I ordered my sons Paw Patrol Ice Cream Cake, and it was mas to perfection. The lady who helped me, Lien, was very helpful and friendly. I picked 2 different ice creams, and cake; enough for 15-20 people. Everyone Loved it! Thank U Baskin Robins

I dont understand why the pre packed quarts are $4+ more before all the extra fees to have them delivered. I understand the service fees and delivery fee (already expensive), but four more dollars extra for the already packaged product.

Very busy place but good customer service.

The attandant was busy but responsive. One of my boys dropped his ice cream while leaving and she made him a new one for free. Thats really good service.

It was good. The only problem I had there was choosing the flavor of ice cream because of two reasons:1) There were too many flavors2) Flavors were not listed on the board and you need to walk though whole aisle to know all flavors

Banana split was good(how possibly its bad with ice creams & banana) but you see only one person working without gloves(handling food and cash register) . Not only that, floor looks like it has never been cleaned. How unlucky that my son needed to use the bathroom.

Baskin-Robbins is my familys favorite ice cream place. They have great new flavors every month, and the milkshakes are cups of creamy goodness. We love how you can mix and match flavors.

Man this place makes the best milkshakes around. We stopped by twice while in town and I have to say the consistancy was great. The customer service was always excellent.

Icecream was great and served with a smile. Floor could been cleaned up a bit though and I did see the cooked waffle handled off the iron to the roller with bare hands. Gloves should be worn.

Theres one thing Ive noticed about Baskin Robbins online and thats the pink straws their cups have, which I find cute. Problem is, a lot of their locations have merged with Dunkin Donuts, changing to their orange straws.Knowing this, I visited this particular Baskin Robbins to get one of these cups for my collection. The woman inside was nice, and along with my milkshake and pink straw, I even got one of the long spoons by request!Though Ive spent over half of this review talking about the “cute straw”, Ill say, my vanilla milkshake was good! Even five hours after buying the milkshake, it still tastes good.In conclusion, if you want a good milkshake, a cute-looking straw, or even other things like Ive cream, I recommend Baskin Robbins locations like this that arent merged! (Please, never merge with Dunkin, and I might return eventually.)

Great location with friendly staff and clean tables. My one complaint is that the cookies are incredibly stale! I got one that must have been made three months ago!

Always friendly, small, yet family social environment. Great for sports teams. Much easier to control group costs than yogurt...

I dont even know why this place has any stars. You ask for something and its always a problematic order. By the time I was done paying for the over priced icecream and the Oh, I have to charge you extra! comments I no longer wanted it! What happened to getting icecream being a fun experience? I constantly see parents struggling with all the kids orders and paying at the end just to get out of there. I know we dont speak up as if it were we a wrong thing to say something about the service! We all know we could have bought the ingredients at the market for more with less. Service sucks so on to another location.

Ice cream is always good, but what makes this place great is the staff. Mr. and Mrs. Ghali are delightful, and they always hire people who just seem happy to be there. As an added bonus, the scoops here seem to be a bit bigger than advertised, meaning more yummy for your tummy.

AWESOME customer service - I needed an ice-cream cake for my Grandparents anniversary and when I called them for the order they said the order should be at least 24 hrs before but MAGDA she helped me very nicely and arranged an ice-cream cake for me . I thank Magda for her help.

Went in after going to the trampoline park and the staff was very quick and helpful! I’ve also ordered birthday cakes from this location in the past which were great!
