Could spend all day in here easily, what a beautiful shop of treasures with an authentic vibe, far from a company store trying to capitalize on a trend like you see everywhere now. I imagine the owner(s) probably have a longstanding passion for the items they sell here. Overall great energy and friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable staff as well. When I went on a weekday afternoon it was fairly busy for a small niche place, seems to be very popular with those who know about it and I can see why.

Absolutely rancid, vile energy the moment I set foot into the store. I’ve been to dozens of metaphysical stores, and travelled well over 100 miles for some. This one is by far the worst I’ve seen. The attendant behind the counter was not wearing a mask, despite the spreading delta variant. That was the first indicator that this shop is inclined to ignorance. It only got worse from there. Fake dream catchers made of plastic beads and feathers, overpriced and obviously fake rose quartz, plastic Buddha statues, Chinese wall scrolls, white sage in plastic baggies strung up onto a rack, not unlike tacky cheap keychains you might find in an airport or commercialized beachfront, fill the entire store. For those unaware (staff, this definitely means you!) white sage is a closed practice to indigenous culture. It never has been, or will be, for white people to buy, sell, or use. This is considered common knowledge in most spiritual circles. Much less a metaphysical store, Crystalis is much more a collection of cherry picked cultures poorly and disrespectfully imitated for the entertainment and consumption of the insensitive and uneducated. It’s 2021, this type of thoughtless, appropriative, and dangerous business needs to come to an end. I encourage consumers to take their business elsewhere. I left without even touching, let alone purchasing, anything from this establishment. Embarrassing.

This place is so amazing! The energy and the organization is so on point. We were so excited that we forgot to get the persons name that helped us, we do remember she has a short hair cut and reddish color. We went back and found out her name is Katie. Katie has such an amazing energy as well and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time and get good finds.

Updated 4/9/21: I stopped by today to get some tourmaline string into a bracelet, and a fresh water pearl bracelet restring. They only cost $5 each!! I have been looking for a black tourmaline bracelet and bought it today for $15!! I had a great conversation with the same lady who helped me at my last visit, and mentioned something that really resenate with me. She said something like... Each of us are drawn to a stone. Its so true! I looked at all the stones in the store. Although they are beautiful in their own way, they all give me a different feeling. Im drawn to the color tourmaline, and I wanted a black bracelet and even consider other stones. I always ended up with the black tourmaline. I looked online, and they were too big in the size of the bracelet. The one I bought today fits my wrist perfectly and I have a small wrist. So happy I found it!This is the 3rd time I visited this crystal store over the past several decades. I always have a good experience with the ladies working here. The first visit was in the 90s and I bought a trinket box. The 2nd time was probably several years ago, and met the friendly lady with a Maltese who works there. Today, I was shopping at the pet store next door and decided to stop by. Im so happy that I did. I have been looking for a Tourmaline bracelet for a long time. (The ones on eBay, Amazon, etc... dont look that nice.) They have a small bowl of Tourmaline bracelets in different cuts and size. There was only one 4mm that fits my wrist perfectly and the color of the stones are beautiful and evenly distributed for $39.99. There were some that have a lot darker beads placed together. The lady there answered all my questions. This store has a lot of different types of crystals, oil, spiritual figures, etc...and gifts. Their prices are higher than what you might find online, but their products are guaranteed authentic and high quality. After getting home, I searched online for the same bracelet I bought and found much cheaper ones, around $20 including shipping, but I couldnt find one close to the color of the beads, the color distribution, and the size. I am so happy that I bought this one and so worth the price because I love it! And it makes me happy when I look at it. Sometimes its worth paying more for quality and fit... especially, for the peace of mind that I am getting something genuine, authentic, and customer service, should I need it.

Had a beautiful experience here. Everyone was very helpful and the energy and vibe was perfect. Only issue I found is that when I got home I unpacked my amethyst crystal and the price tag at the bottom seemed to be attached by some sticky substance that looks like gum(probably isnt gum) Unfortunately I cant get it off the crystal and its pretty much stuck on there which sucks(not a deal breaker) same with the rose quartz. Hard to get tags off, but other than that awesome selection of beautiful crystals!

Crystalis Treasures is such a gem! Great little store with a variety of healing crystals, candles & fun jewelry. Will definitely return.

I travel a lot and visit tons of Crystal shops. So I’m really disappointed and sad that I’m writing this. I used to go to Crystalis a lot as a child growing up in the Herndon area. I just moved back to the area to Sterling, Va and just visited a cute new crystal store in my neighborhood called Remnants of Magic. Going there reminded me to re-visit Crystalis. I was so excited to stop by to see how they are doing, but when I walked in no one said hi or acknowledged my existence. The shop seemed a lot darker than I remember but I could have done naked cart wheels in that shop and the three (3) girls working there would have still carried on their conversation about what they were going to buy at the end of their shift. I looked up a few times and tried to make eye contact but again totally ignored (hard to smile with the mask on). The shop seemed a little lack luster than I remembered and lots of empty spots on shelves. Also a bit of sticker shock on certain items.

Okay so I have to be honest. This store is cool prices arent that bad but, I got a piece of tumbled rose quartz 5 weeks ago and have been properly taken care of it. Then I decided to wash it with water and the second I realized it had changed white all random paint was coming out I would like a refund please😭

Very nice tasteful shop. Excellent selection of crystals, jewelry, and books. The shop keeper was very pleasant.

This shop is extremely overpriced. What’s worse is that I realized the loose “turquoise” that I bought from them isn’t turquoise at all. It is dyed (probably howlite)- I cracked open a piece and this is what’s inside…

I absolutely LOVE this place! They have everything you need, and things you didn’t know you needed. I’m in here at least once a week. The staff is very informative and can answer all of your questions.

The selection is amazing and the staff are so nice, but when I was getting some crystals, i was getting citrine. I didnt realise until this evening after I bought them that the cirtine turned out to be heat treated amethyst :(

Excellent selection if a bit pricey but youd pay more having the items shipped to you so I think its worth it, their main stock is about 75% crystals, but they have reading material, tarot and other decor items. Really wish it was bigger :)

As much as I hate to write this before of how much I loved my experience in the store I had bought a very overpriced Moldavite pendant, now I would have totally understood the price... if it was real. I had bought the pendent only for the tektite to fall out of it the next day. This is when I realized that it was fakei could tell instantly. I called the store and talked to a younger man he wasn’t exactly sure where the Moldavite had come from (should be the Czech Republic) when I asked if there was any certificate of authenticity he said that there was one. At this point I was on the edge, after this I took it to a few different people who all told me it was fake. Sad face. If you are looking to get Moldavite from this store please don’t. Moldavite is super trendy right now but if you are prepared for it, get it from a place that will provide a certificate of authenticity.

Not gonna lie the prices are not good. You can get a tiny little pebble for $1.50 depending on what it is, but I think most of the tiny pieces are $1.50 which is not a lot for one but when you want to get multiple ones it adds up really fast and they’re soo small. Also I got afuchsite which was covered in glitter for some reason, so hopefully it doesn’t look ugly when all the glitter wears off. I’m not even kidding at the store my hands were covered in glitter after looking at the bigger fuchsite pieces. Kinda makes me wonder if it’s even real, because I’ve never had a crystal make my hands have green and blue glitter all over them. Also compared to other crystals stores I’ve gone to I can get a decent sized calcite for $3 like x100 times bigger than the tiny little pebbles they sell for $1.50.

I don’t understand why anyone would shop here. Besides the fact that everything is over priced, the staff are incredibly passive aggressive for no reason, they give you the meanest stares too, which I find ironic considering it’s a crystal store. I went in to get my mala necklace fixed and I explained in detail how it was supposed to look, made sure they KNEW how it was supposed to look. Not only did they take a week but what they gave me back was hideous. They didn’t put it in order, it was missing beads, didn’t t have the tassel hanging down after I made sure they knew and they assured me that it would be fixed. I usually don’t like to leave bad ratings but I have shopped at crystalis for about a year now and I’ve had ONE good experience which was when no snarky teen girls were on shift. I pray for anyone who’s absorbed the negative energy this store holds. 0/10

This was the last stop of a metaphysical store adventure and the energy wasn’t great compared to where I’d been. They definitely had a nice variety of small tumbled stones but overall everything was overpriced.

Absolutely lovvvee the place. Whenever i go there i feel these serene calm within. The owner and the young girl at the front desk are so kind, I can spend hours here and take my own sweet time and never feel rushed from their side. They are always willing to share any advice when i ask them, and yet they give you your space to spend your time and pick what you need. The stones and other products are great quality. Would highly recommend the place.

Nature is amazing and they know this. Valid educational books and a kind knowledgeable staff. “No rock is unturned” LOL.You can spend a lot of time just discovering all the unique interesting items in the store. The prices are very reasonable and has a respectable range of cost levels for all budgets.Just stop by and you won’t be disappointed. I’m very particular and honest with anything I would recommend and this store truly is everything I said it is. Don’t miss out on the experience!

Staff were helpful and nice but followed the theme of the store very well. Very calming place with a huge selection with real items. Prices are fitting. Alito if cute things there too. Loved it!

We stopped by this store to browse around and although there is a large selection of rocks and minerals, many of them were overpriced. Very little in the way of books, tarot cards, or other items. Staff was also not very welcoming or friendly at all. We understand others were shopping, too, but we didnt get as much of a hello or may I help you?. Ill stick to spending my money and time at the stores I know will be welcoming to everyone.

Sales staff are great. Product quality of stones is average to very good except the jewelry, which is really beautiful. A wide variety of crystals, bracelets, new age accessories, beginning at $1 for small tumbled stones. Its fun to rummage through the open bins of tumbled stones. Ive spent hours and a small fortune in this place and always enjoy my visits.

First time visiting this store.. staff members weren’t overly friendly, which made me not what to shop here. I ended up buying 2 money candles, and 2 prosperity candles. What really frustrated me is that the staff threw all 4 candles in 1 bag with their cards and did not even attempt to wrap them to keep them separate. They are both very similar in color and can get very confusing when trying to decipher which one is which! Won’t go back.

I’ve been shopping here for several years. Many alternatives in the VA area but this cozy shop has it all. They have handpicked inventory, custom jewelry and overall good vibes. Not much clearing needed with the selections. They also have a wide variety of literature and other woowoo accoutrements. Staff is lovely and know their stones. Professional healers are also their providing their services on certain days.

Beautiful little shop..they had a gorgeous gigantic (weighing several tons) crystal in back.. A bit overpriced and employees can be unfriendly to mothers with babies/strollers (there really isnt enough room to navigate stroller without knocking stuff over) but otherwise I really enjoy the store. They have incense, candles, crystals, tarot cards, oils etc..

One of 2 employees very nice and helpful, owner and other employee unfriendly, brush past multiple times no comment or offer of help or even a smile, if you want to feel welcome go else where 3rd time I have been in and found this to be true each time I will go elsewhere after today. If I could rate young lady only it would be a 5 but with others it would be zero so 1 is it. If you want assistance you have a one out 4 chance in getting it here. Previously there was a different employee working clearly owner trained her too. Nice store lots of inventory but I go to enjoy not feel bad while I am shopping

The selection of minerals is broad, but they do not have a good selection of other items. The staff wasnt very helpful either.Its very good if you want a particular mineral and know what you are looking for, though

Wish I could give a better review.My son recently purchased a gift for his girlfriend but didnt save the receipt.Without that or the sticker on the item, the day person couldnt resolve to create a store exchange. There was no real interest in making this good for both parties.I would have happily bought an even nicer item to make up for the trouble.I used to love this store but have found that it doesnt resonate the way it used too.There is a lovely store in Vienna with a similiar theme. I heartfully recommend it~♡

My sister and I have been coming to this store for over 15 years! It has an amazing collection of gems, stones, books and incense. Even as young girls the owner was welcoming and would let us peruse for hours. Would highly recommend stopping by!

I never do reviews but I have to on this store I love Crystal shopping and I always go to my local one but I decided try a new and went this one I’m disappointed because the workers where not nice it seem like if I asked a question it brother them I was also in line and worker completely ignored that I was there even though she saw I was in line already and decided to let someone else go first and then notice me I didn’t feel welcome and don’t be coming here again

If I could give it no stars I would. This Shop came recommended and it was the biggest disappointment. We excitedly drove 40 minutes only to be disappointed with the Customer service we received. The cashier and Owner were rude and made my whole family feel very uncomfortable. It was actually ironic that a store filled with healing stones had such negative energy. I caught several dirty looks and decided to leave rather then stay. Mind you that was after a couple passive aggressive comments and what felt like being followed. I didn’t say anything to my sisters but shortly they left as well having experienced similar situations. No need to reply Crystalis Treasures it would be a waste as I believe it would be just to save face rather then anything with sincerity.
