Great local bagel shop. I’m a New Yorker born and raised with the best bagels there are. Now, as a Virginia transplant, had to find a great bagel spot. Found it. They make the bagels on site and they are great. Owner is really nice too. Definitely recommend.

This place was recommended by my brother. I was in town and needed a quick and tasty breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel was wonderful. I love the jalapeno bagels and this one actually had some kick to it. I will definitely be back.

I was looking something better than the too bready bagels at the grocery store - Ive been very happy with the quality and selection of the bagels here. Theyre almost as good as the NYC bagels my sister brings me when she visits. The staff are helpful and friendly. Ive just done carryout orders of a dozen bagels at a time, but I hope to be able to eat here in person once Im vaccinated.

We’ve have been regular at this place and love the bagels and Pannini’s. Food is very tasty. Visited the cafe today. The new owner was friendly and made us feel quite valued. Would continue to order from them. Value for money. 👍👍👍

Now Bobbys Bagels - different name, same amazing food! Their bagels are great, but they are also a full service deli lunch counter with everything you would expect from a New York lunch counter, right down to the big dill pickles. Try the hot pastrami on rye!

First time customer, and last time customer.Blatantly did not give me the coffee I paid for, and the items I did manage to get were 50% correct.Its an online order, there is no memory involved. They very literally had a list outlining my order, and still didnt even come close.

Ordered online, bagels were good and huge! But my only concern was that they got my bagels mixed up, thank god we don’t have any allergies but we still ate them but might want to double check orders before making them :-) Everyone makes mistakes but we’ll try them again.

Only rating on the bagels. Some of the best bagels in the area. Best if you get there early in the morning when they are hot. The cream cheese is fine. The other toppings leave a lot to be desired. For example, the eggs for the bagel are microwaved in a plastic container and the bacon is that really thin crumbled stuff.That said, the kids like the breakfast sandwiches and I enjoy the bagels and cream cheese. One good deal is they sell day old bagels for $1.50 for a bag of four. Cheaper and better than Giant or Safeway.

Since this place became Bobbys Bagels it has gone straight downhill. You need a major training day. If its not a bagel with cream cheese your servers dont have a clue. If it wasnt for the older Hispanic lady who has been there for years, all you would get is a bagel with cream cheese. They dont know how to make the sandwiches and if you ask for one of your special salads you get a major blank look and they will even tell you they dont know how to make it. Maybe if Bobby was in the store more and upfront he would see these things. Oh and let me add your gourmet hot chocolate is milk with Hersheys syrup. Now that is really gourmet.

I have loved the bagels here for a long time. However, the last few times I have gone in to buy bagels (dozen plain - what can I say - we are boring) they haven’t had them! Not a single plain bagel at 11am on a Saturday!!! Barely anything at all. WTH. And no intention of making any. Such poor planning or something. It’s been bought out and maybe that is the issue, but I know I can call Bagel Buddies in Fair Lakes and they absolutely will bake what I need. They are farther for me to travel, but I love their staff and atmosphere, and from now on will travel the extra distance to support them. Bye Bye KSB or Bobs or whatever your new name is.

Been looking for a closer bagel shop other than Fox Mill Shopping Center and Elden St. Didn’t look very busy but the lady that took my order was very nice. Got the Nova Lox on an everything bagel within 4 minutes - super quickIn comparison to other spots around here and it was delicious and full of lox for a pretty good price point!

The bagels from here are the best. I am an early morning person so when I pick them up they are still warm from the oven. My office loves them and I have had coworkers give me money to bring them in. Yesterday we had several people out so we had leftovers and they are still delicious today! Cant beat that!! Havent tried anything else but I would order with complete confidence.

This place used to be great. Find the old owners, ask them what they did, and go do that. The service is dismal. 4 people behind the counter and not 1 can take a correct order or keep up with business.

Its was Sunday morning...our first time here..were crowd there..and were constant flow of people.. we enjoyed our bagel and cream cheese. Atmosphere here were good food just as good as ..well, nothing to write home about it.

This new named bagel cafe formerly another named place, has a lot to be desired. Came in today for a bagel and a chai latte. Took 10 minutes to prepare, which is fine and certainly would have been fine had they been busy, which they were not. I was, in fact, their only customer. Bagel was prepared and was ready for me and I was still waiting for my chai latte. The lady who took my order forgot to make it. Instead she and all of the other employees were chatting away in Spanish. How rude! Totally ignoring a customer and just talking away.Bagel was very good, full of toppings and very filling. The chai latte, not so much. It actually made me sick after drinking in. There was some chunk of something stuck to the bottom of the cup when I got down to the bottom. Either it wasnt mixed well or was hastily prepared since I was waiting and since the drink should have come up first. Will have to think twice the next time I want to come and support a local place versus going to a national chain. I prefer to support the local places, but this was a really terrible first impression.

I have been going to KSB for about four years now, and more recently (over the past 3 months) almost every morning before work. I love that it is more of a local bagel place as opposed to one of the chain stores like Einsteins.I have always had wonderful experiences at KSB and the employees have always been so helpful and friendly, which truly made it a great experience every time I went in.I recently went into the store when the owner was there working, and he was extremely rude to me -- I have never experienced such rudeness at any establishment and even went as far to say that he was losing money from my business there (Are you kidding?? I come in almost every morning)Needless to say, I will not be giving any of my further business to KSB, as much as I love the food and the staff there is absolutely no way that I will continue to give my money to such a rude owner (who obviously treats his staff horribly - evidence by him yelling at them almost the entire time I was there).I would rather spend my money at a chain store than continue to give my business to a man who could care less about his customers and even go as far to say that they are losing him money.It is truly a great disappointment to me to say that I will no longer be eating at KSB.

Usually this place is good. Today I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel on plain and my daughter ordered a plain turkey heated on a plain bagel. She also ordered a chocolate blended iced coffee. I should have known when the order was taken neither of the two ladies understood what I ordered. They originally rang up coffee, then when I caught it they changed it to hot chocolate. Then I said no and pointed to the poster on the wall saying blended iced coffee and they said oh, mocha coffee. We sit down and order comes out. Bacon and egg on plain bagel and a plain bagel with a slice of cheese. WTH? I took it up and second time mine came out correctly but the sausage was like jerky, as if it had been microwaved too long. My daughter had bacon on a plain bagel. WTH X 2! Finally attempt #3, with me almost losing it, got it right. Please, please, please have someone interacting with customers who understands what is being ordered.

Were retired and travel alot. Our daughter took us here and I have to say their bagels are amazing and the cream cheeses were marvelous. We bought a 13 pack with plain creamcheese and the honey walnut.creamcheese We even had them pull 3 bagels and toast them so we could eat them there, such a wonderful breakfast. One more note...we are complete diet coke snobs and if you are also their diet coke is now on our list of places to buy a fountain diet coke. Give them a try you wont be disappointed. And their prices are super reasonable.

This is where we buy our Sunday morning bagels. Just a bakers dozen (13), and any day-old ones. We buy seven everything and six garlic, have two everything and one garlic with our lox and whitefish (thats a whole other story) and freeze the ten remaining ones for five more Sunday mornings, unless during the week the idea of the bagels in the freezer is too overpowering and we have them midmorning.Dont know how their sandwhiches are, as we just go for the bagels.

I could drive from Herndon to New York, purchase a bagel (just a bagel - nothing on it) and drive back faster than I can buy a bagel at this dump. God forbid you get stuck behind someone with a complex order.

Okay breakfast sandwiches but they use milk and microwave their eggs. I asked for an espresso and they gave me a huge cup of un-drinkable coffee.

Bagels are pretty awesome although its frustrating that they sometimes will disregard hours and close early I usually get them after work and thats annoying when they close 5 minutes or more early or when you try and call your order in and the lines always busy. Other than that bagels are good
