I highly recommend this place to everyone. My first time there, Jay was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He walked my sister and I through the history of cigars and how to choose the right one for us. His warm and friendly personality is so inviting, that I will truly do more business here.A week, my husband came in to get his lighter fixed, and Ali assisted him and man oh man he went above and beyond. He was thorough with explaining the steps of how to maintain the lighters and even exchanged the bad one out. Definitely the place to shop and will recommend to family and friends. Had a very nice experience at cigar town today in town for a sports card show my buddies and I stopped by to grab a few cigars and was greeted with great service they gave each of us a free cigar on the house, very clean store and very knowledgeable service we travel from New England to chantilly VA once a year and this will be part of our yearly visit to stop by and buy a few very delicious and very reasonably priced cigars

I have always had a great smoking experience at this lounge. The staff is in tune with customer needs and knowledgeable of sticks. Its a great place to meet friends, have meetings, or simply just hang out. Plentiful parking and a lot of food options within 100 yards. Great background music and enough TV options to catch a game or two.

This new location just installed lockers you can claim to store goodies for those drop-in get away moments. Forgot your stick? There is a wide variety of cigars for your choosing.Jay, provides a welcoming setting to enjoy with others or just to chill on your own. He is renovating to a vision that considers comfort and informality. The chairs are comfortable and inviting, just like home, especially if you are not “allowed” to smoke in your home. You have shelter from fowl or uncomfortable weather.Check it out! In time, everyone will know your name.

This was my first time at a cigar lounge and I was so welcomed by everyone here! The hospitality from Jay was impeccable and he picked out a great first cigar for me which I really appreciated. Everyone has got to come here!!

Im from out of town, and prefer a very specific cigar. I called ahead of arrival and the shop keep was very helpful and knowledgeable. They had a fresh box of my favorite smokes and the prices are great.

A great place to relax after dinner or a day at work. Bought a house cigar. Chilled Listening to variety of music. It was great. Definitely coming back

Where do I start...Cigar Town and Lounge is my spot. I feel like home and get treated if I was the owner. Shout out to Jay, Ali, Hassan and all the crew for providing excellent customer service on a consistent basis. Anytime I need a certain smoke, they get it for me. Great location, crowd and an amazing cigar humidor to choose from. They recently had an awesome Drew Estate Event and had great swag. If you in NoVA and love cigars this the place to be. A cigar lounge and retail store with a touch of class! I had a wonderful experience at the new Cigar Town location in Herndon. This place has a lot to offer for cigar smokers. The humidor is a work of art. It provides a large selection of top cigar brands, and exquisite house blends. The cigar lounge is very accommodating and relaxing with TVs and WiFi. The staff is exceptionally friendly, informative, and helpful. Cigar Town sets the standard for a great cigar lounge and retail store in the area.

I have recently got into cigars, and have been an avid cigar smoker for about a year now. This place has opened five minutes away from me, and I was blown away, the cigar selection is amazing with a walk in humidor with a huge selection. My personal favorite is their house blend called a “Tootsie” which is a Maduro and Connecticut wrapper mix and it’s amazing and have been smoking it a lot recently, I have made friends with my main man Mo and he has really read my taste in cigars, he has recommended me some great cigars and we smoke together in the back along with some other great members. The Owner, Hasan, is also a great man. all in all the friendly environment is great and the cigar selection is amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better local cigar shop!
