with the surrounding condo/property values? And all this is happening with a rarely provided for (by mall owners/developers) customer use underground mall garage to be able to park out of the Sun baked heat and winter weather, initially, while shopping? A rare convenience in the region? Odd. Very odd, indeed. Get rid of the Harris Teeter if you want the mall to ever recover from the described above serious damage its owner/management has so obviously caused over time to/with the rest of the retail businesses there - is excellent Real Estate advice! As well, you should serious look into with the very available FX Police records, just how many Class 4 Felony/Local FX Ordnances Offenses in false reporting that this Harris Teeter management has committed in such ways!! It will surprise you very much to find out!!! And, did the mall property owner/management give Harris Teeter total control/privilege to reserve the ENTIRE underground garage for its store, only? At any time? The signs posted state it is for Harris Teeter PLUS the rest of the retail stores, basically, in the entire mall area!! As well (and besides) Why should ANYONE give a hoot about who is parked where and why in a predominantly always, for the most part, big, empty underground garage. There must be over/no less than 150 parking spaces there, and, even when I had been frequenting there to shop there/cruise the mall - during peak hours - there is never ever more 20-30 autos seen parked there!! This Harris Teeter owner/management has obviously gone seriously and extremely un-necessarily INSANE with the stress of it being a soon to be failing one!!😂Trying to over-run and have/hog the entire garage (UN-authorized by the property owner/management?) for itself, only!! This will not do this Harris Teeter ant good-yet-help expedite its demise in business!!
