Very friendly, professional, and FAST - I came in to have my tire plugged and they offered very knowledgeable advice for which kind of plug they should do and why. My rim did get damaged from them taking off/putting the tire back on, but when brought to their attention they offered to take care of it, and were able to fix it within a couple of days. Exceptional service and not once did they try to sell me on something that my car did not need, which a lot of places in the area will do. Would highly recommend!

I had an unplanned road trip come up and I wanted to get my car an oil change and get the tires rotated, balanced and aligned which was desperately needed. Went to a couple different places in the Herndon area and even though the shops were open the mechanics had all gone home for the day an hour and a half before closing time.After telling Dima (dont know if hes the owner or a manager) about my predicament, he had my car ready to go in excellent condition within an hour and a half. Considering the fact that the Herndon location didnt have a tire alignment or balancing machine and Dima had to take my car to the Chantilly location to get that done....I have to say I am impressed above and beyond by the level of customer service and the professionalism!AND it was cheaper than getting it done at any of the other locations I took my car to...Tl;DR : Great and honest mechanics with amazing customer service and perfect pricing. Will be my go to shop for me and all my familys cars!

A good and honest mechanic is invaluable and that is exactly what these guys are. Came here for the first time and they helped me with my tire. I took up their time so I tried to pay them, but he wouldnt take payment because he thought what he did for me was too minor. Soooooo ... you will never believe this.I serviced my vehicle there November of 2020. After I left I realized I had forgot my sunglasses (name brand) on one of the chairs so I called to let them know I would be swinging by to pick them up at a later time. A few months went by and my busy schedule did not allow me to return for them. I figured I would just call it a loss on my sunglasses.Yesterday 05/27/2021.. about 7 months later I was riding my bike on the WO&D trail ... stopped by as I was in the area and asked if they still had my sunglasses. .. While on a road trip, my cars brake warning lights came on—a scary event when traveling and in an unfamiliar place—and it was the Saturday before Memorial Day. Dimas Leon did the necessary work quickly and well, and we were back on the road within a few hours.

I am a pretty handy guy and like to do things myself and to be honest, I just dont trust Mechanics. I had taken my car to the Honda Dealership off of RT 50 for a fast oil change and while it was on the lift they did an Inspection. They proceeded to tell me that my lower control arm bushings were bad even though I had replaced the control arms MYSELF just 3 months prior. I played along like I had no idea what a control arm was and let them dig the hole so deep that by the time I was done with these guys Honda America got involved. Had I not known better, this lie would have cost me over 1500.00 to fix.With that being said, I have forced myself to do all my own auto work since I was 16. Sometimes no matter how good you are with your hands, you need the help of professionals. About a year ago my hood latch not releasing on my Honda Accord, I found JL Tire and Auto on Google maps and drove over. They were able to get the hood open and fix it and they didnt even charge me!!. I knew then, that these guys were different.Because of that experience, a few weeks ago, I decided to bring my Accord back to them because Costco Tire couldnt balance my tires right. They mounted and balanced my tires multiple times until we figured out which wheel was the problem. How many times did they charge me? Once. Any other shop on planet Earth would have charged me each time. And just today my wifes AC was blowing warm on 3 vents and cold on one vent. I took it down to JL Tire & Auto and within the hour I had 41 degree air coming out of every vent.I do not write reviews, but I feel that with everything that is going on I need to help support ethical small businesses, we need to keep honest guys JL Tire & Auto in business. For the first time in my life I can sincerely recommend a shop and JL Tire & Auto is it.This is NOT a paid or sponsored endorsement. Ive taken my cars here several times now for repair work. The first time I took my car was after another nearby place had quoted me a price around 3 times as high as what this place quoted me, saving me lots of money. I am very happy with the work Dimas has done on my car. My old mechanic couldn’t figure out the problem with my car for many months where as it only took them less than an hour to find the problem. Very nice men, if you have any problem with your car I highly recommend taking it here.

Found a screw imbedded in my tire tread, Sung helped explain the options, prices, and time it would take. Later someone came back letting me know the screw, luckily, was very short and did not puncture the tire, but he still filled the tires up with the appropriate amount of air since they were low. I was expecting them to charge me for labor at the very least but somone at the front desk let me know I did not owe anything. It is rare in this day and age to not only find an honest business but also one that does not nickel and dime you. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer.

I am pleased n happy with Mr. Dimas car repair services. I took my s class there every time for as minor as light bulb replacement prior to inspection to as much as identifying and fixing electronic issues and eventually my car passed inspection. Of course, I have worked on these separate issues with Mr. Dimas accommodating my schedule every time. I even took my Nissan SUV to him too. He has extensive experience in foreign and domestic vehicles as well.

Visited this place as my cars driver side front wheel was vibrating at certain speeds and would occasionally clunk and when parked on an inclination would swing back and froth like a cradle. I had always been visiting stealership at Priority Nissan chantilly for all my car servicing and have dealt with so many good-for-nothing advisors, who cant even communicate the problem correctly to the mechanics and who try to over sell you unwanted services, without really addressing any issues that you tell them other than the scheduled maintenance. After being frustrated with their pathetic service and a lengthy wait on every visit even for minor issues, I was really in search of a good mechanic who is knowledgeable and at the same time not just trying to make quick money at the cost of customer. Came across this place which had wonderful reviews. Though one would be skeptical when you find a not so popular small shop with such good reviews, I thought I would give it a try and see if they are really any good and I am glad I did. Dimas is wonderful to work with and he patiently listened to my problem. Came on a test drive along with me to exactly pin-point the issue. He fixed the issue in about an hour, which was basically a loose axle bolt and my car now no longer makes that annoying noise and the price I paid for it is a fraction of what my stealership would have charged me. They have earned a life time customer with me and I would whole-heartedly recommend this place for any of your auto repair needs. Keep up the good work Dimas!!. You just rock.

I had an a Michanic problem in my car and it was my first time to go to this place i guess i was lucky they fix my car right away Dimas the manager was very helpful and all the team are great and very polite i spent 4 hrs there till they fix my break system replacing all parts i would recommend them to everybody and i am going back there to fix other michanic issue.
