Called the company to come out to reinstall my glass shower door and a half wall glass about 3ft long by 3ft wide. They came out and installed glass door and stated I needed to replace one of the small pieces of glass because it didn’t fit correctly any more. This was a 1/2 inch thick glass and when they came back they replace One of the smaller pieces with a 3/8 inch glass. so it didn’t look right. I called the office and told them they replaced the glass with a thinner glass and filled the extra space for the bigger glass with silicon which makes it look terrible. My husband was told by the owner it is what it is. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy!! Very poor customer service!!

Called Cardinal for an estimate on replacing the glass in a number of windows. They came, as scheduled, and took the necessary measurements and indicated they would send the estimate via email. After several days, and not receiving the estimate, I contacted Cardinal again and spoke to, I believe the son of the individual who was preparing the estimate. He indicated he would have his dad get back to me. Nearly three weeks later, I still have not received an estimate. To me, this suggests a degree of unreliability that would deter me from doing any business with Cardinal Glass.
