I had a wonderful experience here. The General Manager is extremely polite, respectful and beyond professional.If you want your car looking as good as new go here!They have a gate where they can store your cars for security, they are very covid aware and take a ton if precautions and make sure social distancing is adhered to as well as wearing masks.Thank you!

Service King was amazing. After a few mechanics turning me away to fix a latch problem with my Lexus, SK was very informative and transparent about how to go about fixing it. They custom ordered a part and it arrived next business day. In less than 20 min I was out the door with a working trunk.They were professional, understanding and exercised precaution with COVID. Im definitely a fan and will look to them to work with my on my next car issue!Great work to the management at the Herndon Service King. Keep up the good work! 👏👌👍

USAA members do NOT I repeat do NOT bring your car here unless you know 100% in advance theyre not going to over state the damage.We drove our car in. Had to have it towed out.They ripped apart the front end in anticipation of repairing it before they cleared the insurance.WE GOT OUR CAR BACK IN PARTS as they refused to put it back together before handing it over. We towed it to another repair shop on usaas list. They were not only horrified but aghast at the overcharging. Kings invoice was double the shop we went to. Our car was totaled by the insurance company because of Kings overcharging.Btw many of the parts they claim needed to be replaced were un damaged.Im giving them two stars for their excellent communication at the beginning. Theyre awful when things go awry

I took my car here for a repair and the body men did a GREAT job! the guy I worked with was very nice and kept me updated I think his name was Jeff.. I did happen to meet the manager and he was not very nice, he seemed to be on his phone a lot out side and when I came to pick up my car he was working on his own vehicle in the parking lot. Also even the the body men did a good job on my car, the paint was off so I called and spoke with a lady named Megan and she helped me and was very nice on the phone good thing because if I were to have had to talk to that manager there I would of been unhappy, he just seemed like he didnt care a lot about the people that bring their cars there. anyway, other then him the service was good.

My experience with Service King was impeccable! Their customer service was amazing, and they did a great job on my repair! I was able to meet the technician, Jose. He matched and blended my color perfectly, and it was a very particular shade of pink. Tom, the service advisor, walked through the process with me, gave me his contact information, remembered my name, kept me updated, and was a great person to work with. They provided me text updates on the progress of my car, which was very helpful. Due to travel, I was not able to pick up my vehicle as soon as it was ready, but they were willing to work with me to accommodate my needs. Nicole, at the front desk, was always very personable and friendly, and answered all my questions! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a small imperfection, and they fixed it the next day, no charge, no argument, no hassle. Tom, Jose, and Nicole made my experience of getting my car repaired a breeze!

My car was in their shop twice. They did their job and their promiss keeps on living. My trunk was fixed by them after an accident and after it was hit by another car, guess what a chip of paint came off. All the staff is professional, friendly and honest.Thank you guys for standing up to your promises and for amazing customer service.

Poor service and poor repair work! Avoid this place at all cost!When I came to pick up my vehicle it wasnt ready like I was told when they called. It still had buffing compound in all the cracks and on the black plastic trim pieces. The clear coat had a haze to it in certain areas. There were little pieces of debris in the paint on the bumper. I told the office about it and they told me they would get it fixed and they would call the insurance company about how I had to keep the rental car for a couple more days. I came to pick up my car the first time on a Thursday the following Monday they called me and said it was ready and I came to pick it up on Tuesday. I got an email from the insurance company stating that I didnt pick the car up on that Thursday the first time and that service Kings had told them what had happened and that they had called me on Friday to come pick up the vehicle and that I waited until Tuesday to pick it up. Enterprise charge me for the remaining days. I was able to send in my phone bill records to the insurance company that clearly show that nobody called me on Friday, but they had called me on Monday. The insurance company called me and apologized for the inconvenience that service king had caused and that a check would be in the mail for the rental car. I would not recommend this place to anybody not even somebody that I didnt like.

Worst customer service ever(from the manager). The manager does not care about the service that he’s providing to customers. I brought back my car on a warranty bring back to fix a water pump hose that was leaking from a fix that done by another service king location. I brought my car in on a Friday and the office representative told me that I would have to take the rental car on my credit card because manager was not there to approve the warranty bring back. The following Monday the manager called said that Service king didn’t replace a water pump because the collision was on the right passenger side and a water pump in my car is located on the left driver side. I had to clearly explain to him that a water pump was replaced based on the invoice give to me. When I went to picked up my car and return the rental car, something in my mind told me to check the coolant level and when I checked the coolant level my car. There was no coolant in the tank! How do replace a leaking hose and not refill the coolant?! I had to get the service representative to come out and fill up the coolant tank to the appropriate level. Also, I was told the rental car would be taken care under the warranty. A couple weeks later the rental car for 6 days is still on my credit card! I kept calling the office and leaving a voice message and the manager hasn’t gotten back to me till this day.

I had someone start on replacing the dash parts (to change the look from wood to carbon fiber). They weren’t able to finish so I went to Service King to get an estimate. I have no problem with them not wanting to do the work, but this is the second time they have been shady about their ways.The manager first says that she can’t do the work because the center console is missing (reason 1). I was like, that’s not true, and once we confirmed that the center console is right where it’s supposed to be, she moved onto her next reason: We don’t do any wiring (reason 2). I informed her that there is no wiring required she pointed at a connected wire that she could see. I attached that part and was like ok, are we good?Then I got reason 3, which was that she has to adhere to a warranty, and that she couldn’t do this work due to the warranty that she would have to provide. I asked her what she meant, and she tells me that she doesn’t know if the clips to attach the parts will work. (OK, if they don’t, can’t we just order the clips??). I asked her what happens when she does a collision repair and the clips are broken. She quickly moved to reason 4, which was that her technicians might not know how to reattached the parts since they didn’t remove them… at this point I just gave up.There are SO many better options in Northern Virginia.

They got the parts and work done super quickly and the car looks great. Just the service experience I want from a body shop.

They did a great job. I hit a deer recently and Marlon and his staff were great. Stephanie was very welcoming and Marlon set clear expectations during the repair process. I was constantly updated with emails and texts of my vehicles repair status. Allstate and Andrew with Enterprise did a great job providing me with a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I highly recommend working with the folks over at Service King.

The worst customer service I have ever had.I just took my car to get an estimate and they say they were going to send it in a couple of hours but they didn’t, I called the next day and I was told they were going to send it in 15 minutes but it never happened.I called back the next day and the lady named Monica was very rude only because I told her that I was not going to call back for the same reason.Guys, I wasn’t asking you to do it for free 🤷‍♀️

They have nice staff and nice lobby with some water bottles. However, the quoting agent was way too conservative in what theyd fix in-house, and suggesting me spend more money than I really need to for the risk that does not really exist.I went here to get a quote on some body repairs including a broken side mirror and scratched mold. The quoting agent recommended me to replace the whole side mirror assembly which is over a grand for the part alone. I asked repeatedly if it is really necessary to replace the whole thing. The agent said that it is very easy to break a tab or something if you were to replace just the mirror.Turns out it is a very easy task. I replaced the mirror and the plastic mold with new parts, and it cost me a fraction of what it wouldve cost to get it fixed here.

We had an amazing experience at this Service King. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. We dropped our car off on Tuesday and were promised it on Saturday. They had it ready on Thursday! They cleaned the inside and outside and shined the tires. The service between SK, the insurance company, and the car rental was streamlined and easy.I definitely recommend this place.

I hadnt had an accident in a long time but new town plus unfamiliar vehicle and parking equals accident. It was a Saturday but I was anxious to get our friends vehicle repaired so without much hope I called Service King half an hour before they were scheduled to close. The person that answered was Tom and he was wonderful from the start. Not only did he understand and felt my mortification but he went above and beyond to get the best price and quality for the repairs. He explained everything and updated me on the process throughout. The car was repaired in record time and we are extremely happy with the result. Highly recommended!

Worst experience of my life. Dropped of my car on dec 18 for repair with pickup date of dec 28. It’s already Jan 8. I haven’t yet got my car back and don’t know when will I get it back. They have been trying to get the headlight working since Jan 2 and still working on it. Don’t know if they are making a new headlight at their repair shop for my car, can’t think of any other reason for them to take so long. It’s my new job now to call them every morning and evening to get update. I have been getting same update everyday “ you will get your car today, in worst case scenario it will be ready tomorrow”. I am hoping for tomorrow to come soon so I can get my car back.

First when I drop off the car they gentelman that did the estimate was amazing. There were two issues with this place one was they told me the car was going to be ready by Friday when I left there i for a message saying i will have my vehicle ready by Monday. I was ok to get it by Monday but Friday came and someone called and told me the vehicle was ready. I didnt pick up the car on Friday but I went Monday instead. When I got there Monday which is today I got here at 440 something and Im still waiting to be help. The lady just keeps looking for vehicle that need it to be pick up but didnt not what kind of car is it. Shouldnt take 40 min to get my car im waiting that long an still havent got it my car

I HAVE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES FOR MY TRUCKS & CAR,(YES I CAN DRIVE IT IS THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE ROAD THAT CANT) THIS LAST GO ROUND I WAS SITTING AT THE TOLL ROAD WAITING TO PAY. SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BOOM, THE GUY BEHIND ME HIT ME. I WAS ADVISED TO GO THREW HIS INSURANCE SO I DID AND THEY WANTED TO SEND ME ALL OVER THE PLACE TO GET THIS MINER WORK DONE, NOPE NOT HAVING IT. CALLED MY INSURANCE AND OFF TO STERLING I WENT ONE STOP SHOPPING (LOVE IT) GOT MY TRUCK BACK AND I AM SO GITTY ABT THE WORK THAT THEY DID. CLEAN AND SHINED MY TRUCK (PEARL) LOVE IT WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE NO NEED THEY DO IT ALL.

Went here first time just before the long weekend. I had some screws came out from front bumper liner (right on top of Tyre) and plastic piece in place of fog lamp missing (my car dont have fog lamps),few scratches on fornt bumper. It didnt look anything major from outside but wanted to have estimate.They gave me rough estimate (I went there at 5 just day before long weekend so I understand they cant open it and give me full estimate), guide me what to do what to not since its cosmetic repair only and they were courteous to fix bumper liner without asking for anything.I dont know how the mechanic staff is, since I didnt get mar car repaired here yet. But the lady on front desk who helped me with the estimate and guy who fixed the bumper liner were excellent. They guided and gave me all possible details of what could be wrong/broken, how much it will coast me to fix it etc.I would surely recommend this place and would go there again when/if I have something to get repaired.
