My friend has been raving about this place for a long time and I just went for the first time this morning after doing the Sugarland Run Trail and Im disappointed I havent gone sooner. The donuts are AMAZING! Awesome flavors, tons of variety, very fresh, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning!

Im not usually a big fan of cake donuts, but these blew me away. Theyre lightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. When I first opened the box, they were piping hot, almost too hot to eat. I had to wait a few seconds while enjoying the irresistible shiny appearance and delicious aroma. Cant wait to get some more!

I had been meaning to try this place for awhile and their donuts are delicious.I didn’t anticipate on them being bready rather than airy as usual donuts. I really liked that.They have a huge variety of flavors and drinks already. You can also simply buy one donut.Great customer service too.Recommend!

Great first experience. The cashier was super helpful in helping me pick, and showed me the donuts after she was done making them to confirm they looked correct.Also while I was there someone came in with a dead phone and asked if they had an outlet she could use, so the other cashier grabbed a cable and let the customer plug their phone in behind the counter for a few minutes so they could make a call. Great customer service.One note: it was very warm in there. It wasn’t that bad as a customer because the doors were propped open and you can get in and out in like 2-3 minutes, but I felt really bad that the employees had to stay behind the counter next to the fryers in those temperatures for hours at a time. Maybe the A/C was just broken that day, not sure, but I felt bad for them all the same; I would have been miserable.All in all great experience, I will definitely be back!

We picked our donuts, paid and before we knew it, they were ready. They were still hot, fresh and yummy! We drove 28 minutes to get these and they were well worth every mile!!

Okay guys: Duck Donuts is the bomb.com. I just moved out here and I’ve gone twice in the last 7 days! You can customize ANYTHING which can seem overwhelming so they have a million pre-set combinations to choose from as well, plus they are constantly bringing in new menus (the second time I went they suddenly had a whole new peach-themed menu)My recommendation would be to go out on a limb and try some of the things that look interesting but aren’t your classic flavor!We liked the blueberry icing/Oreo crumble/raspberry drizzle more than we like the s’mores donut! French toast was bomb and the peach cobbler might be the best donut I’ve ever had.The consistency of their donuts is the perfect mix between the texture and flavor of a cake donut with the light, airiness or a krispey kreme.

So many choices and combinations of donuts, plus customization and made to order, so they have a warm doughy feel. My personal favourite was the Lemon and Raspberry, but theyre all good, as are the shakes. They have a big rep in the area too.

Their donuts are awesome but I had to wait 20-30 minutes to pickup my order.I ordered two boxes of dozen and three individual donuts. They serviced at least 10 people who came after me. When I asked why I am not getting my order full filled they said it is because my order is large.I didn’t understand the logic!

They are made fresh and being delivered on a conveyer belt to the delivery counter.They’re only open for takeaway now otherwise this place is often crowded. They close at 2 pm.

So I heard about this place from a friend and the way they described the freshness of the donuts i decided this a place that must be visited. So when I reached i ordered a box of 6 different donuts. All freshly prepared right in front of me. They smelled amazing, so amazing that I ended buying 2 more right away and also ordered their cold shakes. All tasted great except for their limited edition key lime pie one, it did not feel like I was eating that pie there was no sourness in the key lime glaze. Also the banana glaze was disappointing. Rest all great especially the raspberry blueberry combo.

Best and freshest donuts your going to get outside of your kitchen. Dont feel overwhelmed with creating your donut with the checklist, just order some from all creative selections on the board! If your in the area of a duck donuts, I highly recommend swinging by to enjoy what the duck has to offer.

We first went to Duck Donuts in Kitty Hawk, NC and really liked it. The donuts were really fresh and hot (just made, duh!). Very light cakey very well balanced taste.Once they appeared in our area, we went to check them out. And, yep, there it was, the same freshly done amazing donuts.Theyre so soft and fresh that I wish the store had forks and knives to eat them.

Duck Donuts was awesome. This girl who took my order, Maria, was so patient and helpful. I had a huge order and didnt know what I was doing.Another lady that I spoke to that handed my my order was very pleasant as well. I didnt get her name but I did overhear her telling another customer shes been working there for 6 months. She had a great attitude and that does a lot to shape your day at that time in the morning.Large order was completed quickly and those donuts gave everyone life.👍❤🥯(pretend this bagel is a donut)

Stopped here on a weekday during lunchtime to grab 4 donuts, so the wait wasnt bad at all. Cant speak for their coffee but the donuts when fresh are absolutely amazing.

I like to stop here when Im shopping next door at Whole Pet Central. There was a 20-25 min wait even when there was only a few people there. They must have received a huge order. Because I was only getting 2 donuts, they filled me order immediately. Im so thankful, or I would have skipped the donuts and head on home. I noticed they have a Halloween/Fall menu with fancy donuts and coffee. I ordered one of the Apple donuts and was told that they dont have any??? It was around 11:30 am when I stopped by and they have advertisement on these donuts all over the store. I went with the French Toast and Blueberry donuts. One of the male employees, the shorter of the 2, saw me waiting and asked what my order is. He made them immediately and was very friendly and polite. The taller employee didnt say anything to me and the cashier, a white young girl, wasnt all that friendly. While eating the donuts at home, the French toast was very good, but the blueberry came with a strand of hair. Ummmm maybe the employees need to wear hair net?? I deducted a star for the hair. It happens but I prefer it doesnt happen in my food

I really loved Duck Donuts. They have a lot of options you can pick from and you can order a duck dozen which is a 12 donut set they have already chozen for you. The donuts are consistently hot and delicious.

We understand its a long process to make everything fresh. Its frustrating to place an online order (20 minute delay) then head to the location and wait another 20 minutes to watch all in person orders pass you. Ultimately we had to ask the staff about it and they hadnt even started our order. An hour gone for 3 donuts is not cool

We ordered 10 dozen donuts from Duck Donuts - Herndon for our wedding and had them delivered to our venue via GrubHub. The donuts were definitely made fresh and our guests were raving about them. The entire process was seamless and convenient. I could not recommend Duck Donuts - Herndon more if youre looking for a unique treat for your wedding!

Been to a handful of Duck Donuts locations. I usually love it, but this is the worst one I’ve been to. This my local location unfortunately. Each time I visit and hope for better, the service remains pretty terrible.

Wow! We went quackers over these donuts!!!! Lusciously moist and flavorful cake-type donuts with topping combinations that are only limited by your imagination! The seasonal selections are also lots of fun! The cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the employees was also top notch. We cant wait for a return trip!

Delicious, made to order, oh so fresh, choose your own toppings/combo. When you come in, dont be put off by the insides lack of decor. Its plain and not much going on, but you can see the donuts being made behind a glass. 👀 You can create your own donuts with the available toppings or choose from customer favorites from a list. Since it was my first time, I just picked from a list. I got something fancy like the blueberry to something simple like the glaze. Have you ever bitten into a warm, fresh out of the fryer donut? I went early at 8 am. The donuts were hot and fresh. Similar to Krispy Kreme. But better. More cake like. I usually prefer bakery style or old fashioned. I tried to pick the donut up. It broke off. It burned my finger a little. DO NOT GO if you are honestly trying to stick to that diet, or maybe have sugar issues. Im probably going back. 😁

Normally love this place, and would give it 5 stars; Im in here weekly to get donuts for the office. Had to turn around and walk out this morning because there were two people waiting for donut orders who didnt have masks. When I asked one if he had a mask, he stared at me. I dont feel comfortable coming back.

Donuts are great, the people are nice. Unfortunately, only one worker made it in the morning I made a to go order - live. He told me a dozen donuts would take 20-25 minutes. That’s fine...until I realized people who came after me with smaller orders got their orders fulfilled first. I think regardless of the size, if someone comes in first, they should be served first. So maybe next time I’ll mobile order and hope for a different outcome.

Donuts were great, not greasy, not stodgy, but also not too light that it feels you are eating air.However, we also ordered some sandwiches, sausage egg and cheese, as well as bacon egg and cheese. Me and my partner came to the same conclusion: those were amazing. They tasted homemade, they tasted like they were lovingly made by someone who cares about you.Highly recommend blueberry donuts.

We went today to buy donuts but Im really disappointed because when we get to the store one employee was cleaning the floor and his nose was completely exposed then the same employee was preparing the donuts and talking a lot with another worker. I was really upset so from now on I wont return to this place.

Head and shoulders above the most prominent donut chain in the area. The donuts are fresh -- so fresh that they taste better if you let them cool and set for a while after they give them to you. Not too, too sweet and an interesting texture (not quite as airy as a top-notch glazed donut but a bit chewy and not heavy or compact like an old fashioned or cake donut), certainly enjoyable if you have a hankering for a donut.
