Felt super rushed! Went on a Friday morning so it wasnt crowded. Pointed out massive spots that werent dry like several times. Left unsatisfied.Mirrors and glass were cleaned in a rush too. Lots of missed spots.Hand dry was a waste!Also the brushes seem to scratch a bit.

Wonderful job cleaning my car, I side and out. Very thorough. Im rough on it. Im a professional gardener. Twigs, mulch, soil, seed pods everywhere. They got them all.

Quality here used to be top notch but has been declining for the past year or so. My car still has very visible dirt on seats and door. Last few times Ive been here have been like this and I have to finish cleaning the car myself after bringing it in. There was even a couple sticky drops on the steering wheel that werent there when I brought it in because I dont eat or drink in my car. Last time Im coming in.

Great place to get an automatic wash that doesnt just spray your car. The washer here actually brushes and scrubs. Staff do a good pre and post clean pass too. Highly recommended. Kind staff and prices are reasonable. Only place I go to now.

Steve Kim, was SO rude- so let me start by saying I usually don’t care for writing reviews but worse experience ever at a car wash, absolutely overcharged for cleaning that I could do MYSELF. Further more, I kindly asked Steve Kim (who seemed to be in charge) if my rims could be cleaned even further and he shamed me for having a dirty vehicle and that it wasn’t his staff’s fault and that it was on me for not getting my car cleaned more often. Yes Steve, that’s why I’m coming to a car wash to get my car cleaned, thanks for pointing that out. And since it’s on me, I cleaned the rims all by myself for $0 charge. Again, thanks Steve. Highly unprofessional and unkind staff. Would recommend 100% better service in Herndon if you want to get your money’s worth. Thanks Steve.

I paid$30 something dollars for an interior detailing, come to find out the woman that I paid gave me the wrong information and the job was horrible. I paid for vacuuming and clean windows, these things I could of did myself and save$30. It was horrible stuff was still in the company van and the van still stunk. I will never come to this establishment ever again. Horrible experience, just horrible.

Favorite car wash. I drive to here from Leesburg due to price and quality of the wash.

I have tried car washes all over Northern Virginia and this place is the best and the undisputed champion. It’s worth every penny. The staff is friendly. The managers remember your name. They’re even friendly to kids. They go the extra mile, take the extra step, and I’ve never been disappointed. It is absolutely worth making the trip here. They take great care of your car.

I have been getting my vehicles cleaned at Three C’s for about 5 years, I have had a great experience with every visit. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always do a thorough job cleaning my car. They also have a comfortable waiting area where you can relax and watch TV until your car is ready. I highly recommend Three C’s. It is, by far, the best car wash I have visited in the metro area.

Generally good but no consistency. Sometimes they spray the brake dust solvent. Sometimes they do not. Sometimes they put the sleeve on the rear wiper. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes there is someone there to wipe down the car. Sometimes there isn’t.Always the same price.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience twice now. The Platinum package interior cleaning has become almost a scam, with very little interior cleaning done - even loose dirt still is present after the so-called interior therapy - under the floor mats is still dirty - they do not wipe down surfaces as they used to... They used to be good a couple of years back but the quality has gone wayyy downhill.

The service was very poor. Sadly, this is getting worse. They don’t have the right team to get it done correctly. I went to this business over the years, but lately, it is going down the hill.

This car wash used to do a great job! They were expensive but worth every penny of it! Not anymore! Today was my 3rd times and last time that I went there and still had to clean my car once I got home. They used to miss little things but today they also forgot cleaning the back windows from inside! I’ll not go back there again!

Disappointing experiences twice, or perhaps lack thereof.I arrived an hour and a half before closing time to find employees milling around in the customer service area. I was about to interrupt, then decided how long it would take them to acknowledge me. After several minutes I was told they were closing early and could not assist with my interior detail. Okay fine.Today I called before heading over. The young woman I spoke with assured me that the interior detail could happen today, and said it would take about an hour. When I arrived there were no employees to be found in the customer service area. I waited several minutes only for a gentleman to inform me awkwardly that they couldn’t assist today.This place apparently doesn’t want business. So I’m taking mine elsewhere.

I consistently have good results here and much better than a wash place near my house 25 minutes away.

This is a drive through car wash place. I have been going there for almost 20 years. The staff is nice and helpful. Each car wash has been great and I had no issues during my visits. They offer external wash and detailing packages. The place is popular and gets crowded most of the time.

They offered to check my tire pressure since the light was on. I had overinflated so was very grateful that he helped me out. Obviously is above and beyond service expectations.

I would say this is probably your best bet in the area for good car washes and detailing. We have used them for three of our vehicles and they do a decent job on the detailing side of things. I have noticed recently for car washes they have been a little too rushed with things like wiping your windows down thoroughly on the interior, leaving streaks, but otherwise they do a good job and Ill continue to use them.

Not worth, took my Van last week for a car wash and clean up/Vacuum after a trip; they completely forgot to clean the trunk area. They did not take time to unfold last row seats and clean the trunk . Also a half job done under the second row passenger seat.

3 car wash I’ve been too in a month after purchasing my Stinger. Decided to drive to Reston after searching google. Reviews seemed good and So I had high hopes. Paid 30 bucks for the Platinum Package. While driving up to the rail the guy on the left was not doing a good job guiding me up to the rail that pulls the car. I roll down my window and ask if my wheel was aligned because I did not want to scuff the rim. He answers me rudely to the point where I just rolled my window up on him and blast my music.Once done with the drive through wash, I exit the car so they can clean it. Not long until it was done and I appreciate the hard workers who were out there in 35 degree weather doing their job and having fun while doing it. Provided some good conversation. However, I understand my car is brand new so and the inside may seem to not need cleaning, but there was a particular brown dirt scuff in the back that I made sure to check before leaving and it was still there. I attempted to wash it away with my hand until the older white male grabbed a rag to clean it.I did the walk around the vehicle and noticed the wheels were still dirty. All except the front driver side. I calmly placed a 5 in the tip jar and left. I’m not one to make a fuss about things so I just figured I’d do it once I got home since I had to place new mats inside the vehicle anyway.I took pics of the wheels and it’s really a poor job. I guess my search would continue for that right car wash that I can confidently make my go to wash. I miss the old fashioned hand car washes where they provide excellent attention to detail...2 stars from me and even though I was not satisfied, thank you for the work on the body of the car.

Mediocre!

20-30 min wait turn to 1hour. Because they are understaffed. Outside is not wiped down if you choose detailing ... especially bad since the water droplets are nicely dried after one hour wait. Very unprofessional to announce completely wrong wait times.

Really like this place. Mo and Steve are great. I got a used car and needed a full interior detail, it looks great. Theyre also one of the few detail places open on Sundays.

This place did an amazing job on my car. I had the platinum $29.95 Interior and exterior deal and seriously my car looks better than it has in over 6 years! The manager and detailers take very good care of your car and pay close attention to cleaning all the little hard to reach areas. I was super impressed that I got this kind of quality work for such a great low price! These guys are fantastic! I will only come here now!

My family has been taking our vehicles here for years now - they are efficient, friendly, and thorough. They make my six year old car feel new again. $35 for a car wash, protective coating and interior cleaning is a decent price considering how desperately my car needed this!

Fairly consistently good service.The oil changes are quick, and Ive never had a problem with them.The car washes are pretty good. The Platinum package is comprehensive. Your interior will look great and your wheels will shine. The only problem is despite the reverse osmosis filter on their water, they always leave all of my windows cloudy. In fact, sometimes Ive left with dirtier windows than I went in with.

After paying almost $100 for detail wash including a leather treatment for my pick up 2016 Silverado crew cab. They did a horrible job I complaint to Manager he comeback saying that he will take care of it but never did he send a guy to wipe off the area I complaint again about (seats, Center console, wheels) guys got upset and yelled There no more cleaning to do!! then two managers approach and grab a blower and blow all dust and particles from leather seats joints and blew everything to center console and dash board and got upset!! I should have request my Money back but then wouldn’t feel good to give a review!! I will not recommend and will not go back again!!I have pictures for records and if anybody wants it just I will send it upon request

Wow. They took my well worn 2003 SUV and brought the cloth interior back to life!!! We are talking over 15 years of dog stains (you name it, this interior has seen it), gallons of coffee, 10000 steps of muddy shoes, makeup, food, and water damage from a leaky sunroof (since fixed). But thru their detail package they lifted and restored my interior (and exterior) that had my husband and family speechless at job well done. We will be bringing our newer suv with the leather interior in. Thrilled with service, value and end result. Thank you!

Quick and convenient, BUT the interior clean was 2/10. I mean they didnt even touch anywhere close to under the seats. Radio still had dust on it.

Expensive as hell. Do they wash your vehicle good? Yes. Not any better than any other car wash though. So if you got the cash isn’t an issue then good to go.

It used to be good but now even by getting the most expensive car wash with the interior vacuuming and mat shampooing, dont expect a good job done: windows may not be fully wiped, dashboards can still remain dusty or dirty, etc.i guess a customer should be standing next to the vehicle to make sure he/she is truly getting the best service for the money. :-/

This is my go to car wash place. Reasonably priced service . The staff does a great job. The only annoying thing is they keep up selling every time you visit there, like you need the car waxed, etc

I’m adjusting my review since not only have they greatly improved, they have addressed all issues. My whole family comes here to get things done for their car including oil changes. They’re dealing with a lot of understaffing and are still able to do an excellent job!!I give a place 3 attempts to do the job correctly before I write a negative review. The first time, they didn’t vacuum the inside completely and the dashboard was covered in dust. I brought this to the managers attention and the second time, my car was washed and vacuumed better but I had to redo the front seat. This last time today? There was still bird droppings on the hood, the car was still wet and it wasn’t completely vacuumed or wiped down. I finished cleaning my car at the gas station next door with some car wipes and paper towels I had in my trunk. My daughters suffer from severe allergies this time of year and there a TON of trees in Reston which means our cars get filthy quickly. We get our cars cleaned regularly to lessen their discomfort. I figure if I drop $29.95 on a car wash, it should be completed properly. It’s truly a toss up and that’s not good.

This is my go-to place I love the fact not only do I get a great car wash I get my car serviced at the same location as I was pulling in for my car wash my brakes are squeaking really bad after my car was washed and cleaned I took my car to their automotive maintenance Dept to check my brakes. I got quick service for a great price to fix my brakes and to also give me heads up information on further car maintenance. I also got my oil changed and my serpentine belt changed a couple of weeks back for a great price and quick service they always got a customer in me. The staff there are down to earth and having cable TV available while I wait was an extreme plus.

Took my wifes car there and they did a decent job. I took mine there the following day 15 minutes before opening and they were already opened. I ask for a hand wash because I do not trust the spinning cloths. I also ordered an interior package. It took them one hour and 35 minutes to even touch my vehicle. The two washers did a good job. After that, they took my vehicle over to do the interior. After they finished, I got into my car and noticed nothing was hardly done. The dash or other areas were not shiny or wiped with protectant. I didnt say anything because I was already late for my appointment as it was. The money I paid was not worth it for me. This was my first time there and my last.

Solid cleaning inside and out for the price of 25 bucks on average. Its my go to for a clean up but not the best when it comes to detailing. Dont get me wrong, they cleaned my ride up pretty well, looked nice and clean at a glance but once you start looking closer they miss spots here and there, leave smudges and some just overall brownie points lost given the detailing price starts at 199. They are thorough in that all major surface areas and floor mats were definitely hit and again their day to day cleaning options are fine, I just expect a little more attention to detail and some more finishing touches if you pay 200 bucks for a detail clean job. Washing unit is NOT touch-less.

One of the better places to get your car washed in the region. I have only used their express exterior wash. Its an automated machine wash but does a good job and I havent noticed any scratches or damage after being here several times. Only issue is that if it gets backed up they wont do a good job of wiping your car down afterwards.

Pretty rough. $30 for a good job on the interior and exterior but be prepared to sit outside for over an hour without them saying a thing about what they’re going to do or when you should be done. Saw them yelling at a few customers to clean their car themselves if they don’t like how they clean.

If I could check a 6th star I would. Three Cees if the best Car wash that I have ever been to. The attention to detail is fantastic. $34.95 for a Honda CRV because it’s an SUV is ripoff #1, the car wash is the kind you go through at a gas station and to top it off they did not clean the inside of the car leaving the windows dirty and the car un-vacuumed. I’d give it no stars, but it’s not a review option.

They always do a great job for a good price. All of the cleaners are thorough and kind. The manager, however, is not. I see other reviews here with the same comment. I witnessed him rushing employees who were cleaning, and being extremely rude to them, throwing up his hands and shouting. This is certainly inappropriate behavior as a manager, and it presents the company as a whole in a very bad light. I felt quite bad for the cleaners, who were all just doing their job while their manager failed toward handle stress effectively. Kudos to the employees for handling him so well. Advice to Three Cees: keep your cleaners, but get a new manager.

You’d be better off going to an automatic gas station at a gas station. I paid $50 for a thorough wash. They let the car air dry first of all (I watched them do it), the entire bottom skirt around the car was left filthy, and their lot is riddled with puddles making the dirty water splash all over the car after they are done. I asked to speak with the manager. An Asian man who was the owner (Steve I think?) offered to wipe it down for me with a washcloth. I declined because that would have done nothing but spread the dirt around. He then told me I was wasting his time and asked me what I wanted. I asked for a partial refund she ncie I ordered the upgraded wash. He smiled and said “well I’m certainly not going to do that. That’s just not gonna happen”. I just I’ll never go back here. I even asked one of the employees if he is always like that, and he said yes. He said that this guy will NEVER give even a penny refund. He’s all about turn & burn. Avoid this wash. Drive further down to 7, or go to the one up on 50. The owner is all about quantity of cars. And once he’s got your money, he is satisfied.

They really did a crappy job on my car last time. They didnt clean the wheel wells, they didnt clean underneath the doorhandles, they didnt clean the inside of my windshield. Really disappointed because I liked that car wash, but Im gonna have to look elsewhere.

Lesson learned -- if car is damaged by car wash -- handle via insurance. My car was damaged by wash system which pushed me into another car. Owner offered to handle via car wash credits rather than go through insurance. Spent time to get estimate from a car repair shop and repair myself. Provided estimate to owner. Owner offered a fraction which I accepted to eliminate more hassle. Owner kept estimate and indicated I would see $ in my account. When I realized credit was never provided I returned to see owner who feigned not remembering the agreement. I dont plan to return. The workers on the other hand have integrity and care about the quality of their work.

Usually they do a great job except when busy. The manager, son of the owners, tends to be rude if one complains. He needs some serious customer service classes. The other managers tend to be nice.

The are unmatched when it comes to doing the interior. The rails on the car wash make me nervous, but Ive never had an issue with them. Flagship is a great cheap and fast option, but three Cees is where its at if your picky about details...especially in the interior. They are a bit more expensive and they take longer, but good service takes time and costs money.

Long story: Machine was was down so they were hand washing. Dinged my passenger mirror with the soap broom. Then my car sat for 40 minutes before anyone started working inside it, with only two other cars there at the time. I watched one employee wash the outside and inside of the passenger rear window no less than four times each. When it was finished, an hour and twenty minutes after I arrived, the inside of the windshield hadnt been touched, and everything that had been in the center console was in the drivers door well. I opened my tin of Altoid mints, and the paper wrapper inside was gone, which led me to believe that its contents had spilled out onto the floor of the car, and had subsequently been returned to the tin, sans wrapper.Takeaway: I got a ding, a super-clean window I dont look out of, still cant see out the windshield, and Im eating mints off the floor of my car. Never going back again.Update: Also discovered that one of my tires did not get tire wax applied to it. I guess 3 out of 4 aint bad, but also aint worth $29.95.

I have a car wash membership there and have been taking my vehicle there for about a year and a half. They do a TERRIFIC JOB and I am always very satisfied. This past Saturday I decided get the inside of my SUV detailed. They worked on it for about 2 hours and it looked FANTASTIC. I didnt see my floor mats so I open the truck and realized they had damaged rear glass and it was completely off the track. I went to the Manager and explain the damage. He agreed they had damaged the vehicle he contacted a glass shop for me and made the appointment to have the glass replaced and gave me a check for the repairs. I wish I could give them 10 stars.......THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

OH EM GEE!! I took my car on today for a full detail. Ive had my car 10 years and have gotten it washed a waxed a few times. It has its share of scratches and such.The interior of my car looks like I just purchased the car new!!! They got every PIECE of whatever that was in every crack and crevice of my car. There are places in between the seat that I swore a family of something had probably set up shop in there....they got that, too!The exterior is flawless. They got the nasty brake dust, waxed and buffed the car, and it looks FANTASTIC!I went on a Wednesday to take advantage of the VIP discount.

It has been a while since I was able to get my car cleaned and the Staff at Three Cees did an amazing job at get my vehicle back to normal.

This is 100% the best car wash I have EVER gotten! I have always seen long lines when passing by but never stopped. Now, Ill never pass it up! I have told all my friends about you and will continue to spread the word. I think I paid $40 or $50 for a wash but after seeing my car Id have gladly paid another $10 to $20...(but you dont have to raise the price).
